The team here has always treated me kindly and with respect. Brandon and Chris are professional and try their best to get me in and out. I get shown the issues and they explain why it needs to be fixed. The shop manager (Jon I think) will break down pricing and sourcing parts. He really enjoys his staff and I can tell he empowers them. As a woman, they never talk down or try to oversell me. I really do suggest giving them a try if you have some car issues you need handled. I just wish the location was bigger. Its hard to get in and out of.

It is unfortunate that people cannot do good business. I will not return, this is to make other people aware. On Sunday I went by because my tire pressure light came on and with the holiday approaching, not many places were open. The older guy working told me my tire was unrepairable because of a nail and only had a $245 tire. He made it seem like I needed all new tires immediately when I know they were recently checked after an oil change. I declined and first asked that he put air in it so I could leave. He says okay, then returns maybe 10 minutes mentioning a warranty on a new tire. I remind him of my request. Then I ask that the spare is put on there. That takes way longer than it should. I wait until after the holiday (Tuesday) and go to Tire South (where I normally go when in the area, and now live again). Tire can be fixed. They do suggest new tires in the future (4 would still be a way better deal than my Pep Boys quote for 1). Just for 1 tire was nearly more than half of the price of 4, and I have options. So glad I waited and didn’t fall for a sales ploy/end of the year quota goal, which it felt like.

Martin was so helpful and kind to me. Being a woman, sometimes I feel intimidated going to auto shops bc in the past other shop guys have made me feel dumb or just uncomfortable…. not Martin, he made me feel at ease and informed on what was needed to fix my car. Also, he talked very patiently to me and didn’t seem bothered by my questions. Cherry on top was that my car was done in less than a day!

Called in last week to schedule an appointment for my brakes and rotors and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Marques. He was professional, polite, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This morning (day of appointment) I came in and was greeted by Marques again and he knew exactly who I was and wasted no time getting me checked in. While waiting in the lobby, I couldn't help but notice how neat, clean, and customer-friendly the establishment is. Mr. Jerry, the mechanic who performed the work was EXCELLENT!! The knowledge and skills that he posses is superb and and you can tell that he cares a lot and takes pride in his work. These guys are the best, and I WILL DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who may be inquiring about services for your vehicle. Thank you again Marques and Mr. Jerry for such an outstanding job, professional attitude, friendly atmosphere, and top-notch work ☆☆☆☆☆

Left my car for a punctured tire at 11 AM, didn't get it back until 6 PM. When I got my car back, there was a Wendy's receipt laying on my middle console dated for that same day at 1 PM... I don't go to Wendy's... When handed to an employee, they said that it wasn't possible because they are not allowed to do that. Low and behold my dash cam was on the full time, where I got to watch back his little lunch break in my car. He returned to the shop with his meal and sat in my car for ten minutes while he was enjoying his food and talking on the phone to a friend. At this point, it was around 1 PM and my car had already been serviced, though I was never notified that it was complete. Around 5 PM I called to ask if it was complete, and the employee said it was. Overall terrible service, and you can't trust them with your cars. They will take them to do personal activities and will forget to let you know when your car is ready. I'd like to be reached out to about this.

It was good, customer service can be better. I had an appointment and got in, said hi I have an appointment and the front desk guy with a sarcastic tone said, oh you do. And after 5 min asked me for name, not sure if the appointment worked as just he didn't paid attention to my email with appointment number.Then he told me an alignment might be needed but at the end was needed, however I'm was like do you have something to backup that idea? Just trust me bro ? Because that was like 200 bucks.Well for the rest, fixed was good. I really like how they have car drop off too, I'm totally new to pep boys, but it should promote this even for customers and don't assume we are recurrent customer.Nevertheless I'll go back until o find a better place maybe.Btw coupon button at the end of survey is not workingUpdate to 3 stars after going to Anthem auto, that's really good customer service and no extras

DO NOT GO HERE! It took them 38 days on a job that should have taken 7. The price doubled. My car is also no complete and has additional damage. I ended up spend over a thousand dollars on a rental because they could not finish my car and kept installing wrong parts. Please please save yourself the headache and don’t go!!!!!

The guy at the front desk Malik is extremely rude and he shouldn’t be the face of this business, he will chase away all y’all’s potential customers because he speaks to everyone with so much rudeness and disgust. Let him go fix cars(that is if he even know how to do that)and leave the front desk. I walked in on him disrespecting an elderly man and same thing happened to me.

This is one of the best most respectful car shops in ATL. They have great deals and great people. Took my Prius in for an oil change and complimentary tire rotation, they had it done in no time. I usually go elsewhere for my tires but I am heavily considering using them. Great service, great team. 5 star place

I came in to have my car checked for wheel bearings. The young man, Jamie told me I didn’t need them. He said I don’t want to charge you for things you don’t need. He did a wheel alignment for me instead, with the lifetime warranty. Martin, the manager is always a joy to interact with & he makes my wait enjoyable. This has renewed my faith in the company but I’m only going to this location. That’s the Howell Mill location in Atlanta, GA.

The older black gentleman behind the counter should probably retire. Watched him try to upsell a young girl who obviously didn't know anything about cars. I just wanted two tires I had ordered from tire rack installed but I just picked them up and went somewhere else. Vibes were way off. The guy asked me if I wanted them balanced. Um yeah guy that's part of installing a tire. I didn't want to wait in that small dingy waiting room either. Won't be back. One star.

It is very difficult to find experienced good help, However I have 2 additional Auto Techs coming on board. This is a very very busy store, normally we are 2 days out for appts. I am working diligently to correct the things that have been making your visits unpleasant

The gentleman that run this place are polite efficient and overall always with a calm cool energy even when there’s a dozen people trying to get their attention.
