Rebekah (Bekah) was the absolute worst. I literally asked for two things, please cut my dogs hair low and emphasized do not cut her lashes too much. I wanted them to remain long. Instead she gave my dog a botched cut job and cut off her poor lashes all together. On top of that had the nastiest attitude. Please book with other groomers.. manager was apologetic but petco does not need workers who hate their jobs.

Anthony was very nice and personable. The entire staff was soo nice, I felt completely comfortable leaving my puppy with them. I had a horrible grooming experience at PetSmart and gave PetCo a try and I will never go back to PetSmart. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, there is a reason the books are filled up at this location 2 weeks in advance. I rebooked when I picked my puppy up and will be back!

Donald has a great personality and my dogs love him. He always does a very good job with their haircuts. I use to live in the Vinings area and moved to Buckhead, but I drive all the way to the Smyrna area and I only let Donald groom my pets even though I live in a different area.

I brought in 3 dogs. Two 70lb collies and one sheltie. Sydney not only did a great job of grooming them she also called me when the sheltie was finished first so I could come get her and not make her nervous waiting on her two sisters. Great care and customer service.
