This store has decent deals and it’s comparable to its competitors (TjMaxx pr Ross). The have a good variety of items and brands (even expensive ones). As a negative point I have to say that some of the aisles were cluttered and with items all over the floor, and anyone from their staff was worried about putting things where they belong.

After dinner, mom said we could go shopping. This Marshall’s has a great toy selection so I struggled trying to pick just one to take home. Then my mom squeaked THE one. It was love at first head tilt. I was responsible and carried it up to check out and got lots of pets on the way up. I give this store two paws up!

I am a residence in Brookhaven and this is the Marshalls I shop at often. I usually find exactly what I’m looking for here, however the customer service is simply unacceptable! I happen to be in the store, Sunday October 22nd, 2023 and was talked to as if I was a child. It was 8 mins to 8, an announcement was made that the store would be closing. 5 mins to closing another announcement was made, if any store associate saw a customer still shopping to please kindly stop them and escort them to the customer service desk immediately so that they could be checked out and out the door by 8pm on the dot. NEVVVVER have I been so disturbed and bothered. I had words with the sales associates and they continued to challenge me as if customers had no value or didn’t deserve any respect whatsoever. So disappointed that such a good store in a good area would employ individuals not suited for the positions. I will no longer shop here, because never ever have I been treated with such disrespect. I would love to know if the cameras could be rolled back and the audio heard during that particular time and day. The sales associate that checked me out was absolutely wonderful, I truly appreciated her kind words because it helped calm me down! It was both a female and male that was working on the floor at the time that gave me a hard time. Definitely won’t be going back, because of those two!!!! Disappointed beyond!

I love Marshall's and I now believe that this is my favorite store. I grabbed a cute pair of cotton summer pants for just $15. I really wish I had it in my budget to pick up one of the GORGEOUS Michael Kors bags!Lots of Clearance tags.Nice, clean restroom.

Store is a busy one and very well managed. If the line becomes busy, they call extra folks to the front.Wish their clearance areas were better organized for beauty. Just too messy to shop.

Pam, who was recently working in the dressing room area (on March 18th, 2023) was very rude to me for no reason. She ignored me when I asked her questions and gave me nasty looks, unwarranted. I live in the area and always come here. I’ve never had an experience like this before. IF YOU DON’T LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They have the best deals on name brand clothing. I went to get an outfit for Thanksgiving and they never disappointed me. They have Great sales, and they people are nice, not to add the area is even nicer.

This Marshall's is decent. Nice size and most of the time they have good sales going on. Wish they had more of a bag selection for men tho. Check em out. I still always find something and I'm sure you will as well. Will be back again.

They are very slow at check out. They have several workers and will not call them to help out a long line at checkout which is inconsiderate. They will take all day price checking and working on returns instead of trying to get the patients who are trying to pay and leave. Normally they’re quick but today the people they had behind the counter had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I’ve worked in customer as a manager in the past and they were a mess.

Clean organized and there were enough cashiers to move the long line at the register, that made the total wait time inline less than two minutes which was great.Overall experience I would say I was highly satisfied.

Marshalls was excellent. Antoinette was great I just had surgery and she kindly assisted me to my car, exceptional customer service. Very attentive to customers not to mention the great buys . Awesome store!

Basic Marshall's, they had Kiss lashes pack of 4 on sale for $3.50 so I was super happy to find that. They have a good clearance rack for both makeup and clothes. Cashier was okay...if customer service was better than that would be an easy 5 star

I've been coming to Marshall's at Town Brookhaven since it opened. Everything was always at least semi neat and priced. Today I put back 16 items because I am not waiting in line for 20 minutes to finally price. I just went to Amazon in the store and ordered what I wanted because the prices were right there and I would bet money below what those were in Marshalls. I ask a lady that worked there if there was any other way to check prices and she was nice and said that there was no way. So BYE!

Great customer service. I visited several Marshalls stores and the shoe i wanted was not available in my size. Finally visited this Marshalls and asked Cedric if he had this shoe in stock. He kindly went to the back room, got me the shoe and earned my business. Thank you so much Cedric.

A Marshall's with a nice shoe selection. Wanted a pair of FitFlops and not only did they have a pair in my size they were marked down to $26! I went in with nothing in mind & came out with a big bag of items. Honestly, the items were already on my radar. I typically don't purchase things out of the blue. Got 2 really nice diffusers both by Homedics & one of them was next door in Costco for double price. I heard a customer say she could spend 3 hours in Marshalls. (That used to be me!) Most employees were friendly. One woman that went in & out of office door near shoes...looked right at me twice & didn't speak. (4 stars). A male employee & cashier were very friendly.

This store is conveniently located in an upscale "mixed use" development, and is far above the average Marshall's in term of quality, quantity, and service. Parking is free and plentiful, and there are no security issues. This store is like other Marshalls in the sense that it has deep discounts on lots of discontinued items and Overstock. It's definitely worth a stop.

They closed the fitting rooms at about 4:30. Supposedly they close at 8:00. They absolutely lost a large sale.

The coordinator Sharell or Sharnell... (however it’s spelled) has a horrible attitude problem. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of interacting with her twice at checkout... and she lacks good customer service to say the least!
