Just moving to Atlanta recently, and I had no idea where to get my pup groomed… upon my search I stumbled upon Happy Hearts ! And I am soooo happy with my pups grooming and care. Everyone from the front desk to the groomers were welcoming, professional, and it gave your dog is there dog and that is a great feeling to have. They offer so much besides just grooming such as vaccines on special days to daycare and they for sure have sold me as being a client ! Don’t question it just bring your pooch on by ! You will not be disappointed !

I will never return here for a grooming. I was told one price then an extra fee was added for matting that was beyond what a typical PerSmart would even charge, and she nipped the top of my dogs head. $105 total for a bath and buzz cut lol a big joke is what this place is. Save your time and money

This black owned groomer does such a great job on my Goldendoodle puppy. He looks so good and smells great. This was his second time and his cut was even and super soft. The cost was pricey but I wanted a perfect cut for him. I will return.

I want to start by acknowledging Wayne and his team's consistent excellent service with my Sproodle. Despite previous groomers insisting on shaving him down, Wayne's team has always gone the extra mile to maintain my dog's appearance, even dealing with mats and his spirited demeanor.However, my recent visit was marred by a less than satisfactory encounter with the lady at the front desk. While I was pleased with the grooming results, her attitude regarding payment was off-putting. Having paid via my phone beforehand, she insisted I hadn't, exclaiming “no you didn’t” which I found unprofessional. Additionally, the public weighing of my dog for price confirmation felt unnecessary, especially with other customers present who weren't subjected to the same process. This experience has soured my perception, despite the excellent work done by Wayne and his team.Factoring in Atlanta traffic, their location is an hour from me and I always thought the journey was worth it. I'm now considering alternatives due to this negative encounter. My intention is not to criticize, but encountering such attitude makes me hesitant to return.

Great groomers but severely lacking in the customer service and professionalism department. The fees and related policies frequently change and aren’t reflected in the service agreement, creating confusion. Each interaction with HappyHearts seems to bring unexpected additional fees, such as matting fees for a short-haired dog who is brushed daily, and late cancellation fees, even when appointments are canceled within the specified window. Adding insult to injury, they are not well-versed in their own service agreement, which they encourage customers to review whenever conflicts arise. Lots of room from improvement.

Our pup Hudson looked great. He’s about 45 pounds, with very thick curly hair (like a jerry curl… lol), we love his hair but it’s extremely high maintenance. This wash and groom was about $120…However, this was the best he’s ever looked and the first time we’ve left a groomer without being in shock lol. We were happy with his long summer cut.

Everyone was very friendly! Just picked up my dog from his teeth cleaning and they look amazing! They got all the tartar off of his teeth. It is much cheaper and better for him than it would have been to get them done under anesthesia at the vet a few years down the line when they got bad.

I almost gave up searching for a groomer as the bad reviews seemed to outweigh the good. It would be my pups first time as well as my own so all of this was new to me. That’s when I stumbled acrossHappy Hearts and I’m so glad I did! Their app allowed me to upload her info and kept me updated along the way, not to mention the price was very affordable.I knew I found the right place when I went to pick her up and my dog was calmly following the staff & other dogs 10/10 would highly recommend!

It’s a shame, they are great groomers, but the inconsistent professionalism and customer service will prevent us from returning.On the way to my appt, they accidentally cancelled mine instead of another, which is fine we fixed that. My pup was dropped off at 10am, but didn’t get on the table until 2:30. That’s okay too, however based on our first visit, we assumed he’d be done at 2ish based on his drop off time for this visit. No communication from them on that though, soI called at 2pm to confirm his eta before running errands further away. They told me he would be the last dog of the day and that I can run my errand, I confirmed if they closed at 5 and that I will be there right before then..so I went to run an errand and unfortunately had an emergencyI should not have to explain my emergencies and already “effectively communicated” with them at 2, that I would be there before closing. The front desk called a bunch of times, when he was done at 4 as I missed the communications, but was on the way. I finally was able to answer and was met with attitude and before I could get much out I was told “well he’s been done for 15 mins” with a sharp tone and how the pickup system works then a series of weird messages about communicating. Then in person the front desk continues talking about communicating as if I didn’t call and tell them I’d be there before closing and was.They have a clap back mentality from what I see on reviews, which from a corporate perspective will tell you a lot about them. My first visit I felt unwelcome, but decided to return because the cut was good and it’s a black owned business. I even promoted to my platform and following. Second time and won’t be back. Situation could’ve been handled better and internal customer service and situational/deescalation based training needs to be conducted.

