If I could give it 0 stars I would!! So yesterday my mother and brother went and purchased 2 hand soaps they had a gift bag which they actually left right with the cashier! I worked at a Dollar store myself. 6+ years back. At the end of our shift we would put away the carts of what people left behind!!! So yesterday they left a gift bag. The cashier gave them a UGLY LOOK not to mention nobody was behind them. She told my brother if he wasn't gone purchase the bag to put it back.... I worked in retail for a while and never have I ever told a customer to put it back where he/she grabbed it from. Like MISS MA'AM that's your job. Great customer service alright 😴😴

This is not my favorite Dollar tree however it has a decent amount of items stocked, fairly clean.Shanique, a so called "manager' has to be the most unfriendly person on planet earth. I have seen her be nothing but Nasty to customers whenever I shop here and she displayed her evil towards me but I quickly put her in her place.Treat your customers with a smile and respect!

i am VERY disappointed iv been going to this store for a while now NEVER-been disrespected all the workers are nice,it’s the manager she is yelled and kicked me and my family out of the store just because we were testing out of the dog toys had squeakers in them,since it’s a dollar store the quality isn’t the greatest so of course we could check out the toys. she also said that we never return to her store ever again.

very rude lady there, im guessing was a manager cause she screamed at me telling me to stop using “ HER “ dog toys bc me & my family was looking at which toys had squeak, i asked her what was her name twice & she didn’t wanna tell me. my cousin also had a very rude incident w her discriminating my aunt for making a simple mistake, i dont know why she still there but the boss has to do something w it. if i could put half a star i would . she also told us not to return to “ her “ store.

The sign on the door says they are closed at 9 on Sunday but I guess that they make up their own hours and close 30 mins. Dont waste your time. I see why people steal from them.

This Dollar Tree has drifted far away from the original concept of everything is $1. Everything starts at $1.25 and up. There are alot of $5 items si u have to be careful what u pick up. Yhr ladies at the register were having too good of a conversation to rigmng my stuff. A younger lady came to my aid. The store was messy.

This one worker was so RUDE just because me and my family were testing out dog toys and she said to stop squeezing the dog toys in the RUDEST WAY and this not the only time there was a RUDE worker this one time i was with my mom and the cashier was RUDE just because my mom made a mistake i am very disappointed in this store -maria p.

One of the better Dollar Trees - employees happy to help look for a product and stocking doesn't normally block aisles like other ones I have encountered. Only complaint is that the checkout lines get backed up from time to time.

Found what I needed. Clean and orderly. My only negative was the clerk. She was rigidly friendly. If that is a term. It was like a robot with a smile. Felt weird. But the items I needed were all there plus some things I didn't know I needed.

Carla (with the old braids) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service goes A LONG WAY. The only words she knew was “next in line.” I asked how was she doing and she didn’t respond. I told her to have a good night, she didn’t respond. I asked her for her name so that I can speak with a manager and she didn’t respond. Her coworkers even expressed she was unpleasant to work with. That’s not a good company look. If you are unhappy with your job, you should go seek happiness at another one. But just so you know, HAPPINESS COMES FROM WITHIN. I’ll pray for you! ❤️🙏🏾

Upon entering we were greeted and the store was very clean. When we first met Sharon she saw all our items in the handheld basket and offered us a buggy instead. She was restocking, got on the reguster, offered suggestions. She had to be a mgr and if not it's a shame.

Awesome Customer Service. Sweetest Ladies you will ever meet. Well stocked, especially for those last minute holiday items. Aluminum pans, Brillo, Domino Brown Sugar, Holiday Ribbon Etc.

Worst customer service. The store was extremely busy since it was the day before Valentine's Day yet only one person was at the register and three other workers were walking around doing absolutely nothing. Finally the young lady at the register called for back up.A young man opened a new register and told the people at THE END of the line to come to his register. This frustrated everyone who has been waiting in line for over 10 minutes now. The lady rings up about two more people and turns her light off and says she is closed. After everyone complains and looks at her like she crazy, she says "fine I will take the last five" then all of a sudden the credit card machine stops working and they can only take cash. I will never go there again. Both cashiers had an attitude the entire time

This was probably one of the best Dollar Trees I've been in....and I've been to quite a few. The space was large and everything was neat. I could find help if I needed it and the staff was very friendly. I went here on a whim as it's not close to my house but was in the area. I wish this was closer to me. If I'm ever in this area again, will definitely be visiting.

Literally 27 people in line right now. Line going all the way down the aisle to the stock room. Floors are also disgusting. 4 people working at the register's and moving slower than molasses. I go to dollar tree all the time, this is my first time to this one and my last. I've never in my life seen anything like this

Wish it could be zero stars. Worst Dollar Tree ever visited. Store not stocked well. Everyone was rude. Manager didn't even speak when spoken to. I said hello. She didn't say anything and I was standing right next to her. Asked another employee a question and got a rude reply. Cashier Charged me for 12 socks but only got 11. Had 12 in my basket. Charged me for 3 paper plates but I only had 2. Never will go back! Much better Dollar Trees to go to in my area! Just happened to be in the that area.

Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, but this location is not. I've been here a few times on different days and it was never fully stocked. In addition, the store personnel were not friendly. Do not recommend.

Very disrespectful manager or cashier, I came today 8/11/2016 at 8:48 pm and she was very loud saying that I had only 1 minute left that I was cutting it too close. She was very loud and kept on talking that it was time to leave, so basically she was trying to kick me out of the store. Rude, disrespectful, no need to shop at this store. WORST STORE EVER!!!!!
