First I apologize for reaching out on this platform however I have been expressing my concerns about my Family Dollar store. And I say MY because I take pride in the store and I support my community and want the best for the place I regularly spend my hard earned money. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement to my emails and various calls. Tonight was very disheartening which brings me to this page. Again sorry of I have went off the chain of command. Please feel fee to direct me to someone who can listen to my concerns and provide change. My neighborhood family dollar has inside theif, closes store 10- 15 minutes early each night, have disrespectful workers, typically the store is well stocked and maintained but now it is hardly stocked the appearance has gone down drastically and volgar and degrading music is often played during store hours. Works are on phones while checking out the customers. There have been instances I witnessed myself of domestic violence between co workers who were involved romantically. It is really a scene out of a Tyler Perry movie at this store that I would have ranked the best in the Atlanta area. Please hear my grievances or connect me to the right person who can bring this store back to the level of customer service and quality that I, a resident of this community for over 25 years was use to. (Please pardon typos...very upset and bothered behind recent events)

The worst family dollar in the world, just pure ghetto they need to close it down. Always Clutter everywhere , cashiers super rude. I went in today i think they were remodeling but they had 4 little kids in there telling the customers they were closed while they whole family was in there having them a good time .

I was just in the store purchasing some driving steering fluid and one of the employees with red braids kick me out and when I ask why she just to throw me out and did happen 20 minutes ago , is this the type of service that this location serve and no mangers in site to talk to.

Terrible some young lady cursed out my grandma, count your days at this location. Yall better handle this young lady for someone else does. Check your cameras at this location today she carried on and on, she shouldn't have a job.

The experience was very different. The cashier were not clear how to do a cash app transactions. I only wanted to add cash to my card while making a purchase. I had to explain this transactions three times before the team were aware the transactions was going to be complete. Please tryto train your team members on how simple and easy this process and transactions is.

This store has no bags for when we buy our goods. This has been going on for the past 5 days. We shop in this store because its convenient to our needs. Sometimes we spend $50.00 or better in this store. Why no bags? Our money is good for this company. But we not good enough for bags to carry our things. Why do we not have bags. Answer this please

As a disabled senior for convenience I used to go to this store fairly regularly.In the last couple months every time I go-there are no carts.I have hip problems and prefer to use a cart when walking around stores instead of carting a walker everywhere.Today I went back to check the situation and they still don't have carts.So...I left without buying anything and will not be going back.Dollar General is literally across the street.

I've been in the parking lot since 7am when you were supposed to open. It's now 7:20 in the morning and one employee who's been standing in the parking lot since I arrived can't get in the store to open and it freezing out. Not to mention that this is such a dangerous area for an employee to be locked out of a store and standing in a parking lot that isn't lit by lights AT ALL! Who ever the manager is that was supposed to open this morning should be ashamed and have severe consequences for this.

If I could give no stars about this location. Horrible cashier's with nasty attitudes. I brought my service animal in they berated me and cussed refused to service me. Its apparent that these employees are not educated and probably have criminal records. I'm going to the corporate office to complain and see if I get results. This was pure discrimination and they're black people. This is what we get for uneducated people.

This location has remolded but still there too much clouther when you go in there. There are too many female clerk's and not enough male clerk's and no security guard on duty for any shifts. I shopped at this location on yesterday, and was upset on how the inside of the store appeled. I walked on the deordorant aisle and witnessed the alarm from the back of the store going g off. A young female clerk ranned back there and assumed that either someone set the alarm off by accident or on purpose after stealing.Then she ran and informed the other co-workers in the front as they got scared then proceed to call the store/shift manager. But the manager never answered because they had being calling her for other reasons prior. I asked the clerk that rung up my items why don't y'all have a security guard in here due to you all are young and less than a hand full? She replied because enough customers will not complain, and that's when I assured they that I was going to give my review on this store and advised them to be safe while thanking them for their great customer services. They looked at each other and decided to closed up early due to the condition and I don't blame them not one bit.I will vouch and agree that corporate needs to do a inspection and weed out the bad from the good and get they some security do to the crime rating in that area. 🤔😐😑😏😣😡😠

Will Not Go Back !! I shop at Family Dollar a'lot .I have the smart coupons app. I buy my detergent all things laundry at family dollar .But this location was just horrible .thr store was a mess and dirty. But I went because I had coupons on laundry detergent and deodorant as well as other things. I had a 5$ coupon as well. So I was checking out. I let the cashier know I was using my coupons as I am putting my number in she hits the total button which won't allow me to continue .I let her know again that o was trying to use my ccoupons she told me that it was too late I would have to use them another time .I am not a rude person, don't like giving bad reviews at all. I also don't sit around cliclippering coupons all day this is the only store I even use them. So I was excited about saving money. And she was just so rude to me and would tell take my coupons I will not go back

I have been to the store three times in the past week all the different times and they're not open but staff is inside they never unlock their doors don't waste your time go across the street and spend your money there

Well with this Family Dollar location the customers are always serve properly and the people that run it that works for Family Dollar they are good to the customers only thing I don't like about it is too small and it's clutter but otherwise I give it 5 stars

Horrible and junky. Thus place is a fire hazard waiting to happen. They have product back dated from August, that's still in the boxes on the dollies in the isle. Its only a matter of time before someone gets injured

Cashiers are not attentive to customers. They are always having side conversations, which slows up the line. Also, there's usually only one register open in the evening which is a busy time.

Store had exactly one buggy and one basket. Customers had nasty attitudes, cashier had an even nastier attitude. There was at least 25 people in the store, 10 people in line and one register open. Horrible!

This Store was closed at 11:02 AM with a hand written note that says closed and the gates are closed as well I don’t know what’s going on but they’re doing some illegal things in here they’re not doing right by the company

Brace yourself before you enter the store. The staff doesn't give a whoot! Never more than one register open and my neighbors will cuss you out for looking at them the wrong way. Welcome to the jungle!

The remodeled store is great and the shelves were well stocked,. The only unsatisfactory thing us the fact that there are not any buggys.

This store is horrible. Cashier's are incompetent. Shelves are not stocked, merchandise is sitting in the middle of the floor, you can never get cash back..smh
