First time here after going to Banfield for years and hating the idea of leaving my cat behind with strangers and not knowing what’s going on behind the doors. I literally never met the doctors, only the vet assistants. The front desk here was so kind. Had to wait 15 min, but really not a big deal and worth it as the vet assistant and vet Dr. Morris were so incredibly kind, reassuring, and SO sweet with my cat Peach. They listened to all my concerns and were very thorough in their exam. My cat was purring literally the entire time! I think cats can sense when they are in a safe place. Will definitely be coming back.

It was our first visit..Tyler the vet tech was amazing with my cat Ellie. She was very warm and understood that I was a little uneasy about being at a new vets and protective of her. She was gentle and had patience. I will be back and she will be our from now on go to for nail trims and more. She built trust with me and Ellie.

What a wonderful veterinary office! I went for the first time for a yearly checkup for my cat after moving to the area. This is my new permanent vet. Dr. Amanda and all staff were professional, thorough, and kind. Great experience! My cat did great and was relaxed compared to past vet visits.

Thank you Dr.Morris and Q! I came in for the first time to establish care and also for a checkup because my dog had a suspicious bump on his neck. The entire front office staff was so kind to Pluto and so was Dr.Morris and Q (the vet tech). They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and answered all of the questions I had. They also provided options for each route for treatment and price points for each. I have been to multiple vets (since I have moved around quite a bit) and this has been the first time that I felt like a vet actually took the time to answer all of my questions and do a thorough evaluation of my pup! Highly recommend this vet!

I would like to thank the entire staff of Inman Park Animal Hospital. My 2 y/o GSD Maverick got a ball lodged in his throat and they were able to remove it promptly. Dr. Anderson had been treating Maverick since I got him in 2021 and he was very diligent in his exam, he noticed he had a laceration and got us set up with an emergency hospital for a same day surgery. I’m truly indebted, my family and I are so thankful. Maverick had a successful surgery and he’s heading home with us now.

My dog Jax and I loved the experienced staff at Inman Park Animal Hospital. I sadly had to make the difficult decision to put him down at an ER a couple weeks back, but then I received the sweetest hand written condolence card from the facility afterwards. It shows their true care and compassion towards the animals they oversee. Thank you especially to Carolyn, who is always a joy to talk to over the phone, and to Dr. Anderson, for looking after us so well.

Love this place. They always take such good care of my dog, keep me up to date on all of my dogs needs and really actively listen to your needs and concerns, and they thoroughly explain every part of their process/costs etc. I live almost an hour away and wouldnt even dream of switching veterinarians. The drive is worth it for quality service and patient/knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys for all of your hardwork and care! It means the world. First, I want to say I have been going to this facility for about 2 years. They were great in the beginning, some doctors got cocky as time went by. What they preached wasn't what they provided. Atlanta does not have much options in the business of animal care. for some reason it doesn't seem to be a priority here. Moving along, I requested a change of provider and was in love with the new provider. Then she left. I noticed a change in care when these changes started to occur. I now know they have been picked up by a corporation and most of their doctors have left. There are only two there and they rely on the techs to do most of the work. If you are a pet lover, you know that does not work in all the cases. We look for personalized care which is not being provided at Iman Park Animal Hospital. I spent a lot of money in this place because I believed they were the best Atlanta had to offer. Today has proved me wrong.I made an appointment for my pet who needed a vaccine, nail trim and glands expressed. I am relocating to Florida and wanted my pet to be up-to-date. Ashley had cut his nails in the past and I was happy, even when she nipped him, as she let me know what happened. Today I noticed different staff and did not recognize anyone. I proceeded as usual. They are still only proving curbside service. You can imagine how frustrating that is. My pet was returned and I was told all was good and a nail bled and was treated. When I examined my pets nail I was mortified. It was obvious someone with limited experience had attempted to cut my pets nails. I trimmed the hair around his feet and medicated him before going to the appointment all in hope of making the process easier. My doing my part was no help.I called back and complained, I was extremely upset and they were hesitant to let me speak to the office manager. Look at the pics and draw your own conclusions. I can only imagine what my baby had been through. I eventually spoke to the office manager and she finally agreed to bringing my baby back and having him looked at by an MD. She tried to tell me these things happen and her staff has been trained to perform these tasks. When I returned, she agreed that the nails were cut short and she took him back into the hospital. While I waited, I unfortunately had to watch someone arrive with their lifeless cat and stand in front of the office door and wait for someone to arrive for about 5-8 minutes. They waited this long while their cat was dying in their arms. I was in tears and felt the need to help. I got out and knocked on the door repeatedly and got someone's attention. I could not believe what I was witnessing. Seeing attendants ignore a dying animal for numerous minutes was extremely upsetting.As this was occurring, Felicia, the office manager, came out with my pet and proceeded to ask for my credit card to apply a refund. She also notified me that she didn't like the way I spoke to her associate in the midst of my emotions, so my pet and myself were no longer welcomed in the office. She chose not to attend to the cat emergency, and instead spoke with me. There was retaliation because I complained and there was no concern for the people who were at the door hoping to save their cat's life. The office manager took my complaints personally and wanted to offend me, despite my complaints being targeted at the situation and my dog's condition as opposed to her personally. They knew I was relocating and wasn't coming back, yet she still chose to let me know she was in control and was going to prevent me from returning to their office.Covid 19 measures have made these providers robots. They show no emotion and/or empathy for their customers. The MD who saw my baby did call and update me on what she found, however she referred me back to the office manager who was unprofessional and insensitive. Lastly, Felicia refused to give me a contact person to file my complaint and told me I would need to email here. Do your research Atlanta! Our furry babies are not their priority. Good luck and don't go to this hospital.

