Topped off a beautiful afternoon with a stop at Jeni's. Had only been once to a Jeni's in Philadelphia and rembered it fondly, so we stopped as soon we saw the sign. We weren't disappointed. The variety of flavors is playful and tasty. I tried a couple of flavors themed for the recent eclipse. The employee behind the counter was friendly, welcoming, and smiled non-stop. She did a great job getting our orders together. We were quickly on our way and enjoying our cones. Remember : always stop at the Jeni's sign!

Jenni's Ice Cream is a fantastic spot for bikers or skateboarders like me. Their Butter Pecan and Brown Butter Almond Brittle flavors are incredible, and their waffle cones are a must-try. The staff is super friendly and always makes me feel welcome, almost like they're ready to serve ice cream on wheels! It's definitely the go-to place for delicious treats in town.

Order the honey vanilla double scoop and the double scoop of gooey butter with waffle cookies. This place rocks, and the smell when you walk in is like breathing in air from heaven. The ice-cream was rich and delicious. We sat out side and just enjoyed the breeze with Temps high 89°

This was the first time visiting Jeni’s and it did NOT disappoint. The Gooey Butter Cake was so satisfying for my sweet tooth! The service was friendly, and I could sample as many flavors as I wanted! This is the perfect spot to enjoy dessert with family or friends. I would definitely recommend visiting.

I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM! Lol. I absolutely love how this is right off the beltline perfect for a active sunny day. First time trying Jeni’s and I love how they have non dairy flavors that’s packed with a punch for your taste buds. I chose a double scoop of rainbow in a delicious waffle cone. Let me tell you it’s a race to beat the melting ice cream from dripping but combined with the waffle cone it was so worth it. What flavor do you love?

A vast assortment of flavors and far superior to any options you’ll get at your boring traditional ice cream shop. They surpass your imagination with the flavor blends and create a magical spectacle for your taste buds!We had the Lavender Wildberry, Gooey Butter Cake, High Five and Brambleberry Crisp and there was nothing that could have prepared me for the mind-altering flavors!Do yourself a favor and anytime you’re near one of these ice cream shops, stop over and sample. I love the ambiance that the Krog Street Market presents, with such a great ambiance my desire for Ice Cream was on 1000. LoL! Giving in to my desires I stopped into Jeni’s and decided to try out some new flavors… Normally, I give a total rundown of my experience in a very beginning, middle, and end format. However, after my experience yesterday, I decided to change it up. Take a moment and get introduced to my open letter to Jeni’s!Dear Jeni,I know we have never met, however, I have fallen in love with you. Your understanding of flavor profiles and the way scents play on the taste buds is amazing. Recently I had the opportunity to visit your Krog St. Market location and it was an amazing experience. For this, I have to say thank you.Upon walking in,, the vibrant lighting plays well on the mild neon/pastel color variations. To add to the eye-pleasing experience, the aroma of warm fresh waffle cones/bowls fills the air and causes one's natural senses to heighten and the mouth begins to water. As I approached the glass I was met with beautiful ice cream and enticing flavor names. I’ll be honest, I wanted a scoop of everything. LoL! The young lady behind the counter was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. With every flavor I asked about she took the time to educate me on its base, add-ins, and texture. She is remarkable and an awesome resource as she helped me get prepared for my tongue-shocking experience.With her help I decided on1 scoop Ooey Gooey Butter Cake1 scoop Brambleberry Crisp and1 scoop Brown Almond Brittlein a Waffle Bowl…The above combination was a metaverse transcending experience. Not only does EVERY single flavor hold its own, furthermore, when combined they present as a Brambleberry Cheesecake Brittle. Oh. Em. Gee Jeni. This is the dessert I have been missing my whole life that I never knew existed. One Word: WOW!!As I come to a close, I wanted to thank you again. Your establishment is beautiful, your staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and most of all, your ice cream is untouchable. Giving two stars only because of the incredibly friendly employee behind the counter handling the entire line by herself, otherwise I’d give one star. My family and I came to this location on a Sunday. Sundays are usually quite busy to my understanding but there were only two employees working. It took us 35 minutes to order, with only 3 parties ahead of us which is extreme in my opinion. The second girl did not hop on the line ONCE to help her coworker handle the line which was disappointing to see. Instead she stood there wiping the counter over and over again. In my opinion restocking should occur after the line is dealt with. I felt bad for the girl scooping because she was handling customers nonstop with a smile on her face.

I've been to several Jeni's before, but this one had some special dairy free flavors I'd never seen before! They had chocolate sheet cake and lemon bar. I ended up trying the lemon bar and going with the chocolate, just out of preference. Both were very yummy, and I confirmed the sugar and waffle cones were vegan, too.

Jeni's has a number of locations all around the city. There is a reason. They are simply the best local ice cream. They are all handcrafted with original and different flavors. They are full fat/sugar, full flavor, so there is nothing light or diet about them. Whether you are getting a lavender blueberry or texas sheet cake, its a matter of taste or mood, but they are all good.The best part is that the staff is always super chill. They know the flavors, they can suggest combination, and are not shy about letting you sample as many as you want (which is always a good sign) This is place I would bring my parents for a delicious treat when they come from out of town.

I’m guessing most people don’t mind paying higher prices for ice cream since Jeni’s is so popular. However over $5 for one small scoop of ice cream as a kids portion for my 6 yo. seemed a bit pricey for such a small serving. Very tasty ice cream but probably best for adults with more discerning pallets who can appreciate the gourmet nature of this ice cream.

I went to Jeni’s with my friend on Friday after dinner. Ria welcomed us and offered samples and flavor descriptions to my friend, who hadn’t been to Jeni’s in a while. It didn’t take long for her to choose maple soaked pancakes and goat cheese with red cherries. This location always smells so good, it is pristine and the set up is really cute. Can’t wait to see how busy it will be this summer!

I went to Krog street market to get Jeni’s because I loved it. While there I asked for a sample and a girl with pink hair handed one to me in a kind of awkward way which caused the sample to fall. She then proceeded to tell me to clean it up and then when I picked it up from the ground she told me to clean the window/display. I was flabbergasted by this but still tipped her in the end because I understand the service industry. But once my friend and I left I turned around and she rolled her eyes at us. I love Jeni’s but this was a horrible experience for me that makes me not want to go back.

Tried to take our son to get ice cream following the Inman Park Festival. They had a massive line but only two people working. One worker slowly helped customers while the other cleaned. The fact that the second worker failed to jump in to help get people through the line quicker was truly unbelievable! Definitely avoid this location. Period.
