This Kroger is a one stop shop for me. I get my nails done, could get a hair cut, and I frequent the beauty supply store too. The groceries are awesome and they regularly put out adorable meat packages! The staff is friendly and helpful and they do their best to have plenty of personnel during busier times. Don’t get me started! Great spot!

Worse customer service EVER , got in the store the last 20min while hearing a 5 min count down until 10:55 stating if you are not in line at 10:55 you can put your things down. Also letting the customer know he was the last person as if it was he’s job to do something about anyone else getting in line. I have never witness anything like it. WOW

It's clear that Kroger has not made this location a priority. The staff are nice but they can only do so much when half of their checkout kiosks don't work every day. This is consistently the worst Kroger in Atlanta. Kroger, it's time you invest in this community and upgrade this location or people will be going to other competitors coming to the area quickly.

Did not give me the things I paid for. I told the employee when he brought my things and he pretty much told me the items I ordered didn’t exist and when I called, the manager told me that I can get a gift card or pretty much take it as a loss and said have a nice night smh 175.00 don’t grow in the back yard and eggs and milk are a major necessity in a household with children probably won’t use online service for pickup or delivery anymore pretty much defeats the purpose

Nightmare Kroger. Nothing is ever restocked, especially meats and vegetables. Despite there being 2 separate self checkout kiosks at either end of the store, only one is ever open. Combine that with the fact that they usually only have about 3 or 4 cashiers, and you're always looking at waiting about 20 minutes in a line to get to checkout. Doesn't matter what time of the day. Even if you go late at night to avoid crowds, there's still a big line. The staff is all pretty nice and tries their best, but it's painfully obvious that they are grossly understaffed. It also looks like they have employees doing multiple jobs. Cheap ownership running this place into the ground.

This is the absolute worst Kroger ever. You would think they deliberately left this Kroger understaffed to kick poor people in the face. Absolute worst Kroger I’ve been exposed to and it’s been like this for the past decade

They have rearranged the isles but it was still very comfortable and easy flowing. I shop before 8am when I actually walk into the store. 95% of the time I use The Delivery Service. I love the Fresh Vegetables and Bakery Sections.

This Kroger is literally walking distance from my house but man the checkout situation is so bad that I can’t continue going here. I’ve gave this location so many chances but my experience has been the same every time. The lines are absolutely ridiculous!!! Every time I go here I tell myself I’m never coming back but for some reason I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but again I regret it every time. They just had a “Grand Re-opening” and they have a big sign that says it on front of the store. So i thought to myself maybe they fixed the long checkout problem, I’ll give them another try. So I walked in to get 1 item. First problem was they didn’t have the item I needed in stock but I grabbed a substitute. I then went to get in line and every single line was backed up into the isles! I wasn’t about to wait 30-40 minutes for this 1 item, so I put it back and drove to another Kroger on the Eastside of Atlanta and they had the item I needed and I walked right up and checked out immediately. Even though the Kroger on the Eastside is farther from me, I always have a great experience there. I wish I could say the same about this Kroger which is my neighborhood Kroger. Why is it that I can get through the security line at Hartsfield-Jackson airport faster than I can get through the checkout line at this Kroger!!?????? Please corporate do something! The people in this community deserve better! This would be so unacceptable in “certain” neighborhoods in Atlanta. Quality should be the same at every Kroger. Either hire better management or bring someone in who is proven to fix this issue!

The deli only be open for 3 maybe 4 hours a day. They are severely understaffed and I truly thinks it's on purpose because they never have a HIRING sign outside. If they aren't going to serve the poor he same customer service that they serve in the upscale neighborhood then they really should just close the doors rather than just take folks money and treat them like trash

This Kroger was not set up in the bakery with cupcakes and cakes for Valentine's,it was not good.You need to take lessons from Public.You had flowers and ballooms ;what happen to your Valentine,,'s cakes cupcakes and Valentine's,cookies bakery was not a good set up.Very disappointing Kroger has gone down a lot .I would not be surprised one day Kroger becomes Publix even though they are higher there presentations are so much better in all of there storesPublix is very high end grocery store always.Kroger is falling by the wayside it looks cheaper and shows in your stores .Kroger will never be in the class of Publix never will be.I can see why Publix are building so many more new stores than Kroger Customer Service and presentations are so much better.Mary Sims

Tan is wonderful. She’s working with the new pickup service they’re offering here. She did a great job, was out there as soon as I pulled up and was so excited to help. Super grateful for services like this so I don’t have to shop with little kids!

