I have been coming to the store for several years and today was top of the line service for sure! Matoki was exceptional! He made sure that I was taken care of at a multitude of levels. I was there looking for a harness and it was a very particular harness. We couldn't find anything in store and he made sure to look in every area with me. We found something online that was perfect but he did not have it in store. He went and found three locations that had it. Wrote down the phone numbers and the SKU number. Plus he was very informative about the training school! I will definitely be looking into the training school and always go back to the store!

I took my dog to this Petco to get groomed and he smelled good for 3 days. When the sprayed on sent wore off the bad odor stench came out. Simply put my dog was not properly washed. I do not recommend you bring your dog here for grooming.

I get my dog bathed here, the staff is always pretty friendly.. my dog absolutely hates baths so I am more then happy to pay the 80 here for them to do it. Then usually tip 15 or 20 bucks cause I know it was probably awful for them. Lol. Thanks yall!

Terrible customer service. This location is the nearest one to me, which is why I've frequented here, but I no longer will be visiting. The first issue occurred around April/May 2023. The groomer, Sarah, was incredibly short and unhelpful. I stopped bringing my pet there for grooming services, but I did shop there a few times after. Each time I enter the store, there is nobody available to check me out. I've found myself wandering the store in search of assistance on several occasions. Most recently, I called the store with an urgent inquiry and the calls were sent to voicemail/the incorrect department. When I did get in touch, Sarah, was very rude and accused me of incessantly calling the store and "clogging" the line, which was not the case. I called twice. Either way, if they were able to keep enough employees, answering phones wouldn't be an issue. Perhaps a training session in customer care would help. Do better.

We usually go to pet-smart, but I went here because they have availability for grooming. The staff was fantastic, my pup left more excited then I had ever seen her and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I went in for a wash and a “ facial trim”. This was my first time getting my pup groomed. I was excited at first but then I realized he didn’t get a facial trim. They just trimmed the hair in front of his eyes. Very grateful cause my baby needed it but what about his chin hairs? The hair around his nose? The hair at the top of his head? Not happy nor satisfied with the supposed “ facial trim” …. The wash was great. He smells good and his coat is very soft!Thank you but no thank you 😊.

If you go here, do NOT go to Rebekah for grooming. I’ve been bringing my 70lb golden doodle to Petco for grooming as long as I’ve had him. She decided he should be considered XL and i should be charged as such even though it clearly states on Petcos website that XL is 85+ lbs. she also decided to tack on a $10 scissor fee. So what should be a $100 service was over $120. I already pay $24 extra for the premium products.She was incredibly rude and told me she just needs to teach Petco staff how to correctly charge people.Oh and his hair cut is TERRIBLE. She shaved him down to nothing.Rebekah has ruined my entire Petco experience and I will not be returning.

I took my dog in at 11:30 am for a full service grooming appointment. After not receiving a phone call by 2:30 pm I called and the groomer Nancy said that she was next up. Confused, I asked her why isn't she finished after being there 3 hours and one other pet ahead of her. Her response was the phone has been ringing off the hook and she then says I'll get her on the table now and she'll be ready in 30 mins. I got there at 3 pm and to find she had just began cutting my pets hair. I witnessed her groom my pet and she was extremely rough and aggressive with my 9 yr old 8 lb maltese-shizu mix. I was horrified! Not only was she rough but she had shaved all her hair off leaving her uneven wand choppy all over. I could go on but long story short... after complaining she was very rude to me and her response was "I'll take care of it (the payment)" and stormed off. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS GROOMING SALON AGAIN! Beware of Nancy if you decide to have your fur-baby groomed there. You can see the finial results for yourself. I love this Petco. The staff are always so nice and helpful, it's always clean and orderly. Their holiday selection is so cute, and there is a ton of it. Their return policy is great, too, in case one of your buddies isn't keen on something.

I was very pleased. The staff is always so courtious and professional. Michelle is always helpful and very caring to our pup. Anthony....OMG!! Just amazing and has the best spirit ever. Kids and puppy can tell good people, and Anthony was just awesome.

Well in Sept I ordered online the Go at gear traveling bag 4 MI medium-sized Papillon only to discover that the first one was small and the second one they sent me was also a small so I had to return you but I wasn't able to get them returned until December 3rd and management at that store was kind enough to help me get the refund and put them back on the Shelf...so others could buy those.I was disappointed because. I had had a pet go from your sister catalog. Doctors Foster and Smith.that's why I went with that product...I'm sad to say that it's not in a medium or large and I needed a medium not a small... so I had to return the one that they gave me as a complimentary . which was the right thing to do. because I couldn't find anyone to give them too.

I appreciate all pet co’s but especially this location because their level of costumer service is amazing 🙌🏽 i give them a round of applause because everyone is very nice and helpful ALL THE TIME!!!! Most of the people that work there are surprisingly young but that puts a good look on their store manager because they show great work 👍🏽 Love it 😊

I brought a fish tank from Amazon and of course it was damaged. I explained my situation to them and they exchanged it no problem. I was ev able to get bigger and better tank cheaper than the one I originally ordered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌

Been taking my dog here for 3 years to get groomed no issues. All their groomers left for whatever reason and the new staff is deplorable. Troylissa cut my dog all the through his skin. Dan the manager has 0 customer service skills. They didn’t even know who my dog was after I arrived to pick him up. (After being prompted by the store that he was ready for pickup.) this place went so downhill. If you love your pup do not let these people touch them.

As my cat's favorite underling, PetSmart is my go to because they have a much larger selection for cats. But PetCo has nice, friendly staff and better rewards programs to save you money. So if they have what you're looking for, PetCo is the more wallet friendly option.
