Aaron was great friendly & understanding to our needs & wants. He was also having an emergency personal issue at home, but told me he was going to make sure my dogs were taking good care of. Sara took the baton & followed through perfectly. Thanks for an awesome experience. Mr. Brown & Bleu looks, smells, & feels great.

My pup had a great experience today with her first grooming session. She is usually very shy and anxious but she was very comfortable with her groomer Renique today. Renique did an amazing job with her. She is clean from rooter to tooter! She looks too cute and her hair is flowing ❤️.

My dog groomer was awesome. He was professional, courteous, and he knows what he is doing. My pup always looks so good when she comes out of the grooming salon. I highly recommend Hakeem and his associates for dog grooming needs.

I felt that the grooming was horrible and the staff did not thoroughly advise me of the care for my pet. Although the customer service manager Reniq is excellent and communicated perfect. After speaking with her I may give them another shot.

Avoid Hakeem at all costs. My dog has never looked uglier and I paid $70 for him to look like a jagged triangle. The top of his head is very uneven. And look at his ears.Hakeem showed up 10min late for the appointment; you could tell by his dry attitude he didn’t want to be there. He really should find another job.If you’re still going to bring your dog here, I recommend Renique who knows what she’s doing and did a great job with my dog last time. My friend also had a good, positive experience with Celeste.

I took my maltipoo, Trufa, for grooming yesterday. Her haircut is not even at all. She has longer strands everywhere. I asked for her face to be left teddy bear like and they shaved all of her face and she has longer strands of fur all over. I tried brushing it to see if it would look better but it doesnt. Her ears are not even and not round… they look like pointy triangles. I am super sad with the outcome. This is the worst haircut she has ever received.

horrible experience, cannot manage large dogs, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A LARGE BREED!!! the lady RENEEK (black lady with brown and blonde twist) was extremely unprofessional & rude. before my dog was even seen( i have a 75 pound pitbull ) she states “you weigh more than me” and then turns to her coworker to complain about how her arm cant be extended and how shes in so much pain, MIND YOU she cant even take my dog to the back (hes a puller) she ask her coworker whos not even grooming my dog to take him and he went with no problem. Shes not equipped to even be working nor to be working with large breeds. Please dont waste peoples time and hire groomers who cant do more than groom small dogs everyone has an area of expertise and THIS ISNT HERS

Rushed my puppy’s grooming , did not do the shed package. They literally called me 45 mins after I dropped her off saying she’s done. She was still wet and everything. Hair still on her. This is the second time this happened, I will not be returning , waste of money

I set my appointment time to be at 8am I was checked in by 7:59am my dogs were not ready until after 2pm. After asking why, I was told the manager was my groomer and had a meeting. I would not have been upset if I was informed of this but I wasn’t which caused me to miss my event and I was met with a nonchalant attitude but everyone HIGHLY disappointed

Hakeem did a HORRIBLE job on my labradoodle. I paid for a haircut and bath and all he did was give my dog a bath. No blow dry no haircut no nothing. If I had time I would’ve caused a scene but because I had to rush I just paid and left but I will NOT BE BACK and wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. He and one other girl were also super rude. My dog had to come in because it had been raining and I hate the stench that dogs have after rain so I quickly booked an appt at PETCO because I’ve come a couple of times and their usually very easy to deal with. As soon as one of the girls (she had dreads) pet my dog the first thing she said was eww you stink. That’s rude and also uncalled for. Duh my dog stinks I brought her here to be groomed! Worst part is she came and did it again saying she needs a bath. Then he charges me upfront to dematt my dog but then doesn’t even try to dematt my dog. Disregarded all the notes in my file on how I want my dogs haircut and just doesn’t cut her hair at all. I’m actually furious that they wasted 4 hours of my day and I still paid 100 dollars for just a bath. i honestly think they need to either retrain or FIRE some of the groomers. I hate the unprofessionalism exhibited by whoever was working today. Very poor service.

My puppy receives the best grooming from Hakeem & it brings me joy to see how happy my puppy is when I come to pick him up. I spend most of my time between North Carolina and Georgia and I always come back Edgewood petco to have my puppy groomed by Hakeem. Idk if other groomers use a sedative to calm dogs but ive had bad experiences of my puppy coming back quiet with low energy which I did not appreciate. Will forever give petco my business as long as Hakeem is there.

The groomer was on a break when I arrived, even though I selected an available slot.I paid for deshedding and my dog is still shedding.Her toes were bleeding afterwards.

Just picked up my baby and paid $100 to get him all clean. I added a couple extra services as well to ensure he would be in top shape.I barely had to look at his ears and theres black dirt all in both ears still! Very noticeable! Doesnt looked brushed . I understand he sheds but i have never picked him up from a groomer before and noticed loose hair everywhere. My main thing is his ears. I could have cleaned them better then this. Never ever paying this ridiculous $100 price for this poor service ever again! AND I STILL LEFT A TIP FOR THE GIRL SARAH ! Very disappointed. Sarah ignored me when i tried to tell her about how dirty his ears were. Never should have left her a tip!

I didn't like how your pricing is done. $55.00 on line, then when you book, an extra charge of $7.00 for supply and then when you bring the dog in, and extra $15.00 because he is a miniature schnauzer. Full pricing needs to be given up front before booking. Easy to book and get the dog trimmed. Dog was ready on time. One side of his muzzle was shorter than the other and on his underside near his back leg one side was longer than the other.

I brought my dog in for grooming. Sara was her groomer. This is the second time I have had Sara groom my dog. When I picked her up she looked fantastic. Sara listened to what I wanted and did exactly as asked. I have had so many bad grooming experiences with coming to pick up my dog and she almost doesn't look like my dog. Not this time. Sara is amazing and we well definitely be using her from now on!

I normally don’t leave reviews - good or bad but this has to be one of the worst customer service experience in Atlanta. I left work during lunch hour for this appointment. Appointment was set for 12.30 pm and I waited 40 minutes to be serviced. It’s either because I was asked to hold for someone in the back to come out and service my dog, or so others can be serviced that arrived after me, or because the assigned groomer was out on lunch. After all of that they weren’t able to service my dog because he had some Matts (which he’s had before at this location and they were able to assist). Hakeem’s attitude was uninterested, dry, and not helpful. He didn’t come across like he cared about providing good service or he was just having a bad day and I took the hit as a result of it. I am never coming back here again!

I took my 8 month old to sheepdoodle cause her hair was so long it was her first cut ...they didnt want to cut her hair only wanted to trim face and private and paws..if im paying you give me what I asked for..i wanted a lamb cut is not harming the pet. I was charged almost $80 just to trim snout and paws and private..no hair was cut off body so dog lokk almost identical to way she was brought in..I called to talk about my concern they just offered to book another appointment but not fix the issue wont return there and cancelled all my upcoming appointments...renique the groomer and also the manage that came to phone and didnt offer sny kind of resolution..then pet stkre chain groomers are bot as good as private owned grooming salons

Took my dog for grooming and was quoted a price. Received a call that he needed a flea bath which I agreed on for one the additional price but when i arrived for pick up the price change was way more than quoted over the phone. When mentioned it was wrong the lady shrugged and said “insert your card”
