We absolutely love K9 Coach. We have a mini Australian Shepherd, Rory, who knows that on Mondays and Wednesdays, she will get to go see all her friends. She comes home happy and sleepy. Rory also gets training with Michael, who is by far her best friend! She has learned a lot over a short period of time. We highly recommend K9 Coach to anyone looking for daycare, training, grooming and/or boarding.

Everyone was so great and accommodating! I dropped my pup off right when they opened for grooming and was kindly contacted by the staff when she was ready. By far my favorite groom so far. A very easy and seamless process for me and my pup. 10/10 recommend!

Took my sweet but crazy 50 lb. German shepherd/Border Collie/Pittie mix (Sheena) to K-9 Coach to be groomed today. I have already been using them for training (wonderful) and decided to book a grooming appointment as well. I cannot say enough good things about Sheena's groomer, Aurelia Moore! Aside from having the coolest name, Aurelia is just fabulous at her job. She was kind, did a thorough groom, helped me correct Sheena when necessary (I'm a new dog owner and need all the help I can get!) and gave me expert tips on how to help Sheena's coat staying beautiful. Sheena is smelling great and looking great! This was a wonderful experience and I've already scheduled our next appointment for three weeks out. Thank you so much, Aurelia! You're just the best!!

Absolutely love this place! The people are fantastic & really caring. Laya gets very nervous anytime we take her anywhere for drop off. The trainers and front desk are very patient with her which makes me feel more confident and relaxed while she’s there. They send report cards along with pictures and video so we can monitor her progress. We are very happy we found this place!

The staff here is great and really knowledgeable. Love that they have smaller groups and ratios of dogs per person. They have actual trainers on site. It’s a safer way of doing daycare. It’s an organized and scheduled day, so the dogs get playtime, quiet time and walks. Love watching the pups on the cameras. It’s more expensive than other daycares in the area but worth it in my opinion.

Aurelia Moore made my little Aussiedoodle shine. I was so worried about getting her first haircut because I love her coat so much. Aurelia did a phenomenal job keeping the personality of my little girl CiCi and taking the time need to make her look great and ease her nerves. This facility really cares about the quality of your dogs as if they are your own. So grateful we found our forever home with K-9 coach for our grooming needs but also looking into their training sessions as well.

I started going to K9 coach for behavioral troubles with my 3yo shepherd mix. I was matched with Isis who has done a wonderful job advising me and training with my pup. The facility is clean and complete with anything you could need in a training environment. The trainers help you set achievable and measurable goals and follow up outside of class to check in and make sure you receive individualized care. I’m very happy to find a partner to help train my 4 legged buddy.

K-9 Coach I highly recommend. My Bentley started going 4 years ago. I vetted many before K-9 Coach. Bentley attends camp has his grooming done there too.. I like the enrichment program they offer.. I like the staff. Bentley is happy going and that’s the reason I recommend K-9 Coach.

I have recommended K-9 to multiple friends because of their great training programs. Frankie is an awesome trainer! She really helps us to understand why we train each step to be prepared for more advanced training.The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication between the front desk and the training staff. But everything as far as the care of the dogs go is top notch and that is the most important. Thanks K-9!

Everyone at K-9 Coach is amazing! Our dog Hope has been turned away from several grooming centers because of her anxiety. Aurelia listened to my concerns and took her time with Hope to come up with a solution to ensure that my furbaby would be as comfortable as possible when she’s getting a bath.We’ve also been taking Hope and Sisko for daycare for several months and it’s very clear they love it there. The staff at the front desk greet both of our dogs by name and our pups always come home tuckered out from playing.The training program is also terrific. We’ve gone through puppy training and CGC with Becca and are so excited to sign up for our next class!

I have been taking my Jack Russell Terrier here since she was 10 weeks old. This place is truly the best! The class sizes are small so your pup gets one on one attention if needed, and they are super vigilant and careful with how dogs interact with each other. We have done several classes from STAR Puppy to Agility, and both dog and humans have learned so much. Becca is so great with the dogs, but also is really fantastic at teaching owners how to manage their pups. I would highly recommend working with her for any of the classes she offers (which are a lot!). Our pup starts squealing with excitement when we get within a mile of the facility, and I hope to bring her here for many years to come!

I can’t say enough great things about the groomer at K-9 Coach!!! She is the absolute best. I took my overly anxious Morkie in for her first puppy cut and I left amazed . I expected my baby to be traumatized. She was cheerful and playful . She enjoyed being pretty ! I love the time that Aurelia Moore spent allowing my baby to calm down and the careful and calm demeanor she exhibited . Ava Marie was gorgeous and her phenomenal groomer didn’t shave her completely down or compromise the integrity of her specific breed . Thanks Ms Moore . We are loyal customers moving forward !

K-9 Coach is great. The staff is very friendly and really care about your pets. When we drop the dog off for play days or extended trips he is excited to go and pulling at the leash. Since he has had anxiety issues and reluctance at other boarding places it was a huge relief to see him settled in at K-9. K-9 is good about communication with you during your pet’s stay. You can upgrade to additional amenities include cuddle time and reports on your pet’s day. K-9 also offers training. We were initially hesitant about K-9 because of the membership pricing structure but it’s definitely worth it.

I have used k9 coach for both training and grooming services. I adopted my dog in 2017 when she was 2-3 years old already.Training:I started with an assessment to see if Private or group classes were better. We then went to the basic obedience class. From there we did classes on confidence building, games, and nose work. My dog Aine loved every single class and gets so excited when she sees the k9 coach building. I get compliments from my neighbors daily about what a well behaved and sweet dog she is.Grooming:Aine has a few issues and tolerating grooming is one of them. Aurelia works with her to give her baths and make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Aine loves coming to visit her.

I love that they create play groups based off of temperament. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful when we had a last minute reservation need. We love K9 coach staff and community. We have had nothing but great experiences. From boarding, grooming and other services we just want to say thank you to all the K9 coach team. Our dog Chewie always has a great time here and when we go out for vacation I know he will been taken care of. Love that they have a membership so they have a determined amount of dogs staying there also, you can have access to the cameras whatever you go. We have been customers for almost four years. When my wife and I signed up we were very impressed with both the facility and the staff. Unfortunately it changed ownership and things changed, especially the staff. One of our two Wheatons is a special needs puppy and we no longer have confidence in the facility, and more specifically the general manager and her ability to run this facility. Repeated mishandled documentation along with appointment issues are a regular occurrence. The cameras for live feed viewing have been in the installation “process” since new ownership. K9 is now owned and operated by a larger corporation not a private individual. It truly shows in the quality of service. I strongly recommend anyone considering K9 to look elsewhere.
