This store used to be a place I dreaded due to terrible service, cluttered aisles, and overall uncleanliness. Now, I intentionally bypass numerous Dollar Tree stores just to visit this specific one. Why? Let me share why. Chris, the store manager, is not only an exceptional human being but also an outstanding manager. He works tirelessly on the floor, even more than his team, who are incredibly friendly. As you step into the store, you're greeted warmly, and all customers are treated like royalty.During my last visit, James was diligently stocking shelves and managing boxes. The store is always impeccably clean, with no boxes scattered on the floor. Chris has an impressive knowledge of the store layout. When I mentioned they didn't have Valentine's lights, he not only told me that they had them but left the register to personally show me where they were located.Chris fosters a remarkable relationship with his staff. They respect him, and whenever they need assistance, he is quick to respond. I appreciate Chris's dedication to always having holiday balloons inflated. In Chris's store, there's never a wait for balloons or anything else.The team exudes a welcoming, helpful, and friendly atmosphere, showcasing their excellent teamwork. These people truly care about people.Thanks for all that you and your team do for us, Chris.

Its a shame how we are treated in our own communities where we come to spend money.Male Sales associate here was extremely rude when I asked for 6 balloons. He told me that I could choose from what he already had blown up and that dollar tree is changing the way they do balloons… makes no sense to me when 1. I go to dollar tree regularly to get balloons and I’ve never heard this new policy 2. He had at least 20 mothers day balloons blown up when mothers day is more than 2 weeks away…If you truly had limited inventory, why would you have occasion balloons blown up weeks in advance? To me, it seems like he simply didn’t want to be inconvenienced and quite literally dismissed me before I could even decide to grab the balloons he did have- telling me “I need to keep my line moving”. Thats fine! Because I went to camp creek to cross check his information and not only were the pleasant but they also explained that nothing other than price had changed with balloons. They blew up 6 balloons for me and I was in and out. I won’t be back to this location- always a long line, understaffed and extremely rude employees.

I went out of my way to travel to a different Dollar Tree since the one on Camp Creek had been consistently a horrible experience ****see my previous review****. Hoping for better experience, the store was clean, shelves were stocked, employees working, but the manager Jada was disgustingly rude and cursing at the customers. I was appalled and couldn't believe she was speaking that way to customers. She refused to open a register and had about 15 people in line and when she finally opened a register she spoke into the store intercom and continued to curse at the customers for asking her to open a register. Please provide her with some management training and conflict resolution and anger management training before someone gets hurt. She needs some coaching. When I asked her employee for her name, she stated, " she is always like that, and corporate ain't gonna do nothing about it." I'm concerned that if she speaks to the wrong person in that manner, something dangerous could happen, and innocent people could get hurt.Is that what Dollar Tree is about? Does that behavior represent your brand. Your customers have the right to shop in a safe and respectful environment.Fix it !!!!!

I'm pretty much a regular at this store and here are the things I see:1. Chris is awesome and he don't play with his staff, as a matter of fact they don't play when he is there.2. The store is always clean even when items are waiting to be put on the shelves.3. Chris makes announcements on the hot items being sold.4. Chris have awesome customer service, he is straight to the point without being disrespectful.5. Chris handles irate customer with a smile say he peace and he gone.Thanks a bunch Chris for all your hard work and patience.YOU ARE TRULY A GREAT GUY.Just something to throw out there he should bee ypu guys regional manager for all stores because we all know he did and still doing his thing at this store.

I just want to express my experience with shopping with my child and mother to hear and watch employees chastise, belittling an harsh a young employee. To the point we were uncomfortable to continue to shop . I completely understand management but it’s how you handle it especially not loud and in front of customers. For me to watch him not say a word For me to be an employee of the Mayor this is a behavior that is unacceptable i couldn’t come home without speaking up for him.

This is by far the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree location in the metro. We have been coming here for years and have never experienced any kind of negative staff or managers. In fact, the manager we have interacted with has always been a total professional. I’m baffled by the reviews!

