It is truly hit or miss when I visit this store. I see changes happening (displays) and I hope it's for good. There's a difference between the quality of food we receive at this store vs, say, buckhead. Oh well, I'm happy I have a choice. But this is the issue.. why don't you assign your security officers private parking? Security should not take the handicap parking spaces, unless there is a handicap/disabled tag in the window or on the tag"Tag". For those that really need the space, are unable to park because of this. I know because I witnessed this today. It's terrible.

It is quite astonishing how these companies endeavor to provide support to the community, yet their employees seem to lack knowledge regarding the location of specific items. My sole requirement was to obtain a pound of sourdough, and it took me a tedious 10 minutes to locate an employee who was familiar with my request. Furthermore, another 30 minutes transpired before they informed me of the unfortunate news that the desired item was unavailable. It is regrettable that I did not conduct thorough research prior to my visit, as it would have spared me from enduring this ordeal.

Horrible Experience. I went there at the end of the day to pick up just one thing. I was in front of the door at 10:55 PM and the security person would not let me in. I said that I needed to pick up just one thing. His answer was that the manager had just come up to him and told him to not let anyone in the door. I wonder what kind of service is that??? Seriously??? I understand that no one should arrive at 10:55 thinking that they are going to buy groceries for the next two weeks. That would be abusive, but I was just picking up one thing. The man turned me away without any remorse. if it says that they close at 11 then close at 11 not a 10:55. That manager needs to be fired. That is not very good customer relations\. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for years but now i no longer have a reason to spend my money there. It was a big disappointment and i can't believe that the management team that is running the store encourages such behavior. I hope that someone in the regional office reads this and do something about it.Two months later i went again to see if anything had changed. As I walked in, I noticed a line at the checkout. It was long, at least fifteen people were in line. I thought by the time I finished my shopping the line would have shortened some, that was not the case. The line was twenty-five people long and the guy that was in third place when i came in, was now next in line. The line had advanced only two people in the time i did all my shopping. There were two Kroger cashiers standing there doing absolutely nothing but watching people complain. Out of the six registers at the self-checkout only three were working.They were making everyone use the self-checkout regardless of the size of their cart. There were people with full carts scanning their own stuff. Everyone in the line was complaining and their attitude was that they did not care, telling people to come shop early. I thought it was ridiculous so i talked to the ladies at the register. Very politely I asked if they had noticed the amount of people in line and they said yes. I asked, can you have someone open a register and they said no. One of the cashiers, while smacking chewing gum and popping bubbles, volunteered this information: Registers close at 9:30, you need to come shop early. It was then 10:20 when I was finally checking out when I could not help noticing when one of the cashiers opened the door to let in one of her friends to do some last-minute shopping. Those people that acted this way do not know the schedule that other people have and how they live their lives. I really do not need to be talked to that way, it was disrespectful and offensive to all the people in line this evening. The whole scene was a circus yet, no one was laughing.At this time, when prices for everything have doubled but not our salaries, everyone is trying to stretch their dollars as much as they can, you would think that Kroger would appreciate customers more but that appears to not be the case. I, like everyone else in that line this evening, can go spend money at another store where customers are appreciated regardless of the time they can shop. The issue of the long line could also happen for many reasons but what made it such an unpleasant experience was the attitude of the cashiers.To make your shopping experience a pleasure, do not go to this store, go somewhere else.i hope that management does something about this. My next step is writing a letter to the corporate offices. Please check out pictures I am posting clearly showing the people in line.

I am really happy with my Greenbriar Kroger. The store is upgrading the refrigerated cases, displays and product selection. Plus the people; staff and customers, are really friendly. Even when there are staff shortages, folks are patient and helpful. Neighbors helping Neighbors!

They never have any vegetarian options. It’s been 2 weeks and there is absolutely no impossible meat or beyond meat to choose from. They honestly never have a good selection. This is my local Kroger and I can’t shop here as a vegetarian. It’s disappointing in an area like mine.

