I have shopped at IKEA in several states over many years. I have shopped this specific store since 2008 and spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years.Highly recommend a sign be posted at the entrance and before you get in the very long checkout line alerting customers they will have to get back in line to check out items from the food market. People typically purchase their regular items and then refrigerated and frozen items.The restaurant has declined in quality, taste and selection over the years.

For such a large city, this is a small IKEA. It's amazing they "dropped" this store and parking garage into a crowded urban pocket. Kudos for architecture here! Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Well-stocked, great pick-up and customer service depts, checkouts flow efficiently. Small food section. Store was very clean and well-organized. Felt very laid-back, really enjoyed shopping at this location!

Two customer support. People helped me resolve an issue with my online order getting me the order printed up as a shopping list so I was able to collect the items I wanted. All staff was helpful and friendly and enable me to navigate the store. The meatballs and veggie medallions are awesome. The cook/chef was friendly. All around good experience.

We don't get to visit as much as we like, but when we do it's an adventure. Parking is always packed but we always find a spot in our usual area in the back. Love the room set ups which gives us a great look at how their products can look in a home. We have bought a lot from IKEA and the quality is usually pretty good. The areas in the stores are well organized and lit. The food area is a good area to rest, near the restrooms. Employees are helpful when needed but we usually find what we want. The online/app experience helps to facilitate our visit. Also love the discounts afford with our IKEA card.

One of our favorite places to shop! Everything is super clean here and the store is set up in a nice way. You will spend hours in here, so just be prepared. One thing we’ve recently discovered is the “as-is” section near the checkout, it has opened/returned items at a discount.

First time visiting an IKEA, and it was an absolute blast. The showroom was absolutely incredible throughout the entire store, and the sales floor was great as well. Overall a definite recommend for anyone looking for anything furniture related.

IKEA is a world leader in supplying furniture. From the top to the bottom, you will find everything you need for your home or office or kitchen . The place is huge. The setup is so technical and simple to access. They even have different type of breakfast available for shoppers. I think it’s a brilliant idea. The Bacon and scrambled eggs with fries was a Big hit. The Meatballs breakfast set meal was out of this world. The sides was mashed potatoes with green beans. Was a great experience. Happy Eating !

Purchased a coffee table and few artificial plants .. there were a large collection of items for a home and would definitely be coming back once we buy a house .. food section had a few options to choose from .. pizza slice and cinnamon rolls were good along with the veggie hotdog ..

IKEA is an overall great experience for modern, affordable furniture and decor. Their restaurant has unbeatable prices for meals and quick snacks while you shop!

There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store entrance. It is very well organized and reasonably priced. I love the cafeteria. The food is good, and the drink selection/refills make it a great value for breakfast or lunch. Shown below is the regular meatballs with two sides: squash and fries. Add the glass 🍸 for unlimited refills, and now you have a meal for $7.61. Not shown at the entrance of the store you can also order on the touch pad, for example 1.00 beef hot dogs and .90 for the vegan ones, to name a few. Lastly, I took some pictures of the different home displays throughout the store. The four new pictures with the concrete floor represent the Returns Department. You can use a touch screen kiosk, which is enabled with your mobile no or a website to log in, and then you are added to the line. There are two areas for seating, and high tables are equipped with what appears to be wireless charging. In my case, I processed my order online, and if you provide the order number, it will expedite the process.

IKEA is the biggest waste of time. I'd leave negative 10 stars if that was possible.Once you're in the store you get trapped and there's no way to get out unless you walk through the entire store, both floors, 2 hours later you'll get out if you don't get lost. Will never ever in my life I'll step my foot inside another Ikea.

This place is huge. I shopped online ahead of my store visit. I ate lunch there and it was good. I got to see the items I was buying before checking out. Finding my items in the warehouse was easy. I used the website tool via a browser on my phone to locate them. Plenty of carts. Check out line wasn’t too long. Parking was spacious for my full size truck.All the employees I interacted with were pleasant and the right amount of helpful. Well done.I put my new office chair together when I got home. Instructions in the box were sufficient. Feels sturdy and comfortable.Highly recommend IKEA if they have something you want.

My visit to IKEA in Atlanta, Georgia was made even better by trying their famous meatballs. The gravy sauce was incredibly savory and delicious. I appreciate that we could choose two sides to go with the meatballs, and we opted for mashed potatoes and beans – a perfect combination that we truly enjoyed. After this hearty meal, we had the energy to shop even more vigorously. IKEA’s meatballs are a must-try when you visit!

I stupidly forgot my purse in my cart, then headed out of town for work for over a week. The store persisted in reaching out to me to let me know this, and Jewel was the one to reach me. When I came back to grab it, she let me know she took good care of it, and all of its contents (all my cards/cash) were still in it. Sad to say I am surprised, but I'm shocked and grateful and just super impressed with the people hired here. Thanks so much Ikea!