My son was previously a cashier here until today. Someone by the name of Zach racially profiled him and told him he wasn’t a good fit for the company. My son is a 17 yo black male. He complains each day about this Zach person however, I tired to continue to encourage him daily by giving him positive affirmations and to focus on his goals of saving money and helping out our household but, today Zach felt the need to fire My son. It really hurt his feeling being he is not a product of his environment and wants to be successful in life being 17 with a job and school is not easy however, he was committed to making it happen. I shop this store frequently because it’s in my community however, now I will not shop here again because of the way My son has been treated. It’s bad enough that lines are always long and shelves aren’t properly stocked but to have a young man work here and do the right thing and you racial profile because you can because your a manager is not right. I will also be filing a formal complaint. Kroger at 590 Cascade Rd do better and be helpful to the ppl in this community who want to be better by trying to earn a living and do what’s right.

This Kroger opens up at 6am! Not whenever the head cashier decides to come in. I don't understand. Customers are forced to use self checkout but the manager won't open the doors on time because the cashier is late??? 🤔🤨. It's a reason this store opens up early, so people like me can get their shopping out of the way.

This store is dirty and never stocked. This particular visit I came for Gatorade for my daughter’s snack and as you can see there’s none on the shelf. Notice the condition of the floors as well. As I approached the cart corral I found a man covered in his own fluids and passed out. By the time I left emergency services had come to assist him. This was 3 pm on a Tuesday. I won’t shop here anymore. I contacted the corporate office and their response was that they would pass the feedback on. It’s sad that our neighborhood grocery store is in this state.

I bet people wouldn’t steal so much from this Kroger if they had more lanes open. They pay for a singular security guard then keep self check out open. It always takes over an hour. If I didn’t have morals I’d probably steal from here too.

I once gave this Kroger 2 Stars. But after meeting this old lady in the Seafood department. They have lost a star.This lady should never be allowed to work with other people. I am sure her co-workers don't like her.I have never gone in there; had to deal with her, and not been made to feel like I am bothering her. Like the nerve of me to come to her job, and now she has to work.Sometimes she will clearly see me, the ask me from 10 feet away "What do you need?" I'm standing in front of the window of seafood. What do I need? "The lottery Numbers!!!" But that's her way of saying, "Yeah what do you want". Because she can't hear, then I end up repeating myself when she gets closer.She really hates the fact that she has a job. And to think so many shortages in staff, this lady is there everyday. Just to make customer wish they never came in there.There are a number of issues with this Kroger. But the last few times I have gone in there. This lady alone has made me hate it.

I get all of my prescriptions here and I rarely have any wait time. I'm a stage IV cancer patient and they take good care of me. The food and produce is very good also and everything is well stocked.

Me and My Mother went to this Kroger on December 1st 2023,and had a very bad visit here,we got in line for a sub sandwich and the lady behind the counter was rude and nasty,and very unprofessional, needed to be fire for how she treated Me and my Mother,she said they were out of onions, tomatoes etc..gave us a hard time about serving us to the point she wanted to fight me,this is one of the worst Kroger in Atlanta Georgia, I use to work for Kroger myself for 15years,and I would have never treated customers the way the lady in the deli department treated us,she refuse to serve us,very unacceptable, the workers need more training in customer service and respecting the people who comes to this awful Kroger!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the WORST kroger I’ve ever been to. I live 2 minutes away but prefer to go to a grocery store 15 minutes away because its such a headache every time I’ve come. Theyre severely understaffed (pay people better) so the lines are always ridiculously long no matter what time or what day of the week you go (trust me, I’ve tried them all.) Today I’ve spent 30 minutes in line attempting to get SIX ITEMS. The staff are always very nice I dont blame them at all, I actually feel bad for them. Its other things too, sometimes I’ve gone there and there were no carts or baskets left, or they completely switch the layout around so it’s hard to find items. I’m assuming the reason it gets so busy is that this area is a food desert & this is the only option many people in the area have. If you have access to a car just save yourself the headache & go somewhere else.If you do go bring a buddy & make them stand in line while you shop that way you won’t wait forever. I try going as little as possible (again I live 2 minutes away) and every time I do go I regret it lol
