I can't speak to everyone, but groomer Ashley T does a fantastic job! I have a spicy (but toothless) dog that Ashley is so patient with. She gets his nails done every time and I can't even touch his feet! We really appreciate Ashley!

Ms. Tianna is the best! My Dolly can be a bit high maintenance and nervous, but Tianna always takes such great care of her and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving here there. She also gives a great haircut!

Ms Vee was awesome. She showed my Mocha special attention, especially since she is blind. This is the first time I picked Mocha and she showed no anxiety. Also, the grooming was above and beyond.

I had a terrible grooming experience here. I would not recommend this location. They left my dog in the crate for 8 hours her appt was at 10:30 and I picked her up at 6. They cut all her hair off when it wasn’t instructed to. I am extremely devastated.

buy the equipment for $80 , watch youtube, do it yourself. way over priced. you are going to have your beloved pets for years so just learn how to its even better for your pets , less stress. they dont even do it correctly.

Jennifer do great job she know what to do to make my dogs beautiful but Tany he do the more terrible job I never see he cut my dog hair on 8 minutes he leave ny dog feel terrible he dont want to see the haircut on the mirror but thanks to Jennifer she fixed

I just had the most unpleasant experience here when I dropped off my puppy for a bath today. They first told me it's gonna take more than an hour as there was another dog before us, but I got a call 20 minutes later telling me the bath was done and puppy was ready for pick up. The lady on the phone told me to pick him up ASAP as he kept "screaming" in the crate after bath and it's annoying other customers. When I got there in 5, there was barely any customers in store, and the lady there gave me the worst customor service I can imagine. First, she was on the phone with someone else the entire time when i came to pick up the puppy, which was just unprofessional and impolite. Then she impatiently explained what happened in an annoying manner, and asked me to take the screaming puppy and leave asap. When I asked why the puppy behaved this way (as he is always quiet and calm during grooming) the lady kept talking on the phone and basically ignored my questions. I checked the puppy and he was shaking, and a large part of his body was still wet, i.e. ears, paws, butt, etc. He kept weeping for like 20 min in my car, and he was never like this before. I suspect that they just did a quick shower on him becasue they got inpatient and annoyed by the puppy's behavior. I just hope the people who work here could be more patient with puppy and be more polite to their customers. Will never visit again.

I’ve always preferred petco to other pet stores. They always have a great variety of pet supplies, toys, clothes, etc. The fact that you kept grooming services open during the covid19 pandemic just set you above all the others. Thank you for taking amazing care of our fur babies. They came home happy which tells me they had a positive experience. Thank you!

They did a great job taking care of my goldendoodle while grooming him! I got him back looking fresh and he was in great spirits when I got him back. They gave him a bath and trimmed his nails in addition to his haircut. The cut looked exactly as I specified