I just adopted a fur baby and wanted to make sure I found a vet office that would be kind and caring. After some research Inman Park Animal Hospital shined. I was greeted by reception upon entering, the tech who weighed and took all of my baby’s intake info was wonderful and Dr. Morris was kind and patient and answered all of my questions and provided clarification when needed. I am so happy I’ve found a vet office that can be our go-to for all fur baby wellness and care. Thank you Inman Park Animal Hospital!

My person has been a client of Inman Park Animal Hospital since before Dr. Kevin Fowler bought it. Sadly, she can’t remember the vet’s name - Janet or Jeannette? She has stayed with the practice through the transition to the new owners, Southern Veterinary Partners. As many past reviews have stated, there have been bumps along the way but the staff seems to have hit its stride. They pivoted quickly for excellent care during the pandemic. I can speak for myself, I have received excellent care by Dr. Anderson. I think the stubborn geriatric terrier in my household has seen Dr. Anderson and Dr. Kumar and they have both helped him out, most recently with a really expensive case of gas. My person says both of these vets have superb listening skills. I know they have excellent treats, including peanut butter. Though my person misses her personal relationships with with Dave and Sherry, not to mention Dr. Fowler, she is trying to get to know the new staff. I know she really appreciate Desiree. Unfortunately, she just made an appointment for me next week and included a nail trim. I guess you can’t have it all…

Is this a used car lot or an Animal HospitalI reached out to Inman Park Animal Hospital for a spaying procedure for my female Cane Corso and inquired about the details and expenses involved. The initial estimate was emailed to me, quoting a range of $249 to $340. As a first-timer for this service, I had no benchmark for cost comparison. Upon scheduling and taking my dog for the preliminary checks, which cost $177 for blood work and a brief exam, I was later informed that this amount didn't cover the actual surgery, which would cost an additional $988. This breakdown was only emailed to me an hour after the visit and before receiving the blood work results. I believe that this estimate could have been provided in the beginning and not after I parted with $177 to avoid such surprises. I advise fellow pet owners to consider this experience with Inman Park Animal Hospital and not assume a high quality of service based on the neighborhood's standards.

Amazing experience! I was concerned my cat might have a UTI and I called 7 other local vets that were all booked out for a month but Inman was able to fit me in the very next day.My normally skittish & easily stressed kitty was comfortable in the exam room and even friendly with the staff. The staff & the doctor were all super sweet & loved my Punkin’. You can tell they all really love animals and take the best care of your furbabies! They even waived the exam fee for me because I rescued her 6 months ago after she had been abandoned and this was her first appointment. Even without that fee being waived, their prices are very affordable!!Punkin’ had been having daily accidents for almost two weeks and I keep my cats’ litterboxes very clean. No new stressor that I could think of was introduced. I set up additional litterboxes with different kinds of litter so she could choose a location she felt safe or a texture she liked. I made an effort to exhaust my other cats with extra playtime so they wouldn’t take out their boredom on her. I was honestly hoping for a UTI diagnosis because I was out of ideas and a course of antibiotics sounded like an easy fix. I got a little teary when the doctor told me that the issue seemed more behavioral than medical, because I just didn’t know how else I could adapt the environment for her or even what her trigger was in the first place.She miraculously stopped having accidents after our appointment, it seems because she discovered a new hiding spot later that day that she decided to make her den. I guess she’s just introverted (like me) & needed her own space to recharge.The timing is a little funny; if she had found that hiding spot a day earlier, we probably could have avoided the vet visit & saved some money, but I am glad things happened the way they did because I wouldn’t have found this amazing facility & staff otherwise! And honestly, I think that the whole vet experience was a positive one for her, and that feeling so taken care of & loved contributed to her being able to take the initiative to problem-solve the issue herself! As of today, Punkin’ has gotten her personality back! She’s purring her little butt off in my lap right now and I couldn’t be happier, I didn’t even realize how much she was holding back.The doctor followed up with me a few days later with the urinalysis results confirming negative results for UTI, and she seemed genuinely happy to hear of Punkin’s sudden improvement. She made time to call me personally, didn’t make me feel rushed even though it was nearly closing time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt welcome to call back if anything else came up!I have 2 dogs & 3 cats so finding quality affordable vet care can be so stressful & expensive. We have definitely found our new regular vet!!

We have two dogs that are patients at Inman Park, and we have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of their care. Dr Bittlecome and the staff made every effort to make our dogs feel very comfortable and cared for. We’ve had one surgery in the removal of an eye, and every detail was explained. They treat our dog like their own and prices are reasonable.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and techs here at Inman Park Animal Hospital. I took my cat Felix in for updates to his vaccinations and concerns about his low energy level and they were gentle with Felix, who's a shy indoor cat, and calmed all of my concerns as a first time pet parent. They email me updates and even birthday wishes on Felix's birthday and best of all, when we come in (or even myself alone), the staff remembers Felix and his information in the system and that is very reassuring. Thank you to all the kind-hearted professionals at Inman Park A.H. making pets healthy and happy.

I loved taking my cat Kiwi here. I came to get her FVRCP and rabies vaccines done and everything went so smoothly! Everyone there was so friendly and I felt confident from the moment that I came in that Kiwi would be well taken care of.