This kroger is the definition of HOOD. The pharmacy CLAIMED to have given me three boxes of a prescribed medication. They actually only gave me one. The pharmacist was trying to speak to me in a belittling condescending manner. He tried to compare me to people that actually do try to get extra medication. I have NO use for extra medication and know what my insurance will pay for. I have TRIED to solve this issue with the pharmacist and management seems not to give a DAMN. I am now eight weeks short on my medication. I have asked for the cameras to be rolled back noto PROVE that my medication was NOT prescribed as logged. I have contacted cooperate and the Board of Pharmacy whom also seems to take ni interest or concern about solving said error. This medication is to control my A1C and has bee paid for by Atena insurance, medicaid or Medicare.Since Noone associated with the different departments and have NO value or concerns of patient care, my only steps is to file formal petitions for an investigation, auditing and rolling of previous camera footage. Because of unsatisfactory removing of this situation, I will be filing formal complaintsobservations, request about about footlagec vstore

Always dirty, understaffed, and low inventory. Old, dull, layout with no aesthetics to the store. No fresh fruits and vegetables. Quality of meats is so poor compared to others. No thrill to shop at all. You keep adding security equipment. Black neighborhoods don’t want to steal this near spoiled/rotten, inferior quality food from this store. Send us QUALITY foods and RENOVATE.

It is disgusting to only have less than half the registers working on a busy Sunday. Management should be ashamed because this isn’t happening in other communities. More than half of self checkout is closed. Do Much Better

These people are idiots. i ordered a ready made christmas dinner with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy. first they called to say they were out of turkey. so i said ham would work. when we picked it up it had no mashed potatoes or gravy, and we had cranberry sauce which we didnt even want. they just put what ever they wanted in there. Typical.

This Kroger need a makeover. I don’t think the employees care much about this place because they don’t clean it the way it needs to be cleaned. I went down an aisle one day and saw an open box of cake from the bakery section and it was partially eaten. Such a shame. Another time, an egg was spilled on the floor. Hello LAWSUIT waiting to happen. The soda aisle is always looking professional, so good job on that. The fridge in the juice section don’t close all the time, so you will have to give it a slight tap. “ nothing major” The parking lot is always trashed. I came here one day and shopping carts were scattered across the parking lot.Don’t let me start on the restroom, I’lljust say remodel it and get some air freshener. The lady that cleans it do her best and keep it clean but Kroger Corporation know this location need to be remodeled. Please get some new shopping carts!!!!!! That wood paneling in the window make you want to leave and go somewhere else. Not sure if it was a shootout or if it just fell down. This is such a depressing Kroger.Sometimes they may have what you need and sometimes you will have to substitute or go somewhere else to get what you need.

I removed my items from my basket and placed them on the line to be rung up as I put the basket on the ground under the ring up area and a family of roaches came crawling all over the floor and the belt where the food was smh disgusting

Yes nasty night staff, and managers who have absolutely no customer service skills for the public. I went into the store on May 24, 2023, grabbed a gallon of milk, headed to the front of the store when I heard an announcement that customer's had 3 minutes to shop before closing. I ran into the manager going out of her office, and asked where the double A batteries was located. She aggressively told me that I had to stop shopping, and I restated her announcement of having 3 minutes. She insisted that I needed to check out. I got to the register, checking out, and requested $40 back. I was aggressively approached by either a manager, or clerk stating that the machine doesn't give cash back. She was rude, and cash out my money on her machine. I told both ladies that they were both nasty, and needed to find them another job, because apparently they wasn't happy with that one. The person who gave me my money off of another register preceded to tell me to go home girl with a nasty attitude. I told her that I wasn't a girl, but was 61 year's old, which was old enough to be her mother. I wasn't familiar with the new store hour's, because the last time I shopped there they were a 24 operation. But, I would never shop there again,and pray that everyone else flees this Merchant for a lack of professionalism and respect for paying customer's. Now, I would think that without paying customer's there wouldn't be possible for their salaries. Wolves

Place is full of rude, lazy employees that just sit all day and act bothered when someone needs help. All I asked was help in ringing up an item and had an issue with getting something to scan, and I got yelled at by some lady with blond braids. Definitely won’t be coming back and would encourage everyone to shop elsewhere if you want decent customer service.

