I love booking appointments at Groomed by Adrian! My dog Angel always gets the full groom and sometimes I even add color for her. Great customer service and my dog always looks amazing once the services are done. The booking process is also very easy. I will highly recommend this place for your pet grooming needs!

I was referred to Adrian by my best friend and let me tell you, he has got a client for life! I’ve posted Coach’s before and after pic for reference. His cut is so clean and smooth, Adrian paid very close attention to details and I must say I never seen my dog smile this much after a grooming. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Don’t walk, RUN TO GROOMED BY ADRIAN!

I dropped my furbaby off to Adrians establishment before. Paid the extra for HIM to do her hair. Those are the first 2 pics. I brought her back paid for same experience and picked her up looking like this. Adrian showed zero remorse. I waited 5 hours for her patently. I honestly do not believe he cut her hair. I asked him about it and he told me that he doesnt do the wash and cut and he only does the dye. It was only 2 groomers there I really doubt he did it. Why would a celebrity dog groomer think its ok to give someone there animal looking like this. I paid over 120$ for this nonsense.

I had my toy poodle, KlayKo groomed and they did an amazing job. Her cut is on point and color is so vibrant and they were done in record time. I was running late picking her up, and they were patient and understanding.

I had the best experience with Adrian and his team! My fiery 6-year old Shih Tzu has a ton of personality, so I decided to visit Adrian to give him a new do'. I admittedly feared coloring my dog's coat, so I opted for a subtle cut & color. I absolutely loved the outcome and the great summer cut. They were professional, quick, and very gentle with my pooch. I also appreciate the courtesy call giving me a heads up on when he would be ready for pick-up. I highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Tuesday I took my labradoodle to Adrian’s grooming studio and Nique was our groomer. Due to this being my first visit I called to make sure I knew the policies and procedures ahead of time. Upon arrival I was told they closed at 5:00 and they should not have booked a dog that size that late (my appt was scheduled for 3:30) that should have been my cue to cancel. I was also asked how I wanted him groomed I replied “cut down and legs shaved down but to keep his ears and tail just shape them up. Not even 20 minutes into him being there I received a call stating he was misbehaving due to him being afraid of the dryer. He has been groomed many times before and nobody has ever had an issue with him. At 4:28 PM exactly I was told that he was nowhere near being done yet 30 mins later I received a text message saying that he was almost finished and I needed to come pick him up. When I initially called to schedule the appointment I was told there was a one hour pickup window from the time my dog was finished. After telling Nique that I could be there within the hour he responded with an attitude and stated had it been anyone else my dog would have been boarded despite what the policy was. When I came to pick him up the only thing correct was his tail and his ears had to be shaved due to matting from an ear infection. This has been the worst grooming experience I have ever had and I don’t recommend and won’t be back. Overall it was very unprofessional and when asked to speak to the owner I was told he doesn’t really be there and isn’t available. Picture below (legs not shaved down and overall very sloppy). Extreme rush job and it shows.

Don’t have much to say but everything was all 5s! This was my first time here with my new dog ! I booked Nique he was very knowledgable, friendly and kind! Told me what I needed for my new pup.Also when I picked her up showed me some Products I could use at home ! When I got back for pick up my girl looked like a real Poodle ! They have a client that will be coming every 4 weeks ! Book them guys! I love a black owned business that handles businesses! Satin loves them!

All i can say is wow. This experience was a 10/10. I am so grateful to have met him and have him as a mentor. He is 100% dedicated to his career which makes his teaching very thorough. I feel like the lessons were specifically curated just for me. He worked with what i knew and taught me what i didn't with no problems. He made sure i was comfortable and educated. I was a first time customer. Recommend by friends and I just have to say I loved this place! The staff is super friendly and you can tell the dogs just love them. This was my dog’s first time getting color and I just have to say it’s very clear that she loved it!! Lol! She even let them give her a ponytail. Extremely disappointing "experience". I showed up for what was supposed to be my first groom with Adrian. The place didn't look the best, and the young lady who was at the front counter was not rude, but certainly not pleasant. I made sure to ask if Adrian would cut the puppy and she said no it's Nique. That was a problem because I spoke to Adrian and told him I wanted him to cut the dog a week ago. She then made an awkward gesture and said she would be back after I told her if Adrian was not cutting the dog, I would reschedule. I picked up my dog and left. As a black client, I'm all for supporting black businesses but this was unprofessional. Also, I don't like a bait and switch. I was told the extra $25 was for Adrian to cut the dog. So why would I be charged the same amount for someone else? Businesses need to understand word of mouth and reviews can sink an otherwise successful business. Adrian seems super talented but I would never return after what I experienced. I wasted time driving across town for nothing.

BEST POODLE GROOMER IN ATL! I've tried several groomers in Atlanta and no groomer comes close to the craft of Groomed by Adrian. Adrian owns several poodles (and also breeds them!) so he KNOWS poodle very very well which is obvious in his grooming. It's the consistency for me!! All groomers are trained by Adrian so you're going to have the same consistent perfect poodle cut no matter which groomer you book. I am blown away every time I pick my baby up from the salon. Groomed by Adrian did it again!! Thank you so much!

I was referred to Adrian’s salon and decided to give them a chance. Jasmine serviced my Yorkie Chanel, she is very cooperative and loves her grooming session. I made the mistake of using this establishment because her usual groomer isn’t taken appointments right now, so I had no choice. Arrived to pick her up and she has a clipper cut and burn directly under her eyes which I know bled and hurt. Should’ve followed my first mind when I read the reviews, it seems that they only give superb service to their celebrity or elite clientele which is bad for business. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ILL AVOID SUPPORTING THEM IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABY!!!!!!
