I have honestly never had a positive thrifting experience and I was able to come out with quite a bit! Everything was so clean the store was organized The quality of the items or better than I've ever seen before I was able to get some cute wooden and metal toys a toy basket and lots and lots of clothes! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the bathroom was clean! I was able to spend hours in here with very minimal dust

I Always find great things here--- one of my favorite thrift stores to shop. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Parking may be a little complicated, but once you're in-- it's great.

Security is rude as hell and will follow you while trying to shop. I have never had this experience at a Goodwill before. This has happened to me on two different occasions at this Goodwill. Do not shop here if you like to shop in peace. It's a Goodwill not a Louis Vuitton store. If someone is stealing used items then that's on them , but some people are genuinely coming to shop and pay for the items. It's very irritating. I will not be shopping here anymore. Check your security

I want to thank Mr. Tyrone for being very professional on 11/29/2023. Mr. Tyrone was a great listener as my husband and I suggested a retagging structure on removed tags from the furniture section of the store by customers. This structure would keep the flow of items in and out instead of stocked in the back with no room.

Was going there to get a cord for our coffee percolator and couldn't find one. We ended up finding a coffee maker with everything with it, plugged it up to make sure it worked before we bought it and it heated up. Was a life saver and a great find for $3.99.

I came in for work pants. I grabbed like three pairs of black pants. I asked for a dressing room the lady told me it was closed. She also told me to just buy them and bring back the ones that don’t work. She told me I have 7 days to bring it back. None of the pants worked out one even had a hole in the middle. So I threw those away and brought back the other two. First the lady got mad that there wasn’t one of those flimsy tags on there. (The lady that checked me out just charged me the same price as the other when I bought it.) then she tells me I can only get a store credit I asked two associates about the return policy none of them said it would be a gift card. I was just told to keep the receipt. I ended up just leaving everything at the counter I didn’t need the headache. Not to mention the time I was going to buy a pot they wanted 40 for it. The pot was originally sold at Tj max for 25. Why would I spend 40 on a used one? You try to shop at these places to help the community but the attitudes and these crazy prices and return policies makes you not even want to shop

I tried to engage in conversation with while checking out because I was happy I got costumes for the kids. Her only reply was "okay" 2-3 times when I was talking to her. She was niceish but not engaging and was the ONLY one checking out at that location around the evening when I got there today. Great products. Not so great customer service.

It’s often a mess! And today I had to wait a long time since only one register was open, but there were two extra workers just sitting and goofing around. Finally at 7:47 the security guard wouldn’t let someone in. They close at 8pm. :(We were at another Goodwill this morning and it was much cleaner with way better and more toys (the one down Metropolitan by the bowling alley)

Should change the stated operating hours from 8-7:45pm if they are going to turn off the automatic doors and refuse entry at 7:45pm. I wasn't going to take more than 90 seconds, literally needed one thing. Drove 15 minutes each way to come.Security guard said he was just "doing as he was told" and then asked the manager if I would be allowed to grace the store with my presence, and the manager said no. Some way to run a business!

I went to 2 different Goodwills 2 days in a row. The one on Northside Drive was extremely messy and unorganized. My experience the day before at a Goodwill in Smyrna was amazing! It was literally night and day. The clothes weren't just in the wrong places, alot even had the wrong tags. The clothes were all over the floor. I managed retail stores in the past, I've never seen anything like this. This store looks like nobody cares about it. I used to go to this store regularly 4-5 years ago, and it was clean and managed better.

I was in this location for the first time on a weekend. There were so many choices I could only make down a couple of aisles in one afternoon. The place was constantly moving. Moving inventory out onto the floor. The staff cleared out and brought in seemingly simultaneously. I will return for more deals. Limited, tight parking spaces though.

During recent move I made multiple donations here. There was one particular older man who was just plain obtuse! As a senior citizen I ALWAYS appreciate essential workers and tip accordingly. This guy was so un nice I went back to the Collier Rd site. Everyone there is super helpful and exhibits good manners.This location needs a mandated class on how to accept donations and be nice at same time!Because of several rotten visits I gave more items to AKF instead!

No AC in there today....was so hot I almost passed out!! Goodwill has lost their mind.....$24.99 for a Kirkland jacket. Nahhh! The store was a mess, there was stuff thrown everywhere. I could barely move without my buggy getting stopped with something thrown on the floor. Come on Goodwill I thought you were putting people to work with all this profit!

This location has seen better days unfortunately. Staff is very unhelpful- when I rang the bell to use the fitting room, they said it was closed. There were no signs anywhere that reflected this. No good reason was given as to why this is.Goodwill is losing hundreds of sales because of this asinine policy. My last time visiting this location.

Fat lady with no hair setting up the shoes is super rude. Couldn’t ask her a question before she started to yell about shoes have to be placed on the shelf before they are purchased. I told her if she didn’t cut my question off, she would’ve known that my question was about the color of the week. I knew the color of the week wasn’t yellow how they had display in front of the store. I just wanted to make sure which was the correct color, of course she didn’t know and started yelling to her coworker in the front. He was also unaware of the color. Fat lady with no hair clear has personal issues and should leave her issues at home. Terrible customer service for a simple question.

Their FITTING ROOMS are PERMANENTLY CLOSED (due to the covid 19 pandemic two and a half to three years ago). Come on, even NY, Canada, Australia, the UK has been open for months. Not worth going to if you’re looking to thrift clothes.RETURNS are within 7 days and they only give you STORE CREDIT on a Goodwill gift card. I’ve been trying to spend my store credit since a purchase a year ago. I recently gave it another go and coming back with items that didn’t fit, I was unable to return one item that the tag fell off of (even though it was the only other dress on the receipt, and I was assisted by the exact same associate from the day before.)After I clean out this gift card I’m probably never shopping at Goodwills again. I’ve donated to goodwills for years and my first shopping experience was this purchase from the original store credit. I had no idea they were like this to their customers.Some people who thrift don’t have a lot of other options and I don’t like the idea of them ripping people off on items donated to them. Other people who have more options can choose stores with fitting rooms that are open, not have to take items home and hope the tag stays on to try it on, and they facilitate returns in a normal fashion that doesn’t only benefit the company but is fair to the purchaser, and donating makes me feel like I’m helping Goodwill take advantage of people when there are other options. This location was pretty thin on housewares and furniture (items you don’t have to try on), probably because of this too I’m guessing.

I visited this store on Saturday, 01-08-22 with my thrifting group, Thrifting Atlanta. On top of the regular prices, our group was given a 25% discount. I found a couple of great pieces. The first thing I found was a very classy dress shirt I bought for my dad. Some of the other things, included shoes in great condition & accessories.I was one of the first people from the group to arrive at the store. I had about 2 employees come out and ask if I was there to to work. Lol I hope whoever they were expecting showed up.

I love buying 2nd hand and this store is a great place to do that. Make sure you pay attention to the half price items. However, DO NOT Donate to this organization, there is a lot of corruption in its infrastructure.
