I don't understand why every time I come to this Family Dollar the parking lot is filthy. I mean there is trash everywhere it looks like a garbage dump. I have to park my car all the way at the end by the street because the park a lot is so fifty. I don't understand how hard it is to get someone to come out here once a day to sweep this parking lot. Whoever is in charge of this door should be embarrassed.

Terrible service when I come in and I hate I gotta come cuz it’s literally by my house…. I’ve even tried to apply for this store Erica the manager is such a bad example to the employees. They do wat they want and despite the store being extremely busy they walk around and not tend to the agitated customers…. Corporate needs to visit

Girl with the glasses and red hair working til closing time 12/15/22 needs to go. Unbelievably rude. I frequent this location a lot and always have good customer service she’s the only rotten apple. She must be a relative of management.I asked her how she’s doing, no response. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. I stated, “its close to closing time, you must be ready to get off and relax”, no response.Then she started ringing up my order and some how managed to throw my Chico sticks on the ground, breaking 3 of them in half. I’m thinking to myself why are you so mad 😡?Anyway spent over $60 in 10 minutes, but I will walk in and walk right back out the next time I see her on a register!

This has to be the worst Family Dollar in the city of Atlanta!...Probably in the state of Georgia! The store is never stocked. Customer service is barely a 1 out 10! Long line at the register when I walked in & checked out. 5 employees in the store; 3 behind the counter & 2 of those 3 sitting down doing nothing. Get to the counter & she's vaping at the register while ringing up items. This location should just be shut down & closed!

I have been calling since Sunday trying to inform someone in the store that my car was left in the parking lot because I couldn’t get it to crank up . No one has answer the phone

No shopping carts..I had to carry all my items.. not a good experience. I normally shop at the location in s. Fulton, further down the road but..with curfew in place I had to go here..luckily this location had all I needed and the manager was great.. he did a wonderful job helping the customers.

I don't like coming to this location due to the lack of clerk's in the store so normally it's a wait; clutter; and no security and management on the night shift, so that leaves shoplifters to come in the front door and go out the back exit door. I went in there for a pk of Dove shop and there weren't any on the shelf along with some other brands of soap. And it was only one female clerk in the entire store last night so I left and went to another Family Dolla.

I was shopping for gardening supplies; soil, pottery and decorations for the yard. All needs were gathered at reasonable cost. Overall, I am/was satisfied. And the floor and store staff members were extremely helpful.

Chiniqua does NOT need or want a job! Young lady please change your attitude in front of customers. You emphasize that you get off work at 4:30p today, it was only 4:09p...so I'm guessing you did not want to continue your shift as a cashier. I observed you using profanity and kicking things as if you hated being there! Soooooo why didn't you just clock out & leave??? Rolling your eyes & stomping your feet made you look very ignorant! I could have been from corporate family dollar, but of course you didn't care anyhow. I had to detour because of traffic, but now I wish I'd kept going to Publix. It would be so nice to shop in the hood & receive great customer service! Disappointed to say the least. We (black folks) must do better!!!!!

This store is dirty and unorganized. I think the yellow lighting adds to the dirtiness. The shelves were not stocked. Items were scattered. The employees did greet me when I walked in and were very nice, however.

Only cuz they are close by around less traffic but their replenishment is always slow...weeks before you get certain items...gonna start going to dollar tree at greenbriar or camp creek

Typical Retail chain just like all the others. Boxes of stock cluttering the aisles, no one speaking to customers or asking do they need help. Cashiers carrying on with personal conversations while ringing up customers. I only gave 3 stars because they did have everything in stock I needed.

Funny enough this was a great experience. The outside was a bit sketchy but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will make this my neighborhood dollar store.

It's usually has a long line with only one cashier but you we'll find what you came to get and the cashiers are nice

Convenient but need more employees for the registers and stocking panagrams are unorganized have to hunt for your size 2 cashiers a manager and supervisor for 3 months will get that store back on track
