As is the case with most Krogers, this place is a dump. Rude and arrogant employees, a broken cart escalator that was never fixed, never enough checkout lanes open, narrow aisles littered with pallets to restock, and not enough parking. And many times, they are out of items or have little selection. If you have to shop at a Kroger, it better to just go to the Ansley location, which is just slightly better.

Koger shamelessly boots it's customers. I wish I had seen the Marisol's review prior to my visit today. I went to get my tag. Ironically, the machine was broken and I left Kroger within 5 minutes or less. Her account is totally accurate. Avoid and go to Publix which is only a block away and has much better customer concern and service. Below is another picture of his van with a handicap visor tag.

The attached photo is of the car of the person who booted me for accidentally parking in an electric parking spot and spending 5 minutes in the store. I got two things. It’s honestly just laughable. I asked the guy if there was anything he could do to please help me because I don’t have $75 and then he just pretended like he was going to help me and disappeared for the next 45 minutes. I asked him multiple times if he thinks his job is helpful and he couldn’t seem to give me an answer or even think about it. So instead of me taking up that parking spot for the 5 minutes I was in the store I was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting to have the boot taken off. It’s sad when a company like Kroger, who already is greedy enough, enlists the help of another greedy company to boot peoples cars instead of maybe….improving their parking situation? Just a thought. Also interesting that nobody working at Kroger and nobody working for PPE gets paid enough to care about booting peoples cars. Licking boots for minimum wage. Sad.

I love this place and the fact that parking is easy to find and if you follow the rules you will find it easy to get yourself booted , place is clean shelf’s are stock and bathrooms inside are clean as well. Customer service is amazing always get a good morning or an afternoon from a worker over all love this Kroger!

I like shopping at Kroger. I especially like the boost club got free deliveries. But when I have to go in person, this is the store I go to. It’s very nice. Beltline entrance. Sometimes parking is hard as it’s not a very large parking lot given the amount of customers.

It's 10:25 am March 16, 2024. These are the most mean customer service I have ever encountered at this location. I usually do self checkout but the line was long so I went to cashier. The attitude is the worse. I thank the young lady for bagging ( also help bag my own groceries) for bagging " No reply" said it again & finally said Thank you with a attitude ". I been coming here for years. I WILL NEVER GO TO A CASHIER TO GET CHECKOUT, I WILL STAND IN THAT LONG LINE FIRST BEFORE I GO TO A LIVE CASHIER!!!!!

This Kroger is unique but impressive. Lots of quality food and the layout is very different than most you see. The service areas are located in the back of the store and for the most part they provide great food made to order. The gentleman who helped me when I bought a meal was a bit rude with service but it wasn't a big deal. Food was hot and fresh with a great price. Highly recommend going there

This place is ground zero for a parking boot operation. They likely give kickbacks to the store management for booting which is why Krogers manager does nothing. Look on tiktok - there’s a whole account dedicated to basically booting people at this lot. Doesn’t matter if you bought something… only if the guy thinks you were in the store “too long”. Total predatory practice. Stay clear or get your own set of boot keys before you show up.

I placed a pick up order for 7pm-8pm. I sat in the pick up order section from 7:45pm to 8pm calling Kroger pick up and no one answered. On one call, I received an answer but they picked up having a side bar convo and never acknowledged me on the phone. The assistant manager James was called to assist me when I finally walked inside the store and he spoke to me in a very condescending tone. No apology no explanation for why no one answered the phone to bring me my purchase. He kept repeating “they close at 8.” I asked for a reimbursement and he refused to give me a reimbursement on for the items I did not receive.Another store associate informed me that usually, when something like this happens, the manager simply collects the picked items and hands it to the customer.I am very shocked at the lack of customer service received by James. He even went as far as to lie and tell me the pickup order is separate from Kroger and they do not have a manager. All of which is untrue (verified by Kroger customer service line)

Some of what we needed was out of stock. But that wasn’t the real kicker….When we went to check out the guy behind the customer service counter told a woman behind us to come in front of us though we were there several minutes before her!!! Though we told him we had been waiting at the exact spot he pointed to he still proceeded to call us liars. He made a huge scene and was on some kind of power trip. It felt like reverse racism!!! This incident alone will make me think twice about ever shopping there!!!

New Year's Eve. Very busy. Parked where I usually park when there are no available regular spaces. Never been a problem. When I came out the PPE employee was waiting for myself and the other people parked there to pay our fines. $75. There is one new sign in the back. Not near where I parked. I assume it mentions something about booting. I'll never know what it said because I won't be coming back to Murder Kroger. 28 years of shopping here (minus the years they were closed for construction). In the future, I will be purchasing groceries at Publix where they don't boot their customers. Happy New Year.

