I have been a fan for years and can vouch for the amazing service and knowledge given by the staff. they have helped us with food issues, illnesses, skin disorders, bathing, and most importantly according to my current dog: treats and toys! They have raw food, special food, simple food, weird treats (rabbit foot) and basic training treats, crinkle toys, squeaky toys, leashes, harnesses, dog shoes, dog jean jackets, cat stuff and MORE. My dog spends 95% of his allowance here.

A puppy recently found her way into my life and I began the quest to find food I felt good about giving her that was both nutritious and ethical. As a vegetarian (mostly vegan) buying dog food can be low key traumatizing. So to find a pet store that cares about the humane aspect of pet food and is close to home was a godsend. Beyond that, though, I was struck by the warmth of the employees. I have been several times now and no matter who is working that day they all greet my puppy like she’s a celebrity. They adore her and play with her and give her treats. Of course she LOVES to go there. Lol. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel good supporting this business and would highly recommend them.

We loved the entire experience! My hubby and I brought our newly adopted puppy in and we received an adoption kit and it was very very helpful. We thank you guys so much! My older dogs love the duck hearts and necks! Can't get enough of your amazing treats!As a registered veterinary technician I can say the employees had a lot of knowledge and I really appreciated that. They helped a lot and were very on point with the information given. I loved it! And 100% back them up. The only concern I had was there was a lot of grain free food in the shelf. Do your research. Do not rely on all the marketing.Thanks for all y'all's help! 💜

I can't recommend Park Pet supply highly enough! I recently picked up 2 strays on a North Ga highway, and brought them home. When I went in to buy food and other supplies, the store was unbelievably generous helping me get started. The rep from Acana was there and also helped in every way she could. I had been shopping there since I got to Atlanta a few years ago, ( for my old hound,) and I don't know another group so committed to making sure that our pets are well cared for. This place is amazing - friendly and incredibly helpful staff. I can’t remember names, but there are two people here that have given me so much information about food and ingredients every time I’ve come in. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it for you. They have really great kibbles, and tons of options and toppers for raw diets. I’m looking to start ordering my cats wet food through Park Pets so I can finally break up with Petco for good.My pup had surgery today and was really struggling in her big plastic cone, so I popped over to see if they had soft cones and they had exactly what I needed. She is so much more comfortable now and I’m thankful to have such a great pet store nearby.

I used to buy expensive prescription cat food for my cats due to allergies. Now I feed them a better food that is less expensive that I get from Park Pet Supply. The care and concern I received from the staff and owner of this store is top notch!! The staff REALLY knows what’s best for your pet!!

What a hidden gem! I was blown away by the service, the quality of products and the owner was a goldmine of information!!!! It was so nice to go in a pet store and someone know what they are talking about. She spent a lot of time with me to talk through options and find the best products for my dog. The pricing was in line with a regular store and not jacked up like you would see in a boutique pet store. If you are looking for a holistic option this is the place to go, especially for newbies that are confused and need guidance. It was worth the drive!

Loved this place. We were accomodated really well and we basically had an inside tour of the shop to purchase our much needed toys for our new pup. The sales lady was very accomodating and she gives us really useful advices and knows their products well. She'll help with with anything and everything. They are actually not open for walk-in.. We were just lucky to be given a chance to go inside and have a look for a ourselves. I would pay a visit in this shop when I'm here in Atlanta, that's for sure. Prices are reasonable too and the quality is remarkable. There's also alot of healthy pet food choices (Canned, Raw & Treats). Would really recommend.

12/14/23Editing my review to add that everyone is so helpful at park pet. Last week Joe helped me find the perfect supplement for my doggo who was having poo issues. Thanks Joe! This isn't just a pet store store trying to sell you whatever they can. They all know so much and truly care about how your pet is doing. I also love the fact that they also have monthly sales on premium products. Always friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of quality foods and products.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've been coming here for the past 1-2 years and have always had a great experience. I recently got gifted a kitten by the cat distribution system and took her into the store. The employees were all super knowledgeable about typical kitten care and even gave me an adoption bundle with free kitten food and treats.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Park Pet Supply. We recently adopted, Koda, and reached out to Park Pet Supply for some staples like a leash, harness, dog treats, toys, etc. I emailed with them to figure out what would work best for his breed and young puppy energy. They were super knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the right products. I paid via a secure invoice online which was super easy and then stopped by later that day to grab the curbside pickup order.Koda also received a free adoption bundle packed with toys and treats. His tail would not stop wagging! If you recently adopted a dog or cat, you could get an awesome adoption bundle too!I highly suggest Park Pet Supply for all your pet needs. Support your local pet store and show your pets some love! Quarantine is rough on them too

I would give this place more stars if I could. I fell in love with this place from the moment I entered. The customer service is top notch! Everyone is very knowledgeable and you can tell they are animal lovers themselves. Park Pet Supply has so many options and prices are not bad for the quality. These people are amazing. My girl was given two months to live after having a hemangiosarcoma tumor removed IF i did chemo in august of 2019. I got her on all raw meats and veggies, thanks to park pet supply, with some turkey tail and tumeric. No chemo and 7 months later she is a 13 year old pup. Full of kisses and teaching the new addition to the family how to not suck at being a dog.

This place and the team who run it are absolutely lovely! Go above and beyond to help your pet. Recommended the rabbit feet to me for helping to clean out my dog’s digestive system, and they have become a godsend every time she has an upset stomach! Can’t thank them enough. I’ve moved and now live an hour away, but I still make the drive monthly. They even recommended and set up a monthly order for me so what I need will always be there in stock on my monthly drive in.

Tara Lynn is definitely one of my favorite employees here. All of them are great, helpful, resourceful. They reccomend products that they use for their own pets. Tara has great energy and is naturally sweet. Shes so easy to talk to. I always feel welcomed here.One day, I came here for raw food for my husky and ended up buying food for my cat too. Now, I don't even buy regular kibble for my pets anymore.
