The lady with the glasses and guy doing check in for vetco were great.She was helpful.The vet was nice and quick with doggy shot.The guy at checkout at Petco is always very nice and signed me up for the rewards!Only second visit but they were quite busy today.

I love this place everybody's so nice. I can wash my dog's for $10 a piece and who knew that Santa would demand that we take their picture too! What a great opportunity to donate I take care of my friends.

Lol. I just asked the girl about if they were getting a third blow dryer for the dogs. And then we called and asked them what time they were closing and she said that I was no longer welcomed here. They said they can refuse service for whatever reason. But they have no reason. I wonder if I can sue for discrimination. I just simply asked a question. No cursing or anything. It's okay I have the sheriff's department in my back pocket.

We were very pleased with the customer service at this location. Lena was super helpful in all aspects. She not only advised as to how to help remove a tick from our dog over the phone, but also helped us in-store with the self wash station when we decided to come in after. She spoiled our pup with some treats and was super attentive. Great experience all around.

I've typically had nice experiences here but an elderly heavyset woman with short hair working Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 around 6pm had an extremely nasty attitude for no apparent reason. I am sorry if you don't like your job, but it's frustrating when a friendly customer tries to come in to the store to purchase something and is greeted with foul customer service when trying to check out. I will no longer be buying pet food or supplies from here after this exchange.

Randomly chose this store out of the several pet stores when we got our puppy last week. SO glad we did! The entire staff is INCREDIBLE, but we just adore Jade! After only two prior visits she recognized and called our Skylar by her name!! We signed up for puppy training with her! Her love for pups is written all over her! Great place!!

Our favorite self doggie wash place to bring the fur-baby son of mine. He prefers their Full Groom service but once he is all nice and dry from self service wash, he is back to his normal happy curious self running around the store wanting the employees to per, play or sneak him some treats! Love bringing him here because his fur always comes out silky soft that my kids cannot stop touching him!

Great staff!!! I was totally lost not knowing what to buy for my new puppy! Marvin helped tremendously!!! I wish I remembered the other staff member that was there also she was very helpful as well! Customer service was outstanding! I’m never going any where else for my pets needs!!!!

I always have an excellent experience at Petco. I do not shop extremely often as I do not need very many products and do not need the dog bathing services. I like knowing it is there near the other stores I shop, Publix and Walgreens.I want to add that a sales associate helped me gain some insight into my growing kittens behavior and suggested good calming products that have been effective. She also brought my attention to the fact that Twigg was bringing me her toys not just for play but giving them to me.

The self-cleaning station for dogs is a god send. For 10 dollars, I can wash and dry my dog in a comfortable bath and not hurt my back. They clean up after my dog and me. And every sixth wash is free with the punch card. The bulk treats that are in the front of the store are useful for after the bath. I would recommend this store.

I don't think I'd shop anywhere else! Every associate in the store is helpful and personable and a MAJOR dog lover! Been going here since they opened, very happy with the level of service. Don't let big price tags scare you, they price match everything! Akos and Lorenzo are especially helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products and animal care.

Love the smaller space, makes it easier to find what I need without having to negotiate a huge store. Customer service was excellent and check out was quick and easy. I used to exclusively shop at Petsmart but am now a Petco customer thanks to better prices and more competent staff.

Took my baby to Petco to get some FreshPet food. Now I was the only black person in the store. When I walked in only in white customer no employees anywhere. I walked around the store saying hello. The fridge was low on food so I just grabbed what I was. Started looking at clothes, are biggie by the door to get by dig pillow the putin cart. Then lost prevention and every other employee comes out and starts watching. Lost prevention walks up and ask can I help you, I stated no because I knew who he was. Finally I was so fed up, I put everything back except for the food, then I started to the cashier I will not purchase anything else in here. As a matter of fact, a white customer walked in with his dog and employees are engaging playing with his dog. They didn't talk or play with my baby. The cashier waited til I was checking out and asked my baby's name. On top of that I bought cat food instead of dig food and the cashier didn't pay attention to that.

I just move to Atlanta from Smyrna I always go to Pet Supplies Plus in Smyrna and I will drive into Smyrna just to get my pet supplies because the customer service is Amazing there! I live down the block from this petco but the moment I walked in the customer service was awful they are to busy on their phones or worried about what's for lunch to help you. If you ask them a question they will yell the answer from behind the register and just go back to looking into their cell phones.

Felt like walking into a used car lot. An employee followed me around the entire time I shopped and told me I was not feeding my dog properly. I purchase a brand they carry and it is a good brand. I won't go back there again.