My fiancé and I just brought a home in the area and I must say this is one of the best organize and clean dollar stores, especially in an area that I see my ethnicity culture ! It makes me proud to see this ! The manager is always on top of his job title! It’s really impressive to see how much he cares about his employees and customers! He tries to really keep his store clean and organized. Also the items that are sold at the Dollar Tree is amazing. You can find mostly anything and I feel that the manger is why ! I over heard him talking to customers and asking them what items they needed and he would see to try to order it for them. I know working in retail can be hard and stressful at times but I could never notice that in this store ! I will return every time I come to my home near there ! Thanks

The manager here is truly unprofessional! I waited in the line for 10 minutes or more - the manager was sitting in his office, but once he saw the lines were extremely backed up he decided to open a new lane and let those who were behind people waiting - jump THE LINE! Shouldn’t he have the decency to say next in line when he has 3 lines backed up ! This is the second time this particular manager did this! Another time he did this when I was there on my lunch break- considering I work at a school, it’s critical for me to be timely! Please teacher the manager who was there on 10/18/23 at 4:01pm professionalism

I'm am not the one that write reviews but the manager at this location is rude, unprofessional,and loud. Clearly he is aggravated about being a manager at this location because, he always has an attitude, his tone when speaking with customers is with no form of customer service ever. It is said that a lot of people have the same similar comments about a manager.

While checking out my merchandises,the cashier was moving so fast by the time I informed the cashier the amount I wanted to spend she had closed out the sale. The $20 is still in the cashier's hands. However, the new manager on duty explained why I can't get money back (money that was still in her hands) merchandise hasn't hit the bag yet. He was Nasty Nice, telling me how I can call corporate,so on and so forth. His, approach wasn't what he said, it's how he said it. I decided to call him, to address the issue of his cashier moving too quickly, not giving customers an apportunity to change their minds if need be. His statement was he's not going to further the conversation and I am not going to tell him how to run his store. He needs more managerial training.

I’m Honestly Embarrassed & Feel Discriminated! NEVER EVER SHOPING HERE AGAIN. I ask is the cashier open for check out she tells me no (she was ringing up a coworker). The cashier turns around and says I can take you here now. Before I could get in line the employee (off duty) say “OH UH UH Girl I Gotta Show You How To Run This Line, Before Him, She’s Shoulda went and Her Right here (my gf) OUT LOUD in front of the whole store. It was classless, and most certainly unnecessary! It was the cashiers first day but this was just RUDE. It MADE ME Write a REVIEW that’s how Bad It Was!!!!!

This dollar tree at Greenbrier mall the employees is horrible towards their customers people be spending 100 of dollars a day of their own money for to be treated real bad by the employees I Am never going to shop at that dollar tree never again the employees be having nasty attitudes and the store manager is awful

The manager Has a very negative attitude. He should not be managing a store. The lady in Lane #1 has a very nasty attitude. She had a lane open with her light on but she was sitting down doing something else though she may have been told to do that but she was very rude telling me to go to the other lane.

There is a video of the store manager cursing out a customer on tic toc simply for knocking on the office door to get some assistance because the lines are always long and slow. My wife has also witnessed him doing that to another customer please don't go to this store unless you just like being verbally abused. I will no longer spend my money with dollar tree. No one needs to be treated this way.

The employees that work at this dollar tree is horrible towards their customers especially the cashier's and the store manager he is impossible to deal with he be asking the customers to do things that's unheard-of in a store his attitude is awful towards the customers I am not shopping at that dollar tree store at Greenbrier Mall no more I been shopping there over 20 years when it was a different store I am calling corporate office and make a complaint on these employees ☹️

Store looked clean and well organized. They failed to carry 1 item that can be found at all locations year-round, vases. I asked an employee where they are shelved, thinking I overlooked them, but I was told the same aisle I’d already looked. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck at Dollar General.

Wow just saw the video of manager screaming at a customer for knowing on office door. I've been managing larger companies for over 20 years. This is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. I hope that man was fired

Stocked well even though I couldn't find the frozen fruit I was looking for. Nevertheless, the fruit I did find was stocked. The store was very neat. The lines were long but a third cash register was opened to ease the flow. I love Dollar Tree. It's my happy place!

Went inside looking for a buggy and was abruptly told very loudly by a cashier that all of their buggies had gotten stolen and they only had 2 left that were currently in use. Excuse me..2? Who is stealing the dollar tree buggies and what on earth are they using them for? So you mean to tell me that there is no kind if security devices on the buggies to stop the buggies in their track once they reach a far enough distance away from the store? I found a very dirty basket to use because I had no other choice to utilize anything to carry my items in. When I got home I made sure to bleach and sanitize all of my items that were in my basket. At this point I guess customers might as well bring their own bags/buggies to shop at this location.
