This family dollar has the best customer service and speedy lines in the state as far as I’m concerned. Craft items need to be better with more choices more than a end cap. And stocking all inventory could be better. One problem I have tho is lately they’ve been saying they have no Pennie’s for your change and it’s different cashiers. That’s not cool and it seems like an old tactic stores used to pull to get extra money. If you do that to every customer you’re making lots of free extra money. Pennie’s turn into dollars. Get enough penny rolls for each day. Not acceptable. I still love this store.

Family Dollar is the place to shop in the summer for winter clothes they had lots of clothes on a hangers outside family Dollar marks down there thick and long sleeves clothes check them out you just might find a blessing have a bless day, GOD BLESS YOU IN JESUS HOLY NAME,

This is a mask free zone. No one I saw that was stocking, or behind the counter or chatting was wearing a mask.The coolers have been down for a couple weeks but there was someone working on them. About all they had was perhaps a dozen almost cool drinksService here is always more at their pleasure than yours. You can go to a cashier that might appear to be working, but won't be. It has an overall feel of marginal.

The store was way under stocked hardly anything in the store. They also had signs up on the door saying the "$350 Kemp card are not working" today's date is September 28th, 2022

Honestly, I forgot I was at a Family Dollar when I walked in. Everyone greeted me, the store was clean and organized, the staff was so helpful. This is easily the best family dollar i’ve been too in years!

Came Monday 4/5/21 at 9:52pm a customer was walking out the door I was about to get out my car. The young lady said we are closed so I asked her I thought y’all close at 10 she said no 9:52 cut the lights off and lock the door I understand working in a business but door should not be locked until10 pm wheat what the display show on the door I needed medicine for my sick 3 year old and I had just gotten off work that was unacceptable and she was nasty and rude about it.

It was cool...use to go to that store a few years back and it was completely different then it was stinking and cramped with expired food. This was my first time coming to the new version and it seemed to be cool...Dude had the cashier window open that is always a plus. I absolutley hate going into stores where the cashier window is closed. Seemes like give me the money and leave please.

Went in and was the only one in line two cashiers were there neither one acknowledged me. They were on the phone trying to figure out how to use their cash app after they fiqured it out then took my items. Very unprofessional

Very unprepared for a Sunday morning. I waited over 10 minutes fora receipt. When the associate alert the manager he came to assist and acted like after few minutes of him noticing he couldnt het the printer machine to print he showed as if i was a inconvience because the line began to get longer. After i had asked the manager could he return the product on another register and print the reciept. He told me wait he had the machine rebooting. After waiting several minutes he went to the other register to do what i asked initially. Very unprofessional and i run a business this was a incomvience to my client and myself. I would recommend shopping at this location

Great clean store, friendly manager Miss Ira is great always smiling and friendly and family orientated she complete the store. She care for the store and the people that shop there. The staff is always on the floor stocking or assisting the customers find products.

I've lived in Lakewood for 4 years and I love my family dollar. The only thing that sucks is some of the people that come here and destroy the nice family dollar. It's been vandalized so many times, people litter everywhere, double park, argue with the staff. The workers here deal with a lot but they are always great. I didnt get the womans name today but she was so funny and sweet. Majority of the time I get fantastic service. Keep up the great work!!

Found what I was looking for and more. The cashiers opened up a new register when the line couldn't accommodate the 6ft ordinance. That was so great to see. And the cashiers were so friendly!

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's just one manager that's so ratchet and rude. Her customer service is very horrible. I've been coming here since they opened and it's always the lady managers with attitudes!!!

This is a decent store to shop for daily necessaties at more affordable prices. And for the area it's located in, it's actually in decent shape and not too intimidating to visit. The customer service here is actually good too. One of the better dollar stores in the area.

More people in this store without masks than with. I couldn’t believe it. The parking lot is full of junk and trash, the trash can outside is over following, the inside of the store is always a mess. Shop elsewhere, they obviously don’t care about their customers.

They are never open. I've tried to go there for two weeks now they are the only place in this area to get groceries and they have been closed for weeks. Don't say your open just to be closed for weeks.
