I have gone to this dollar tree 3 times in 3 weeks, because its in my neighborhood. On each occasion the shelves were bare. I happened to go to a dollar tree in Tyrone ga, the shelves were fully stockedWhat's going on?@

The unsanitary conditions and lack of upkeep make this store a place I will never set foot in again. I urge management to take immediate actions to address the issues. I have frequent many other dollars trees across different communities and this one falls significantly short in maintaining even the most basic standards of hygiene.

I want to take the time out to let somebody know at the Dollar Tree Corp how hard working and professional these two are at this place. Theresa and Michael go beyond helping the community. If it’s speaking to every customer or helping customers shop they may not be able to help themselves. People like this don’t get the credit they deserve. I want to say thank you for every smile and kind word when I shop. Really makes me feel welcomed as a new GA resident.

I went to get a few things. Grabbed one of their lunchables from the refrigerator it was old. I didn't notice till I got home and started to eat it. I noticed by color of the pepperoni. I said maybe it just discolored because it's cheap. So I went to eat it. Most definitely old 🤮🤯. As you can see from the expiration date and discoloration from the sausage. First time and last time going there. That means their not doing their job. To ensure that food and quality is up kept. Truly dissatisfying. Wow 😲 even in the corner of it you can see some dried up cheese 🧀. I'm just in shock. First time Dollar Tree. And I've been to plenty in the Whole US. By far the worst one yet.

It was Hectic today. There was only 1 line open, which there usually is. But the Store was busy, & there was a nice line. This Location a lit of times don't have enough Employees to have 2 lines open. So there usually is a line, but Saturday it was quite long.

Very disappointed at the closing management. I frequently patronize this particular store. In the past year, the manager is closing the store sometimes 30 minutes before closing time. They have removed the store operating hours from visible sight, and this Manager, at 8:40 pm, had closed and was cleaning the store , at least 20- minutes before closing time. When I asked, through the locked door, "What are your store hours?" Her response was, "it don't matter, we closed NOW!" Also, management will not open in a timely manner.. Many times customers are standing outside during opening hours,, waiting to enter, and they are in no rush to open the Store on time. This has been my experience at least four times in the past. So, if you think you're going to run in, before or after work, to pick up some "last-minute shopping items" you will be turned away at any time close to closing, or be made late for work, if you wait for them to open on time.

If I need something in a emergency, I always go to the dollar tree, but just some problems with the company when u get inside the store, they don't have nothing on the shelves, in the black neighborhood I don't understand why it be so nasty & every boxes is on the floor when u try to get some stuff & i 4got that building use to be the social security office along time ago at 2636 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW 30311

I went to the Dollar Tree at 2630 MLK to find a few things to decorate with for Christmas. Not only did I find EVERYTHING, I've never had better customer service at ANY store I've EVER shopped at. Two people in particular were outstanding in helping me- Shamika & James. They were friendly, patient, accommodating to my every need. (I'm an older woman. Plus I broke some glass.) The whole place was clean, stocked, & both of them were there to offer suggestions for other items I might be interested in. (And they were RIGHT!) Again, I've never had better customer service at any store. Thank you Shamika & James.

This company is under paying their employees, yes their part time but to give there employees 3 day for four hours at ten dollars puzzles. The store manager says that the district manager only give him so many hours that's understandable. But it's funny how we can't get in contact with her to show our concern because 12 to 14 hours a week is not part time and they wonder why people are walking out on the job the is not bad it just have bad management.

Manager is the worst! He is so disrespectful Exspecially to Elderly people. His daughter ( 3yr) is constantly running around the store. They business times are inconsistent. He speaks over store speakers " today dollar tree is closing at 6pm, u don't have to go home but u have to get out of here" Ive heard him call Customers the N word and he thinks it's funny! Please shop some where else! This is Awful

This store is always dirty! The floors are a mess, the shelves bare. Customer service?? They don't know what that is. If you're shopping here, it's because of desperation and location (which isn't great either).

