I was in line behind a woman with over 50 things including breakable items in her cart that needed to be wrapped in paper. With two open registers, instead of checking me out next, the manager of the store told the available employee to leave from behind the counter to put up clothes from the rack.I made a comment about wanting to be checked out and the girl employee shooed me and then ignored me. So I waited for 15 minutes until the nice employee I see every time I visit this particular store told the girl she needed help.I ended up leaving my keys on the counter and when I came back in the girl that FINALLY checked me out stated “patience is a virtue”. Mind you, the lady with the full cart was still there and not even close to checking out.The manager was rude and dismissive and the female employee followed suit with an attitude. I will not go back to that location.

Awesome Goodwill! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have convenient parking. Everything else is exactly what you would expect from a Goodwill. We found what we needed used and at a good price. We'll definitely be back!

You all should really speak to your security guard about how he "monitors" the store. The past two times I have shopped here, it was very uncomfortable. I noticed the guard glaring at me as I shopped, just as anyone else was. Then he followed me around a couple times. I've shopped here a numerous amount of times and have never experienced this before with previous security guards. Safety is#1 priority, but no one's shopping experience should feel like this!

This Goodwill location is sorry to say, a total disaster. In the mid 2000, it was a place to come to, to visit, to stop by, this is where Movie production companies came to buy set items and also donate. The back of the building used to be very clean and had directional cones and signs for donors. Now it looks terrible. The store used to be packed with great items, but now not so packed and not so great. Electronics was the best, but now not. Wears Department used to be neat and everything matching side by side or in color, not now. It was a happy place, now no one looks happy at all. Their are people outside who have set up tables in the parking lot and in front of the building, didn't used to be this way. Either revamp or move to a better location but not far away from the west end area.

This nice Asian lady helped me with this belt that didn't have a tag on it... I think she gave me a discounted price too 🤗 and then the cashier Kisha was nice as well.

As I write this review - the overall reviews rating is 4.2 — today 9/1/23. The most recent reviews got a response from “store owner’”Yesterday 8/31/23 I spent about $71 here. I bought a lot of small items- a painting, an old magazine stand, glassware, When I arrived at counter for checkout I was treated as a common thief - I have good taste - the cashier sent some of my items back to be recalculated - she claimed the price tags had been altered ( holding up the line) — keep that thought in mind). When they returned with same price, she was frustrated Next, she told me there weren’t bags to fit some of my larger items ( that proved to be untrue) and when I insisted I need an extra bag she accused me of holding up the line! Then she loudly publicly and disrespectfully told me that “ we have to pay for these bags!” When i responded discretely so hat only she and other cashier could hear - she became even more boisterous frankly rude and then the other cashier said “ security!” They we’re creating a situation- not me. How do you insult me - the customer- because I spend $71 and ask to get a double bag. - I used to drive - I own three Mercedes Benz -all in my garage in S Fulton because i stoped driving COVID and just take Ubers. When I owned a house in the west end 10 years ago Id walk home with all sorts of large items and the staff treated me kindly and with respect

The employees are friendly very respectful . a lady employee who have been there for many years . she Is loyal to her Job and still the same as she was when she first start working there . she stay busy she Is the only worker that Is still there many have come and gone . but she Is still hanging In there bless her heart .

When I walked in I was greeted so that was nice. The clothes were nearly arranged, however if you are seeking work attire it's not the best place to come. Security was present for safety. It's a great place for jeans and t-shirts. Also a awesome place to get a good suit for an interview. Easy to find great customer service and genuine people.

This Goodwill has the best shoe section of a thrift store I have ever seen. It's extremely organized, and sorted by color. When I came to college and needed dress shoes: this store came in clutch.There is a great selection of clothes and I always find something that I can't live without.The housewares/objects section is also pretty nice too. I love seeing what comes through.

One of my favorite stores in metro Atlanta! Don’t let the neighborhood scare you away, there’s loads of hidden gems in this store. Smaller than usual goodwills but makes up for it in the items them have in there. I always find items with the tags still on them no matter what day of the week I go in there. Worth the drive if you’re not in the area.

Good place to find unique stuff and they have a large selection of books for amazing prices. However I do not use used clothes but their prices for their clothes seem to be a little outrageous especially due to the fact that they're old and tattered. Just saying. Staff is pretty good. However beware of creepy men in this store. They tend to wander and lurk around sometimes. I know a creep when I see one. And for God's sake clean the front of the store and it's corners. All it needs is some bleach. The little corner beside the entrance on the outside rinks of piss!

Great selection of clothing. The racks are full. Organized by color not size. So when you go make sure you have time to carefully look through the clothing racks. It was really fun finding practally new clothing for cheap prices. Employees are busy but always willing to help. I love this store reminds me of Little Five Points shops before they blew up the prices.

The young men they hire as security on and off, the manager, and short bald light skinned elderly broad are some hatred individuals.They need to judge they're own choices.. trash let their position think they're better.

Fraudulent business practices. On Tuesday 05/03/22 I shopped for to goals to benefits from color red tag 🔴items 50%off and Seniors 25% off; but this morning I discovered that after spending $446.88 ($47.92) and $224.45 (?) the cashier DID NOT take 50% off my red tag items. She only gave me the Senior discount 25% off. There is no posted policy's stated otherwise. Also, they have raised prices to be price gouging for donations items. Last but not least, Goodwill priced a FAKE Dooney Bourke purse as an ORIGINAL that purchased. This is Fraud❗ 😒

I was sent away from making a donation 15 minutes before closing. The sign in the back where you donate directed me to the front of the store, but when I went inside to the front of the store they said I needed to go in the back however they were closed for the night. The sales associate stated they closed at 8pm. I arrived at 745pm. I’m really shocked that they would turn down donations. I’ll take my donation somewhere else from now on.

I have never seen a goodwill so messy and unorganized. Each rack has a different type of clothing on it, you can’t tell which rack is for shirts, tanks or pants. Smalls are where larges are. This location got 10 min out of me today.

Wasn't much in there that I wanted, but then I came late🤷🏽‍♂️ You can't beat $6 pants, $3 belts ,and $10 boots!! All good quality too. Had some nice pants too. Come early. Leave happy and with plenty money left

Good Store!! As always most items are always the exact same price, so once you get a good piece its a good price! This store has plenty womans, men, and children's clothing, kitchen, house(RR-BR), and accessories. Not a long line, and for the most part really on the better sides of goodwill.

Honestly, the place is empty and the prices are high. The employees and security follow certain customers like myself around the store who shopped there years before the new employees start working there. They no longer check your bags in and actually miss the real shoplifting customers by watching the OG”s of the store. Nevertheless they stay RUDE AND CONSTANT TALKING ABOUT EACH OTHER!

The new setup is very confusing. Not as much fun as it used to be. I hardly spend much time in there anymore. I did find a nice purse for five bucks that was okay. But right now it's difficult to shop in there. Not relaxing like it used to be
