Vineet and Shawn are AMAZING! I've been coming to their establishment since 2021 when I was in the market for a beautiful handmade rug. Vineet was so patient with me and genuinely wanted me to find a rug that I loved. He also educated me on the quality of these kinds of rugs and what to look for; how to care for them. It's an investment, but one that is so worth it. I will forever be grateful and will continue to support this family-owned business whenever I'm back in the market for a rug.

I found Oriental Designer Rugs driving by, as it is not far from my house. They had great reviews online and I decided to stop by. I have been looking for a rug for our family room and wanted a hand knotted rug. I was sure it was going to be out of our price range. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices for the quality of rugs they had. I was able to take a few rugs home to see how they looked in the room and so glad I did! With the help of Vineet who was friendly and very knowledgeable, I was able to narrow down my selection. The rugs were so beautiful it was difficult to choose. So now we have a rug for our bedroom as well. We took advantage of the interest free financing that was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Start with them; chances are you will find a beautiful, excellent quality, durable rug at a very competitive price. We have shopped at Oriental Designer Rugs several times. Twenty years ago when we got our first rug, they were fantastic; and still, in 2024, they remain exceptional. We have checked out other retailers, but each time we end up going back to Oriental Designer Rugs. The staff (Renu and Shahn) have in-depth knowledge about rugs and are courteous, helpful, honest, patient and never, ever pushy. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Furthermore, the selection at their store is fantastic; they have many sizes, many colors and many styles.

I am literally blown away by Vineet and his team. I had a tenant smoke in my house for a year and thought my handmade rugs from Morocco and India were ruined. Vineet took them and documented before and after videos for the claim. He removed the smell and even stopped the bleeding of the Moroccan one and repaired the braids on the Indian one. He was kind enough to ship them to me (they just arrived in perfect condition). And went above and beyond to write a letter to my insurance when they asked for photo evidence of a smell! His letter got me reimbursed for the cleaning. I consider him an actual hero. Thank you so much Vineet and the team at Oriental Designer Rugs. Incredible service.

I am so thankful for this company! My puppy decided to use my expensive foyer rug as a chew toy. My husband found the reviews for Oriental Designer Rugs and we decided to reach out and see if they could help. We were told they would do the best they could and it could take 3-4 weeks. After only 2 weeks they called to say it was ready. To my delight, it is absolutely perfect. I searched for the repaired area and am unable to see where it was. They are super friendly and very affordable and did an amazing job!

Vineet and Shawn are the best! We purchased our home from another state and wanted to have a runner installed up the stairs to make it easier for our children and dog. I called Shawn and he arranged for Vineet to meet me on FaceTime to choose the design. Vineet took his time with me, showing me so many samples and really listening to what I wanted, while also providing expert suggestions! They made it all so easy! I wish I could give Oriental Designer Rugs 6 Stars! For starters, the web site is very well organized with search criteria that made it easy to filter runners by "color", "style" etc. saving us tons of time looking at a thumbnail of every runner they have, or driving around to different rug outlets. Within minutes we'd identified several interesting options that made it a good idea to drive to the showroom. The owners were friendly and informative without being pushy or intrusive. We signed out a couple of samples to view in our home and returned a couple of days later to make the purchase. The runners arrived when promised and we are very happy with the quality.