This Dollar tree is absolutely the most worst, ghettoest one of them all. Literally people have dufflebags full of stolen goods from this location. They never have supplies and understandably the workers are frustrated, because they can't even get 40 hrs a week and 2 max employees at any time. Store is an absolute mess. I actually contacted Dollar store Corp with pictures, video etc. They never responded back nothing. Corp is HORRIBLE THERE. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed. HORRIBLE!!

I love it when I go it is always clean friendly staff and helpful. I also like how when I was looking for an item they did not have I was given the option to ask the manger to order it for me. They are always putting out stock. when I saw something on the box that had not been put on the shelf yet they had no problem opening the box for me so I could buy it. I stop by here often when on my way to work.

The floors had more merchandise than anything else. There was a man in a wheelchair that couldn't get through without someone moving empty boxes so he could get through. When asked could he ask someone to unlock the restroom his response was it will be a while. This is the third time in a year I have visited this particular one in a year and the cleanliness of this store is not up to par every time. They need to hire someone to stock the store over night or hire more employees to correct this. I have posted pictures for proof.

Great customer service I must say. After traveling to other dollar stores and having helium and not the balloon or having the purple balloons and not the helium🤦🏾‍♀️ I called this location and they had both and had my balloons ready when I got there. Unmatched customer service! Especially, doing this pandemic where everyone is too busy or and is short of help. They made it happen 💜💙🖤

This Dollar 💵 Tree🌲 Location needs major help.!!! They never have many workers, majority of them are rude as heck, especially that chocho dude that has no customer service whatsoever & etc. And they also need to change their durn name on the Building because they are not a Dollar anything anymore, since the beginning of this year, during the Pandemic.!!!! Need a major professionality check.

Would not stop talking about his haircut or his next tattoo...he never stopped talking on his phone. Instead of telling me my total he nodded at me. Instead of speaking to me. Then the register locked up. Worse customer service. Was never acknowledged as a customer. Phones should not be allowed while servicing customers or counting their cash. When I went to the manager/ supervisor she was on the phone. She never even acknowledged my valid concern. Worse customer service.

The store is ok, has lots of items. But not enough staff doing work. Today lots of carts in isle full of stock blocking view of items on shelf. Shelves half empty. 3 workers walking around not working and one cashier. She was scanning every other item for customer in front of me. 100 items for $48, not hiding it, 4 items scan one, left hand scan right hand no scan. I was watching amazed. I will go back because it is the only one in my neighborhood and I have waited to open.

Not bad for a dollar type spot; long lines, crowded, aisles sometimes littered with boxes of merchandise being shelved by 1 employee who will only operate as a cashier once the other cashier's line becomes backed up by 12 or more shoppers. Low, low, low prices on everything, so it can be worth the wait.

An accident waiting to happen. In the Black neighborhoods the standards of quality demises as each day passes! Always an employee shortage and very long, slow lines! Boxes were every where in the store. Employees were mainly just standing around watching customers, gossipping among themselves or talking about other employees! The store is suppose to put the refill items in shopping carts aka buggies then break the boxes down in the back stock room as they go, to keep that back room clean and organized! This company should never have boxes or pallets on the floor while customers are in the store shopping. Use food delivery companies to minimize the number of people in the store at any given time!

A lot of the cleaning supply shelves were empty but the rest of the store looked stocked and ready for the holiday. Great up front displays with cool decor.

Floors were dirty, isles were packed with alot of boxes throughout and I had to put money in the buggy slot to get a buggy to use. People were also crowded on the outside of the store watching everyone that pulled up. I definitely didnt feel safe. I wont be back... Ever!

Visited this Dollar Tree while on an extended weekend in ATL. The shelevs were well stocked and the staff was courteous. I've been to other stores with a lot more inventory. My only negative comment is the selection is basic, mostly no frills product, not much name brands.

This store is simple. It's Dollar Tree. You can't expect but so much. But I always come to places like this for 1 or 2 things and leave with 10 or more. Great for knick knacks, diy, certain crafts and last minute items. And this particular store seems bigger than others.