They had a wait supposedly an hour long, but I had no idea because I walked by the cashier who asked if I had card did I want to get in line so I did. Then got screamed at by other people bc of this cashier asking me and I was already checked out. I paid and was not given any receipt and then they took my food and won’t give it back. All this drama bc they have 1 register open and 10 employees standing around that’s what got everyone upset. And it got taken out on me. I won’t be back. Plus I’ll be calling the store about my $18 refund. How the hell is it my fault that your entire store is full of an angry mob bc they’re sick of waiting in line????

Kroger please get rid of your new and installed self check out machines. These two new long machines are awful. I had to get assistance from the young girl working there like 10 times. I ended up not getting some things because the customer behind me was getting upset that I was taking forever and it was because of the machine. Just awful.

Horrible STORE. There are 20 to 30 people on multiple lines & one self check out area available most of the time. Forget about the deli, they may as well close it down because there is never anyone working there. This store make WayField look good, and that's pretty hard to do.

This place must be in competition to be worst kroger in Atlanta. Long wait times to compete with sixflags on summer weeknds... check. People outside constantly asking for money a ride or just about anything check. 90 percent of checkout lanes not working and so much more.GUARANTEED TO WASTE ATLEAST AN HOUR OF YOUR TIME.

Hello I'm Roger, on 11-2-22 at 6.06am the store was 6 minutes late opening up, I expressed my concerns with an female associates that was standing out front, her reaction towards me was aggressive, vulgar, and moving her head; I didn't understand her I thought she was having a seizure or whip lash, as I made a comment concerning store location and hours of opening. I then asked her for store Manager Name, and she would not give it to me. Therefore as 6:06am the Assistant Manager came out and raised his voice at me, and stated: I could not come in store!Note: Take in mind I work and Dentistry and very well coordinated. I was there to gather things for my employees, and I feel he was negative and racist's towards me.Note: I filed a cooperate complaint against him due to the fact, it was no profanity nor threatening words nor violence! Therefore I'm going to say I was rascally profiled by Brain Banner Assistant. Manger at Kroger on Headland.Note: I then had go to Kroger on Metropolitan to get Grocery, and pressing for time, a 7:00am patient.Wow! People are desperate! I just purchased these Oreos from Kroger, in my neighborhood of course, and this is what I found. Someone had opened the cookies and taken some of them out of the package. What a surprise!!! I would take them back but you know Kroger would think I was lying so why waste the gas. There were many questionable things like the deli was closed, the hot station had nothing, the customer service counter was closed, mini croissants were advertised for $3.99 but I was charged 4.99, all the seafood was frozen, nothing fresh and bread shelves were not stocked, etc. I could go on and on but why? Nothing will change. It amazes me how Kroger in one section of the city can be so superior to the Kroger in my neighborhood. Thanks for allowing me to rant but I’m mad about these cookies.

To the regional, district, and especially the store managers of Kroger. These individuals have ignored the chronic issues associated with money services. In a word, it sucks.On the first of each month, money services has only one clerk working. This is true for the Greenbriar and Metropolitan Ave stores. Yesterday, (2Jan23) is no exception. I went to the Greenbriar store, there were about fifteen people in line. I was told, that the clerk was going to lunch. This was after serving the people in front of me. I walked away. My question(s), where was the store manager or the assistant? This situation has been happening for years, management continues to ignore the problem. It's business as usual with this company.Kroger, allow me to make a suggestion, that your company take a new direction. Stop trying to corner the market on goods and services and concentrate on providing groceries.
