Amazing. Don’t hesitate and get on the wait list. It’s worth it. They are kind, thoughtful and considerate of our fur babies. I have been taking my pups here for five years. One was a senior with paralysis and they were so patient. They do great cuts and styles on my standard poodle. You get the same tech with each pup every time so your pup gets comfortable and familiar with them. I’m always notified if it’s someone different. Please give this great business your support.

I’ve been coming to Hot Diggity Dog for over a year. I found them when I first moved to ATL and am so grateful I did. All of the staff are very kind and understanding of my nervous dog. They let me bring her in on quieter days and are very patient with her. She always comes back looking amazing. I’m not a grooming expert but I’m a huge fan of how they treat my dog and the way she looks after. Their treatments have also helped reduce her shedding in summer. I would highly recommend them to others looking for a great groomer.

I was reluctant to take our mini golden doodle to a new groomer after she had a terrible grooming experience elsewhere…however, made an appointment with Hot Diggity and so glad I did! They made us feel so comfortable and were so sweet to our pup. The actual grooming was our best yet - beautiful cut, nails were finally smooth and a ‘noticeable’ teeth cleaning! Will definitely use them again. Our dog actually ran back to give some snuggles to the team before we left.

We have one 80 lb ball of energy that likes to roll in the mud and get it caked up in his curly hair, and one 30 lb ball of anxiety that had a traumatic experience at a different groomer. Hot diggity treats them both so great and really tends to their specific needs. They took time to talk with us about each dog after the grooming and helped us come up with ways that we can work with them to make the experience as least stressful as possible for our little furry ball of anxiety. Overall, hot diggity is very understanding, accommodating, kind, and gives our dogs the best grooming they've ever had! I highly recommend!!!

This is the best groomer in town. They truly care and love your fur babies. Our first dog passed and they made a donation in his name to the UGA vet school. They do this for all their clients that go over the rainbow bridge. We have started taking our new dog. You should take yours to them.

We have been taking our pups here for a few years(before & after new ownership).. They are friendly, close and convenient but are a bit expensive.We make our appointments 8wks in advance and are able to drop off in the am around 10 and pick up around 3:30ish..

Not friendly. Very overpriced. They started out charging us $65 to groom our 12 pound dog. Then it went up every visit over the course of a couple years until we were paying $95 per visit. Ridiculous. And they never even gave us a warm smile the whole time. They also told us our dog was a "trouble" and would require special groomers on specific days, but our little guy is the most well-behaved dog we know of, a veritable angel!

Absolutely wonderful staff and Groomers. Had a little grooming emergency with a horrible Mobile Groomer, Katy's K9 staff saw me on short notice, fixed what needed fixing and even brushed him out for me right there on the spot. Also scheduled a last minute appointment the week before Thanksgiving no less to accommodate my schedule. Katy's K9 Cutz and Boutique has a great staff, extremely friendly and accommodating and a wonderful groomer. My baby Chewy now has a standing monthly appointment for grooming with them that incidentally also gets me a discount for doing something I would do anyway. Absolutely love this place and would recommend their awesome skills to anyone looking for a great groomer with a cage free environment that let's me feel that my baby is being loved even when I'm not around. Thanks guys.

Katy is fantastic and we've been with her for years. She groomed my elderly dog with great gentleness and care and handles my nutty young hound with finesse. Even my terrible terrier doesn't try and bite her anymore when he gets his toenails trimmed. That's probably the best compliment someone can get.

I have been going to get my senior pugs nail trimmed here for 4 years. Since the ownership changed it has gone downhill. Today I called twice and no answer. Normally I would call set up an appointment the same day and run over. I decided to drive over and I walk in and no greeting, mumbled under her breath that she would have to get the manager if possible to do it. The Manager comes out, still no greeting and states you have to make an appt. I explained I called twice and no answer, she tells me I need to leave a message. Something I have never done in the past and never needed too. She was not friendly in the least and I left knowing I will never return to this place and will tell anyone who asks to not go there. There are many places that operate dog grooming places that are friendly, professional and pick up the phone and these are the places where you want to support and spend your money. It is a shame the original owners are not there, they were awesome.

