Usually a nice experience but the current manager (Alisha or Aisha) is stocking frozen food in the cooler with the jucies so be careful. They claim to care about the community but when told the food was being stored at the wrong temp the manager did nothing about it. She actually moved it to the cooler because that's where the correct price tag for it was. Then claimed customers were responsible for It being in the freezer .I showed her that it said "keep frozen" but she didn't care. She is also not purchasing store supplies such as bags and lying to her employees, telling them that it's corporates responsibility.

I have given up on this store. Every time I go in there the person at the register is rude!!! Today the lady was super rude. I was only trying to spend a certain amount. And she was upset that I was waiting til she scanned items to make sure they rung up as marked because this store will not honor prices shown. So because I didn’t want to go over my budget. She walked off and told me to let her know when I’m ready because she was trying to count her money. Then the store is back looking a hot mess. I’ll just take my business across to Dollar General. They just need to shut that store down.

The store is never fully stocked. As a matter of fact I've never seen this store fully stocked except when it first opened. They continuously change out employees and I can clearly see that employee moral is extremely low. Maybe better pay would bring in much better employees...

Finally....after the cleanup of this particular Family Dollar Store Front from all of the characters that would loiter around the building constantly leaving much trash at this location on the corner of Campbellton Road and County Line Road could customers safely and peacefully patron this Family Dollar Store.I absolutely 💯 enjoy shopping at this Family Dollar Store!Currently, the Family Dollar Store Front has an environment thats conducive for a more pleasant and peaceful shopping experience....especially, considering the affluent and hard working people who live together within the community that really cares about supporting neighborhood businesses!The Family Dollar Store on the corner of (Campbellton Road and County Line Road) is no longer an eyesore....but, a thriving neighborhood business that can also, be patron safely and peacefully by the many Senior Citizens who live within our community!"B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!!"

Despite negative rumors, my visit to the local dollar store was a pleasant surprise. It was always stocked, clean, and had helpful staff. I highly recommend a visit!

I don't understand how this location has 3.9 stars but I'll help lower the rating to what it should be.... Every time I walk into this establishment no one is at the register. The employees are rarely in uniform and they allow anybody behind the register, and when they scan your items they don't speak!! There are always boxes in the middle of the aisles and barely any items on the shelves... maybe because they are still in the boxes. I'm sick of this location and I will be contacting corporate.

This place is the trap. They let any and everybody hangout here (outside and inside). They do and say whatever in the store. Just a hangout for employees and their friends. Surprised I haven't seen a blunt sparked or liquor being drank inside. Shelves are always half way stocked. The epitome of unprofessional.

The staff need to wear Family Dollar shirts. They need more staff to stock the shelves. Too too cluttered. And too many young boys hanging inside store. The customer service greeting was good.

This place is awful. I only go in there for the convenience of the location and pray that they even have something similar to what I'm looking for. Why do I pray you ask? Because even if they have it, good luck on finding it because the store is always a mess and unorganized. There are never any shopping carts or hand baskets. Then let's talk about the staff. The cashier was at the register talking to her 2 male visitors, begging them to loan her for $10 until she got paid. Another employee was just sitting off to the side in a chair talking to the cashier and her visitors as if he was at home in the living room...smh. Seems like he could have been organizing that inventory that is just thrown all of the shelves and a complete mess. I understand that it's "Family Dollar ", but this store needs a complete overhaul.

Hate store. No customer service, smell like loud, workers in hoodies, nothing stocked, employees behind store smoking blunts, seems like a hangout not a business. Trash inside and out. Make the neighborhood look bad.

The store is unsightly from the street. They have products and trash piled the windows like they are using windows for storage. Trash in back of store building and trash over flowing from trash bins, all of which can be seen from the street. This is devaluing our neighborhood. We should not allow management to keep the property in this condition. This would be unacceptable in other neighborhoods. We must demand more!

Today was my first day going back into the family dollar I hadn’t been in this family dollar for three months and it’s only one block from my house this family dollar has always had some challenges but it’s your neighborhood store this family dollar has been through so much from crime bad service but today it all changed great team on board friendly staff stocked and organized is few of many I can say if you’re in the area stop by this family dollar and see for your self 😇

It's sad that u can't go into the store without first being met by a bunch of young folk cutting school smoking pants hanging of their butts n just hanging round the front door...if I didn't need the items that I was going for I would have turned around n left.Imagine if customers stop shopping there..there would be no need to have this store in this location...need real security!!!The cashier on the phone gossiping n ringing up customers...REALLY???

Store supposedly closes at 10 but they always close at 9:50 or before and lock the doors. Not fair to customers even if for one item they will nit let you in or open the door just signal that they are closed
