I've been a very happy client for over 13 years! My dog, Diesel, always looks great when we leave. They are very professional and if there's been any turnover in groomers, I sure haven't noticed! I've seen the same faces there for years and when there's retention like that, I know that it's happy place to work and I can count on the consistency I've always gotten.Diesel has a few different looks, as you can see, but he always looks handsome because of The Pet Gallery!

If you're looking for a good groomer, I can't recommend Pet Gallery enough! I was told my dog was difficult to groom during a visit to another groomer, so I was really hesitant to take him to get groomed again; but after severe matting from a surgery suit, 95 degree weather, and a few trips to doggie daycare, a groom was needed. I hesitantly took him to Pet Gallery (who fit us into the schedule very quickly) and told them that he was really matted, so to do the best they could in terms of a cut. Not only were they incredibly friendly and understanding, but they told me my dog didn't have any issues with the groom and my dog looks AMAZING despite having to be shaved because of his full-body matting! He is usually so anxious after getting groomed, but he walked out of that place wagging his tail and wanting to play. To top it all off, the staff remembered my grandma who used to take her dog to Pet Gallery probably 15-20 years ago, which to me shows that they care about their customers. I'll never go anywhere else again! Attached before and after pictures of their awesome work.

We’ve taken our two dogs here for the last 3 years and each time, we are greeted with friendly and professional faces. They always listen to what you’re asking them to do and they do a great job. Our dogs always seem happy to go in and get groomed when we pull into the parking lot.

Cannot say enough about these gals. Our dogs always look fantastic after each grooming. We have lived through 5 terriers with the Pet Gallery, a long time small shop so make your standing appointments in advance they also offer quality food & treats. This place is amazing! I truly don’t say that lightly but every single time we bring our sweet pup for a haircut they do an amazing job. They even call us sometimes if they’re afraid it’s going to be too short to make sure we’re comfortable with it (our doodle gets quite matted). Can’t say enough about these wonderful gals that run the shop and the prices are super fair. Thank you for always taking such great care of our sweet peach.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I take my seniors there (ages 12 & 13) for baths and they love it. When I pick them up, they're always so relaxed and happy. I was really nervous at first because they don't get out much, but they put me at ease right away.The staff is wonderful, even if it's been awhile since my last visit they always remember the dogs and call them by name. When I hand them over, they almost run to the grooming area and don't even look back. That's enough to set my mind at ease that they are treated well and cared for when I'm gone.I highly recommend this place for grooming, especially if you have special care, senior or delicate dogs that needed to be handled with care they will love it.

Really appreciate the staff at Pet Gallery. We always feel comfortable and know our pup will be in good hands when we drop her off. She always comes out smiling when we pick her up. These guys do great work!

I can't say enough great things about Pet Gallery! We've been taking our Golden Doodle here for years. They are the only place that can deal with that fur - and one of the few places where our sensitive pup doesn't develop ear infects after a bath. The baths are super reasonable in price, and they do such a fantastic job at smoothing her fur that cuts are not necessary all the time - maybe a few times a year.

I love Pet Gallery!! My dog is 10 years old and has never really liked his nails trimmed, but somehow they get it done! He always gets excited when we get there and goes right to the back. The staff is friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Pet Gallery to anyone!

We have been bringing our dogs here for years, and I have never been disappointed. They take great care of my dogs. We are able to bring my basset hound here once a month and they trim her nails. When we try to trim her nails, she howls. They have no issue.

My dog's daycare recommended this place about a year ago, and I highly recommend them as well! I have a 60-ish pound border collie/husky mix, so as you can imagine, there's a lot of hair and a stubborn undercoat :) Their prices are affordable, they're very collaborative when it comes to making sure they get the cut exactly right, and their location is easy to find and get to, if you're around west midtown or upper westside.

Very happy with the service provided for nearly a decade. Even followed them from the old location to the new location down Collier Road. Unfortunately, it seems like Pet Gallery is having trouble keeping staff. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to schedule a bath for my two Australian Shepherds I decided to show up at 7:30 when they open. Rather than turn me away they welcomed my dogs happily. 1 hour later I was told to come pick them up because they didn't have enough time due to their fur being overly matted. Would have appreciated them letting me know right away better than wasting my entire morning going back-and-forth. Considering the dogs are so matted due to the Pet Gallery's admitted inability to schedule on previous attempts I would've appreciated them making exception or working a little bit longer once they had already agreed to bath the dogs.

Had my little Shih Tzu groomed here the other day for the first time, and they did an excellent job. He was more like a mop than a pup when I bright him in, and has suffered from some skin allergies. Now he is transformed, itches less, and looks adorable! They are delightful.