I didn't know what an excellent groom looked like until our appointment today. This was far and away the best grooming I've seen. Wayne seriously raises the bar, and now we'll never use anyone else. He was super friendly and sweet to our pup, easy to book and pay. An all around great experience, well worth the price.Update: We continue to use Happy Hearts and it just keeps getting better! The groom now comes with a report card, newsletter, and treats! Wayne puts so much effort into his passion and professionalism. He makes it an absolute pleasure to support his business. And the grooming service remains spot-on!

I had my shorky pampered by Happy Hearts and I was very pleased with the service and how well behaved my little doggy was. In the past I have taken him to PetSmart for grooming, however they said that because he wouldn't let them touch him that I should have him groomed at the Vet. Well luckily Wayne at Happy Hearts used to see my shorky at the Vet and knew exactly how to treat him. Very awesome experience.

This was my Zoey's first big girl haircut and the groomer did so well with her. They did a great job cutting her even though she was very nervous. They do great with all breeds. Zoey is a pomeranian.

I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to find a groomer in Atlanta after moving here from NYC this summer.Just as I was about to give up hope, I came across Happy hearts pet care services and I’m so glad I did!Wayne and his team welcomed Remy and I with open arms to the happy hearts family!Their care, kindness and attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced from a groomer.Thank you Happy hearts fam for being awesome!

We have a 1 year old Yorkie named Mr. who runs our house. He has not had great experiences with grooming over the past year. When we purchased him, he was matted so he had to be put to sleep to be shaved completely down. I believe he remembered that experience and ever since has been traumatized. Our vet referred us to you, but like most new owners, we tried to use other places due to time and costs. HUGE mistake. Fast forward, we are here now and I must say our experience has been great! We were greeted warmly by the owner and asked questions about our desired look. He took the time to help settle Mr down while allowing him to sniff and get comfortable in his new surroundings. I explained my concerns and Mr's past experiences with grooming and I was reassured he would be just fine. It was very calming for me as his owner and Mr. also, who went in to begin playing in the " ndoor doggie park."Mr. was ready to go at time promised. He looked absolutely adorable as ever.I also want to share they are located in a great location and street parking is available. The drop off and pick up are very quick.We are extremely happy to be apart of Happy Hearts Pet Care Family.You should give them a call today!!! Your pets will THANK YOU!

The joy of picking up your dog and instantly loving their haircut was delivered. The staff was so friendly and I felt completely confident that my dog would be okay when I dropped him off. Cutting doodles seems challenging, but the cut our little guy received was perfect.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My dog has only been groomed at Petsmart about 3 times, where they charge extra fees for every little thing. He has only gotten a puppy trim, I wanted to try somewhere new for his first full body cut since he’s still getting use to getting groomed, moves a lot and gets anxious during the process. They did a great job with his cut, worked with him and gave me tips to help him at home, I highly recommend.

Amazing service!! I recently took my Miniature Schnauzer in for a routine trim and it’s safe to say that I will be definitely returning soon. The location was easily accessible and the staff were more than welcoming from the start. I personally have trouble grooming my dog due to him being difficult when it comes to grooming it usually takes me hours. The turn around here was very quick and I was very pleased wit the result and will definitely be a new regular

We loved our experience with Wayne! He is so kind and professional and our pup got the best first haircut he could have ever had. We were so nervous about our pup's first haircut but Wayne was so gentle and made it the best experience. His love for animals is so apparent in all the little details throughout the entire process. Also we were amazed at how well he cut our pup's nails. We usually take our pup to the vet for a nail trim and he always comes home with somewhat uneven / sharp nails, but Wayne was able to cut our pup's nails low to the perfect length and buffed them out evenly so they weren't sharp at all. Overall it was the best experience and we WILL be coming back often to see Wayne!!!!!!!

I've been really happy with Happy Hearts! They really focus on how to best groom your dog and typically have good availability throughout the week/weekends. Price can be above average at times, but honestly the quality of work and attention to detail is worth it in my opinion.

I bring my puppy Zeppy here and she’s a handful. Nelson is truly amazing with her and he has great patience and experience. Not only is he amazing but his shop is always clean and tidy. He communicates well and truly cares for your dog. Which is a plus for me. She’s been coming here since she was 3months old Recently I had to travel and I couldn’t get an appointment when I needed which was (my fault) for waiting last minute. So I decided to try someone else and it was the worse experience I had. taught me how to appreciate my groomer much more! I will never venture out again nor will I wait last min. If you care and love your dog this is the place to bring your pet too. He’s truly the best.