Customer Service desk says to check with cashier for visa gift cards. I go to ask the ONLY cashier about the visa gift card and she knows nothing about it. I go back to customer service and she states they don’t have them yet. I ask for a manager and they refuse to come out of the office and Allison has to talk thru the door. No gift cards. Kroger is the largest supermarket in the US and they have no customer service and no visa gift cards. Great job!

Brand new Kroger opened just yesterday replacing the old Kroger on the Atl Beltline at 725 Ponce. I wanted to see it early before the masses hit. I was not disappointed! First I love the Pub and the Starbucks locations which front the Beltline ( complete with serving windows) so you can be served and sit on the patio facing the Beltline. The different stations including the fabulous Murray Cheese Shop, the Pan Asian Warm Foods, The massive Sushi Bar are going to be solid favorites for me. The layout is easy to negotiate, the shelves packed and ready to go. Customer service was excellent!! Welcome back Kroger!!

Revised review: amazing that in this virus crisis that Kroger doesn't have leadership in place to take a stance to protect customers and employees. I visited 3 days ago with 5000 plus people dying in a day , in the USA, and check out clerks have no mask and no gloves. such irresponsibility from a huge corporation is unacceptable! I won't go back.

The grocer formerly known as “Murder Kroger” changes it’s facade, interior and accessibility. Now “Beltline Kroger” is a pedestrian-friendly full line grocery store.The have a much larger selection across the board with a huge offering of beer and wine. They also have a large selection of ready-to-cook meals, large deli, pizza and Cracklin’ B’s BBQ. They also have a nice eat-in dining area that opens to an outdoor patio overlooking the beltline.The place has a rustic warehouse feel with exposed concrete and pillars with signage painted on the walls.

Great Workspace on the Beltline. Tons of internal space. There are also a large number of amenities located around the building. You can pop down to Kroger for some shopping, over to PONCE City market for eats or just a general good time. Parking deck is easily accessible and takes you straight into the building. For those who work in the building, there is a bike room .

Super nice Kroger, but with same low prices. They have an entrance right off the Beltline, which is very convenient.The sale section is really great. They actually have some quality items in there.The grab and go frozen meal section is very off-putting. I didn’t try it myself, but the food does not look appealing. The whole concept of using a giant scoop to get frozen chicken and such out, that other people have touched, grosses me out. (I know this is the same concept as grab and go nut section, but this just seems even grosser.)Besides that, definitely recommend this location! Friendly staff. Great rebranding!

Don't go to this market park and shop for than decide to have a beer. Get to my car it was booted I show my receipt and still had to pay . Worst thing is they recorded the whole thing to put on tik Tok.

The best Kroger out there!!! Parking is tough and it’s a popular spot to be but the staff is 12/10. Had the best lady help us at self check out today!! Everyone is so friendly, it made me excited to come back and grocery shop. 🏻

This kroger gets no stars from me. The manager over the store claims I panhandle on they back porch but can't show solid proof can't tell me when it happened or nothing. But I have days of kroger receipts to show. How do you panhandle on cashapp. And the Kroger employees are mean besides Ms D. From sub deli department and a few other female employees. I use this store everyday and they say I stay on the porch all night like I live there or something. But I guess you can't charge your devices without looking homeless. Code enforcement needs to come out to this location. Water leakage is terrible bad attitude is bad 😞 lying on customers is bad. The officer say he wasn't giving me a trespass but behind my for trying to clear things up because panhandling is not good to be guilty of when is not true. To add to this post now I get a criminal trespassing with no explanation. Whom ever reading dis message pls go to another Kroger because dis Krogers is not a family shopping center. This is discrimination and going against blacks. And shoppers watch out for getting the boots on your car.

Hopefully you’re not reading this AFTER losing $75 like I did. The parking in this area is extremely tight. It’s too small for the capacity of employees and shoppers. I parked in the small open lot slightly down the hill from the entrance, simply thinking it was overflow parking. I come back and boom I’ve been booted. Beware.

I have a friend with a disability that takes a bit longer to shop for groceries than the average person. He goes shopping on Sunday nights to avoid crowds. Tonight he spent $400 and spent 96 minutes filling his cart. When he returned to his vehicle, a boot was on his car. Thinking it was a mistake he asked management to help him, and they told him he shouldn't have taken more than 90 minutes. When he asked to speak to the store owner, management said he doesn't answer his phone. Jerry and Keisha the laughed and said "I'd he got $400 for groceries he got $75 dollars for a boot" management should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers, and I will do my best to convince my friend to file suit.
