The horrible cashier on the register closest to the door on today’s date around 8:34pm is a rude and disrespectful worker and should be fired! I work in customer service and she has been rude to everyone walking in the door . I got cash back and she decided to have a nasty attitude because I didn’t tell her i needed cash back. She didn’t offer or ask either! And got mad because it messed up her register and said she would’ve told me to go to register two!! Well did you ask me !? If you did you would’ve known. Who are you to get mad at me . Very disrespectful and I’m gonna go all the way to corporate on her because I always patronize this neighborhood family dollar. Unacceptable, piss poor service

I am so upset about the customer service at this location I’m leaving a second horrible unsatisfactory review on the lady who worked today while I sit in the parking lot before pulling off from the establishment I’d like to note the horrid mistreatment from a paying customer , don’t waste your time on this lady she’s not serving the community she’s a nuisance to the environment and should be removed! If I see her in there I will make mention of this until she’s removed. No one should be treated this way AT ALL! I had little to no dialogue with her so I know she’s mistreating others

Attitude here is horrible. Went to pick up package and had difficulty with app. Standing there trying to figure it out and lady in office shouts at me "What" I told her I was going to use Amazon. She must've thought I didn't speak English cause she went on talking about me in a bad way. She talked about " these immigrants" to her coworker. Really ugly.

None of the price tags match the price things ring up as. Both the clerk and manager confirmed the price tags are wrong. However, the manager did adjust the price to meet the price tags, after I said something, and both were polite.

I would rate -0 if I could. My experience was horrible. The cashier Khaleelah was sorry. A man was trying to buy a doll for his little girl and it wouldn't ring up and the cashier said "what you want me to do I just work here" he told her about her customer service and she said "I already had two complaints so it's whatever ". She continued to talk about the customer after he left to other customers. Then a new cashier was helping me and had an issue and she was so disrespectful to the older cashier. I stood up for the woman and ended up in a shouting match with her. I hate to say it's because of the area but this girl shouldn't be there. I'm going to complain to the Store Mgr Curtis Barrett.Store 12070 is not a store people should visit. I will be contacting corporate as well. She was too comfortable mistreating customers which makes me think she gets away with it regularly.

The customer representative (female) who rang my items up was exceptionally professional. The manager on duty (male) was not. Items on sale were not priced correctly on register. April 14, 2021 @ 17:49 pm. If not for manager I would have rated a 5 star ratings.

The customer service was horrible. This has to be my worst experience ever at a family dollar. The store closes at 10 and "khaleejah" told me she stops doing cash back at 8:30 for fear of being robbed. Is this company policy. Her co worker didn't give me a receipt after I requested one, because she said her printer wasn't working? I guess I'll have to check my bank statements to make sure she did the right thing and I'm assuming she did, but without the recipt who knows. There was 1 person in front of me at both registers, but it still took me 15 minutes to get taken care of and another 5 minutes with me going back and forth about why didn't I tell her beforehand that I was doing cash back. She told me to go to the other register because she needed to make change and then she tells me with a very rude demeanor to come back to her register just to tell me she can't give me cash back and that I should have told her. what is the machine for? khaleejah may be a good worker by your standards, but she doesn't need to work any job wherein she is dealing with actual people in my opinion. I'm never coming back to this store and hopefully when corporate gets this they'll take the appropriate action.

This store was just remodeled in October they do have more products now but I don't like this one because the parking lot is always filthy!

The store was almost empty sad the warehouse is getting limited items and they're trying to stock all the stores which results in empty shelves they didn't have anything I was looking for on this trip. They usually have a great selection when everything is in stock.

I went here twice in one day and they have nothing on shelves! Everything they do have is on the floor in boxes No pull ups no women personal items!!!!!! I asked the cashier if they had a shipment come in she said no they just haven’t stocked! Smh this is awful....
