It is worth taking time out of my day to note quality customer service. It is worth the long drive from midtown not to have to deal with the chain stores like fed ex copy center, ups, and all others where it seems to be a monumental task just to make copies and print. In an era of dumb down service and people, east Atlanta copy is example that more businesses need to follow.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jaz, Rob, and the rest of team at East Atlanta Copy Center in the village!! My fiance and I used them to print a number of items for our upcoming wedding and they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely helpful over the phone, email, and in-person. The prints came out great and it was so nice having a business close by that we could actually talk to the print team and not just a random big box store customer service person.

Poor customer service, missed two of the four documents in my email so they had to send a second invoice, no direct contact info, it took all day to get the job done just for it to be too late to pick it up. Tried again the next day and it still took two hours to get an invoice then was told ANY order is a 3 hour minimum and was told it was a charge to staple the documents. So after all of that they wanted to send me another invoice for ten cents. I will be sticking to minuteman press from here on in. Fail, fail, fail, fail, fail! Oh, and I still don't have my order yet so we'll see how the pickup goes.

Local print shop, I enjoy the quality of the prints that I get from here at a low price that’s comparable to other office supply chains. The benefit here though is the quality is completely on point. It may take a little longer when it’s crowded, so if you short on time I’d call ahead to see what the wait is like or if they can print ahead of time for you.

This is the friendly place to get some fast copying done the employee are saying hello when you walk into the office (door)they have a very special friend (the dog)he comes up to greet you all so,if you need a great deal they'll do it all so fast with professional service, they have a cool bench to set if you like to. I think God for great people like them 👍👍👍❤❤❤

Glad I stopped in! I was planning on getting flyers for my new business printed at the local UPS store, but after being completely underwhelmed by UPS's poor customer service and total disinterest in my project, I walked in to check with the East Atlanta Copy Center.They staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they worked with me to make sure that I got the results that I wanted. The price was competitive (and actually lower than the UPS store's printing), and I was able to get the edges trimmed for a small fee. Between the atmosphere, the pricing, and the helpfulness of the staff, I will definitely be going here again.

WAY less expensive than Kinko's/FedEx and the guy who helped me was absolutely pleasant and attentive and helpful. I won't ever go back to Kinko's again with this cheap and warm and friendly and professional local business as part of my options!

I've come here at least a dozen times on account of it is the closes print shop near me. However, the customer service here is disgraceful. Today I watched an elderly woman struggle to sign into her email and print her paper to the point where I had to assist her. When I asked the clerk why he wasn't assisting her he blamed it on social distancing. However, I've been in this shop several times and this specific clerk has always displayed a lack of interest in serving customers. Very distasteful.

Used these guys on a short notice printing job yesterday. I got 10 brochures printed on card stock for $9. Dan, the guy who helped me over the phone and when I got there was very helpful printing proofs and going over the different paper thickness options with me. Great local small business to work with!

Terribly run. Owner is a terrible person. Refused to print my documents @ 315 and said reason was they are closed. They are not closed. It’s 315 on a Friday. Customers were inside printing but i was refused service

For the most part, I've been very happy with this place, but the last time I had something printed, there was a glitch in the printing of the poster where the color bleed was not full and it showed on poster, but this was not the case with the same job the 1st time I printed this poster. They did try to fix issue printing it with a different printer, but the same issue occurred. I think they should have at least offered a refund.
