They take advantage of customers and offer horrible customer service. Their products consistently ring up higher than the advertised prices on the signs. Whenever I point this out at the register, the managers get an attitude because they have to do a price override and then make you wait several minutes to do it. Just because your customer base is mostly low-income doesn't justify treating people poorly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not a clean or organized store! They have one great employee! Management should pay more attention because as I drive past the store front the parking lot is typically filled with vehicles, yet the parking lot is dirty, and people selling illegal products are allowed to linger right outside of the front doors. Because of that, I don't purchase items from that location.

This storewide was filthy, unstocked, and the refrigerators were disgusting. There were 8 employees. Very disappointing

There are no shipping carts here. The store as a whole is very .easy and doesn't have a lot of stuff. About 4/5 of the staff are rude. One girl acts like she doesnt even talk but she surely gossips. The lines are always long. If you want cake there is a man selling expired goodies from Publix from the trunk of his car everyday.

There used to be a lady that worked there that was friendly and would help me load up my car and find what I was looking for. She doesn't work there anymore so my family and I don't shop there anymore. Tall black young skinny lady with glasses. Maybe 23 years old.

Horrible...they always have the supplies 2 b stocked all n the aisles where u can't get by with ur buggy. Every aisle I tried 2 go down had something blocking the way. It's ridiculous!

Disrespectful, rude management and cashiers. Cashier made a mistake, I tried to help correct the mistake to be met by a condensing manager... I will not shop here and I will tell everyone I know to pass on the word to everyone they know, until the manager and employees now are terminated..

Although prices continue to be reasonable. The inventory has suffered, I haven't enjoyed shopping there in months, these stores need inventory ASAP, instead of rolls of snack foods.

Frequent shopper in the store due to location. Store is often congested but I am usually able to get the things I need for my home. I usually receive good customer service.

They close Early every night. Sign says 10:00p.m however they always close about 20 min early every night. I will be checking with management. They have people in there not in uniform. The customer service is not the best either.

The store is a total mess and hasn't been cleaned in years. The floors are dirty with items all over the floor. I really expected to see rodents. However the one employee I saw was professional and kind.
