They have the best stocked items great customer service anything you need is in place very helpful workers I enjoyed the interaction with customers from a blonde hair dread lock lady I believe she was a manager she was so friendly she was familiar with her regular customers and treated everyone with respect and was so friendly and helpful looking forward to stopping by again soon !!!

They have everything you may need. They are always stocked up on everything and have so many options. They have a great man that keeps everything full... All the family dollars near where I stay are always empty and need to be re stocked. Their customer service is amazing.. And I love ordering Amazon and I tried the lockers there for the first time and it was great..

The manager Ariala and poch( which I’m assuming isn’t her name since it didn’t match the receipt) were very nonchalant and arrogant! I purchase two bags of lays chips which were on sale 2/$3 and was told they can’t honor that sale and was told to get out of her line. My items were then voided and another customer was taken all while asking for a price check for the sale items! Another manager was called and Myself (not the cashier) was told on the cashiers personal cell phone which was on speaker so that I and everyone in the entire store could hear her say that she was out of town on vacation and did not not have time for me being difficult ( I had only came to thIs store to purchase the sale items and Wanted to support my old community!!I was confronted by another customer leaving Joseph EBoone location and was told that the staff there were “always unpleasant like that to other customers and they had to deal with that behavior because they couldn’t go anywhere else due to their transportation situation!) I was happy to see the store in that community but unfortunately the service was poor! I will not return until there’s better customer friendly staff that’s trained to deal with the public and patronizing customer! Sometimes people can only afford items at a sale price! Due to certain economic situations! I know there are a lot of people in that neighborhood in my same situation! Just sad it’s always happens in certain areas! I would rate it a zero but only had the option of one star

Had a coupon, plus it was a smart coupon in front of the tissue I was purchasing, but it didn't scan or give me the sell price the so called lead went back there got the item and it did the same. But they still didn't give me the price reduction. No customer service skills at all

This is my first time in this Dollar Store it is the most unprofessional I've ever experienced first of all the lady was yelling at me to leave my purse at the counter which I did not understand because she accused me of stealing because of the past events that have occurred how very unprofessional

This store was so clean and organized when I visited last week. I even called corporate to give praises, but no one reached back out to me. Thanks to the store manager Mr. Jerald for the great service as well. I’m happy to see this in my neighborhood!

I once went there all the time but won't be going there again. The cashier gave me the wrong change and then tried to make it look like I was trying to cheat her when I brought the problem to her attention. I'm a forgiving person so I was cool... Until I went back and was treated rude by the same cashier as if I had done her wrong.

The store was very clean, neat, organized and well stocked! I actually felt sooo comfortable and at ease shopping in there. The customer service is outstanding. I asked about an item and the manager actually walked me to the isle and looked on the shelf with me!! THIS IS MY NEW GO TO LOCATION FOR FAMILY DOLLARS IN ATLANTA 😘

Everything as far as staff were well but it is extremely crowded. I don't feel safe walking inside. The aisles are too small for the disabled on canes, walkers, the power chairs couldn't fit inside at all. Then too much inventory on the floors constantly a serious hazzard all in itself.

Re: FAMILY DOLLAR I just called 565 Joseph E. Lowery location. I asked the person that answered where the store was located she told me the address. Cool, yes, I googled it but whether it's me or not, I don't see a cross street. Or what's near it, her response again was address, after the third time, I said you are one s****d b***h. You work there and don't know your surroundings. Really???? 🙄🙄🙄🤯🤯🤯🤲🤲🤲

This place is absolutely slum; I took pics and am complaining directly to corporate. I have absolute never seen a place of business this disgusting