After having bad experiences at a highly-rated groomer (my dog coming home 3 times with bad clipper burns and totally traumatized), my daughter recommended Katy’s. It’s a hole-in-the -wall looking place, but don’t let that put you off. The staff was great! I filled out a detailed online form about my dog, and we discussed it when I arrived. They don’t use cages, so my dog was able to play with other dogs. When I picked him up, he was happy, not traumatized!

I sooo appreciate the groomers here. My dog Ori was born to a feral mom during Covid. He wasn't able to get proper socialization and also has genetic anxiety. Poor guy had everything working against him. As a result, he's scared of public and new people/dogs, and even gets fear aggression when you try to clip his nails. The groomers here have always been so gentle and patient with him. I've never been scared for his safety or the safety of the other dogs here. I was very lucky to find a group willing to work around his various issues. He actually likes them, too, once they're done with the scary grooming things.

I took my dog here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed! My dog sheds enough to make a sweater by the end of one day, and after getting him groomed here his shedding has significantly reduced.I have taken him to other groomers and always came away dissatisfied with the attention to detail. This place exceeded my expectations. It's pricy, but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every dollar to have my dog feeling and looking good!My dog is a 95 pound lab/chow mix and he got a deshedding bath, brush, and nail grind.

Several of the dog's I sit for get grooming at Katy's. They all look and smell great and are always just as relaxed when I pick them up as when I drop them off. The shop is clean and dog friendly. They (including the groomers ) all look like they are happy to be there.

I took my corgi for the first time and I will DEFINITELY be going back for each groom she needs. They listened to what I wanted, did a fantastic job, and my dog seemed happy and comfortable, and she loves her new 'do. Great team and wonderful business.

They did a great job with my 11 year old dog. He hadn't been groomed in a little while due to a neck injury. She explained how they would work with that to make sure she didn't hurt him. He looks great. He also came home happy.

These guys are great and very patient with my dogs. My older male goes on their quiet days when there aren't too many exuberant pups for him to tell to get off his lawn. My younger female goes on the more active days where she can play hard and then sleep hard when she gets home. I love that they divide the schedule to accommodate different doggie personalities. Plus the hair cuts and mani pedis are top notch.

I feel prices are never clear and my request have not been met since the change in ownership. Only when I complained did they perform what I wanted in a few minutes after my baby had been there for hours. I travel all the way from tucker and it’s a whole day event for me to be disappointed. Lastly, the pet owners should see the final results before paying and tipping the groomer.

Do not go here. They will lie to you about their prices and try to overcharge. I called twice. The first time I spoke to a woman (who’s name I forget) who I specifically gave details about my dog and asked for a quote and was told $50-65. I once again called the Day Before the appointment to once again confirm pricing& was told by Katy yes, it’ll be $50-65 depending upon when the groomer (there’s only 2 there) sees my dog. ( side note: I normally get my dog groomed for around $45-55 but recently moved to a new area so needed a new groomer.) Upon arrival to drop my dog off, they said It would be $80. I explained that just the day earlier I was told $50-65 and the front desk lady (who I’m guessing was Katy) and guy (chris I believe) denied it saying they’re the only ones who answer the phone and would never have said that. Lies! These people are liars and will cheat you. I left with my dog and on our way out they said ok we’ll do it for $70, like no, you’ve already shown me what kind of integrity your business has. Take your dog elsewhere and save yourself a headache and waste of time!

I only go in there to get my dogs nails trimmed but I appreciate greatly when they do it. They somehow handle my little buddy I'm a way that he isn't looking violated for the next day. Ive been going there for 4 years or more and they always look like they have it together. The last few years I've even been able to remember the employees so that's nice.

We had a client that we were petsitting and on the second visit we found out she had fleas. The poor little pup was in need of some emergency grooming and a flea treatment. Katy answered my call and fit her right into her busy schedule at the last minute and took great care of Daisy. Extremely disappointed in our experience at Katy’s. The owner refused to listen to our needs and was incredibly rude and unprofessional when we tried to express what we wanted for our sweet goldendoodle. Not to mention, she talked badly about our girl right in front us! We will not be going back to Katy’s and we advise everyone else to do the same.