This store has great looking but cheaply made furnishings. If you are even minimally handy, you can turn your frugal purchase into a great looking household item.The big detractors to shopping here are trying to find your item & the lines.The lines have become less painful to endure with the addition of self-service check out. As such I do not dread my next trip to the store.

Always a pleasure to shop at IKEA. Great parking, great restaurant, great Scandinavian decor, housewares and furnishings. Store is well designed so you meander through the different area. Don’t get caught up with the Swedish product names, large items are picked up at the end in a warehouse area. Help is all around. We had lunch in the cafeteria restaurant and had the signature meatball lunch… very good. I’m not sure what day it was but I believe the entree were 1/2 price.

Most of the time it takes forever for someone to come out and help you with something that takes 2 minutes. I usually have to call both extensions cause the store employees take 20+ minutes to come out, sign the BOL and check the load (which again takes 2 minutes. Other than that, it’s a quick and easy drop & hook.

Visited Ikea for the first time. Having known that this is a huge store, my wife and I were quite spprehensive as to how we would go around and cover the entire store. However, we found it so well organized. If one wishes to skip a section, or one wants to revisit a particular section, there are short cuts available, which we found very convenient.The display and product range is fabulous. We ended up buying things beyond our list.Would love to visit every time we come and stay in Atlanta.

You can find some good buys for less. I'm about to move and got some excellent storage bins with 4 wheels for a great price. No one can beat them.The bins fit in my gorilla cart perfectly.

I might be wrong but the prices of Ikea furnitures raised more than its competitors. While a go you could buy furnitures for very reasonable price but right now its almost the same if you buy it from online store with same/similar quality and free delivery and return option.

AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION.This store is absolute nightmare. The click & collect department, are rude and dismissive. The lady in charge refuses to give her name, and claims she had no idea “her system was down for three hours” IKEA: That means you paid your employees for THREE HOURS to not help customers outside.Corporate response, “whoopsies” we will let someone know. (Yes they couldn’t specify who that was)One guy drove a rented uhaul, picked up half the order. Came back for the other half. And the lady in charge basically said, it sucks to be you right now.

When my wife and I came in this weekend to purchase items that were marked down on the showroom floor but not in the cashier's system, we were afraid that we were in for a headache and an unpleasant experience. We could not have been more wrong. Brittany, the Customer Service manager on duty at the time, took us aside, explained every step of what she needed to do, and then proceeded to take care of us expertly and efficiently. Her knowledge, her commitment to making sure we were happy customers and, most importantly, her 100 watt smile, made her a shining example of what customer service can be. She is a first-class ambassador for Ikea.

This IKEA is probably one of their best when it comes to the actual store but one of the worst when it comes to service.I will say that I hardly ever come on the weekends so I’m sure it’s pretty busy then. When you walk the store, both upstairs and downstairs have plenty of room to move around other people. It’s well played out and always pretty clean.When it comes tot he service, people usually don’t have the best attitudes and aren’t always eager to help their customers. I’ve walked up to desks and had to get people’s attention, even though I’m right in front of them. When you have to do something where someone needs to get an item for you, it’s never quick.We needed cabinet doors pulled for us but it still took over an hour even though there were only 5 orders on the queue.Click and collect is never ready when they say it will be. Once I scheduled a collection between 12 and 1 but it wasn’t ready until 3.Overall it’s a nice store but something needs to change with processes and morale here.

Highly Pissed! IKEA would rather have 8 self checkouts open with a line of over 100 customers on each side. Please hire more employees. There’s only one ikea serving thousands of people in the city of Atlanta where it’s highly congested, especially on a weekend and you all lack the ability to cater to the customer and have open registers. People are slow as it is, 1 person checking out today took over 18 minutes including random checks. Lost a customer huge customer of 11 years because you all are greedy and can’t simply hire more staff to get the lines down.

I got my dresser delivered on October 23th, I installed the next day. After I spend 4 hours almost hitting to the last part, I realized there are missing screws for my top cover. I called the customer right away, I told him the number for the screws, the guy said he got the order for me and it can be arrived in 2 to 3 business days. Everything so smooth right. But after 4 days I haven’t received the part, I called IKEA again, this time I spoke to the supervisor. I told her what happened. Then she said they didn’t have the order for the part for me, it’s not in stock. That suddenly pissed me off. She said I can go to the store and pick up the part. I paid for the delivery fee and now there is something missing and you told me go the the store to pick it up. Are you kidding me? I said you guys just a liars to the customer and not doing your job rights. Then she created a new order for the part, again about takes 7 to 10 days. Until now, I still haven’t received the part. It was a such an awful experience to shop with IKEA, and their customer support center is terrible.
