We understand the store employs alot of seniors but Customer Service is terrible You have to give respect to get it Corporate get on there heels. This location used to have alot of nice home decor but it hasn't in awhile. Let's clearance out alot of this older mess in all departments, get that backroom pushed to the sales floor and get some new merchandise. Training on customer service is needed no matter the age or location of the store. You can overhear the worst conversations straight from employees

Okay items in the store. They need better up front register staff. Mamie, the older heavy set woman that is often at the second register is as slow as a snail when it comes down to bagging up and taking money from customers. She doesn't greet the customers at all. If you don't want to be an employee there then leave!

Store is ALWAYS cluttered!shopping there is likenavigating a MAZE, Nice staff but way too messyUPDATE*****************Went back for the 1st timesince April, on 11-23-2020 STILL a nightmare!! Cluttered, dirty and almost impossible to push a cart thru, IF you can find one that rolls!!There was ONE cashier forover a dozen customers, NO WAY to social distance! DefinitelyWILL NOT go back!!!I will go to Roses onCandler Road in Decatur.

The employees here are extremely rude, not only that but the management is very unprofessional. I've witnessed how very disrespectful they are to customers. The lady with the blonde hair smart mouths when you ask questions and makes customers wait extra time if she doesn't like them. The store is always dirty and unkempt. If you complain even a little they call the police.

The older cashier with the blonde hair is VERY rude and she needs to realize everybody is not from Campbellton Rd. She was disrespectful from the moment I walked through the door. I understand the company is trying to control shrink but it's offensive to yell for my bags across the store when she have a line to Texas!!!! I will continue to shop Family Dollar and Dollar General!!!

I drove 20mins to this store for a particular clothes basket. The cashier Barbara says, I can't get the basket because too many people in my line and I have to find a ladder. I'm a customer too. I will NEVER come back!! No one else should either! Maxway downtown Austell Store.

From the Women's Lounge to serendipitous sales, strolling through the floors of Strongroom even if I'm just there to get out of the rain on Market street never fails to impress.My regards to the men and women of the shoe and misses departments. The employees at this particular maxway are older people who have failed in life. I guess that is the reason why they are so rude. Worst experience I ever had. I will not go back there again or spend any of my money at that particular maxway .

The one on Campbellton Road, their phone number all of a sudden is not working, and it is not helping in case you want to call and ask questions, or in case you all of a sudden just decide to close the store earlier than the posted time at your store. Etc etc., the phone number needs to be working again or have a different phone #.

Everybody that works in the store rude from the gay guy to the blonde lady very disrespectful slamming things won’t greet you but will harass you about your age and I’m 27 saying you have to be with an adult like really and they are so confrontational because max way as a company allows them to continue to work there it’s really junky in the store I live nearby and make this store my last result I’ll spend more at a gas station for certain items jus to avoid the drama the workers put you through to spend your money with them

Its OK. Some staff are friendly others can be rude. Mid size selection of clothing. Also has limited amount of dry groceries as well as other house hold needs.

This employee name Jane is very rude. She has a bad attitude, does not speak to customers and I just hate going into the store all because of her. She have no good customer service at all. Other than that the store would be better.
