A perfect place for some budget shopping. We get everything right from chocolates, greeting cards, stationaries, toys, non alcoholic beverages, detergents, beauty products, cutlerys, medicines, to many other daily needs. The outlet is not very big, but enough to accommodate some of the necessary products. Almost all of the products are made in China. The staff was quite friendly and the service was fast. They have ample open parking space. The store was not very crowded. A great shopping experience. Would surely recommend.

This store is much better than the Buford Highway store or the one on Briarcliff. The best one I've ever gone to was in John's Creek. But, this one seemed understaffed. They did have many greeting cards and Easter basket things out. They have a lot of craft items. The young man at the register and answering patrons questions was very, very nice.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Blatantly racist! Walked in with my son and the older lady behind the counter didn't say a word. Caucasian man walked in shortly after she screamed good morning to him. As I got closer to her she still looked us right in the face and still didn't speak or welcome us and didn't open her mouth until she saw we were looking at balloons. She turned and said "there is no helium" and turned back around. Sad...glad I'm prayed up.

Your average Dollar Tree. Seems a bit run down with bare floors in spots, and a few empty shelves. But, the lady at the register was friendly and helpful. Great value on the merchandise especially the greeting cards.

This is a very big dollar tree! Lots of merchandise. They have a little bit of everything here at this location. It was a bit messy though. They should do a better job organizing the stock so it would be easier to navigate through the store. Very hard with my cart to do so.w

I went on 4/3/22 already aware of the price changes. I shopped as I normally would an picked up pine sol that was in a bottle bigger than what they normally had so I checked the signage an all said 1.25. Went to the register to pay for my items an also asked for price check on the pine sol because I didn't believe it was 1.25. She rung it up normally and said it was 3.25 so I said I didn't want it. She then said she needed a manager to remove to item. The manager with the glasses that has been there for a few years walked up with a man child that I am 85% sure is named Shawn. Shawn does what's needed on the register the proceeds say rudely as possible as he and the other manager is briskly walking away "no disrespect but all the items has stickers and signs with the prices you could have just looked"! I was taken aback an embarrassed. The cashier mouth was even open and all she said is I only work here. After she rung me up I walked to the back and knocked on their employee back room door and called him out to tell me where the price was for the item that clearly was no where in sight. He poked the top half of his body out the door still with the same energy stating the items are in the wrong spot and not where he thought it was. I stated you need to apologize and never speak to anyone the way you spoke to me. Was like speaking to a teenager with an attitude. And let's not forget about the manager that has been there for a few years that did not step in and was OK with this treatment. Awful. Edit: Found out it was the store manager! Edit 5/6. Passive aggressive signs everywhere! I really hope this becomes a neighborhood friendly store again.

Regular Dollar Tree. Stuff starts at $1.25. I used to always go there when it was $1. Disappointing they decided to raise all prices. Check before you go because it is not always open business hours. They were out of helium today. Fast cashier.

This has been my regular Dollar Tree location for about a year now and it's alright. The staff is friendly but it's obviously short staffed so the store is not in the best condition. It's not dirty it's just unorganized. There's unopened boxes throughout isles waiting to be unpacked. I needed something from one of the boxes one time and the cashier was nice enough to let me grab a few things from it because she was busy checking people out. It's not the best dollar tree but it's worth going to. You can tell they're trying to make it work with the amount of people they have and they're doing it with a good attitude. Can't expect much more than that.

While I was here today (around 2:30pm 7/10/23) I witnessed the most horrible treatment of one of the female employees here. The manager, or owner or whoever this man is, was screaming and cursing at a female employee. He was trying to have her fill out paperwork and she was having trouble understanding the directions, because there was a language barrier. He was yelling at her, cursing and stomping around. He also got so frustrated and worked up that he began angrily signing HER NAME on the papers. He didn't seem to care that there were customers around witnessing this interaction. I am extremely appalled and disgusted by his behavior. What horrible treatment of this woman who simply didn't understand the instructions because English is not her first language. What a disgusting man. He needs to be fired. Dollar Tree should definitely look into this and do an investigation. The female employee did NOTHING wrong wnd was visibly upset by the interaction.

It's not the stores fault but it is sorta. In the retail world there's nothing more depressing than a dead shopping center. So just skip this store. It lacks good vibes and unfortunately is as depressing as the ghost town it sits in.....at least keep the place well stocked and fresh. Just send in the wrecking ball.

This used to be a good location as recently as six months ago...but I went here recently and the place is in shambles. Trash was piled up so high in a trash can out front that it had spilled all over the sidewalk near the entrance. Inside things were everywhere, stock yet to be put up blocking isles, bad smell, really sketchy clientele...stay away. Unfortunately I don't think there are any locations inside of 285 that have not gone downhill like this. A sign of the times I guess...

What others are saying here is true. They must be short staffed or poorly managed. I was here today and the employee announced he will close the store in 5 minutes without a warning. This was around 5PM when store hours end at 8PM. He mentioned he needs break and there's no one else to take over the register.Better find another place that won't close on you in the middle of your shopping.

I went here on Saturday 8/13/2022 after eating at the Mexican restaurant close by. It was 8:30 pm and two ladies were in the store doors locked trying to hide. I tapped at the window neat the little office. She turned around said we are closed. I told her no I’ve been here several times and you don’t close this early. 4 other people approached and also wondered why they closed. You can’t get good help anymore but I hope management at least sees this folks lock up early to avoid working. Imagine being someone who drive there knowing they were suppose to be open and getting this. Terrible customer service. Do better 1.25 tree!!!

Visited this poor dollar tree today and the shelves are bare bones! The only thing on the shelves are drinks, candy, and gift bags and a few laundry items. I saw an employee go to the back and it was FULL of items to be restocked. There was barely a walkway! Management needs to commission some help from corporate or another location because no one can buy anything if it's still in the box in the back. There were quite a few patrons in the store as well.

Pleasant place. There's parts of town where people go in Dollar Tree think they are entitled to more yet give nothing in consideration for it. The atmosphere is almost toxic. Then you have another part of town where people are just glad to find something they can use at a great price. The atmosphere in this place is Almost serene. This location is a member of the latter group. It felt great to go to the Dollar Tree, and not see long poles bolted to the shopping carts, or thick aluminum bars bolted to doors and windows, and a staff that was not stressed out because are surrounded by people determined to get over on them. While there items that were out of stock, it was so nice to be able to go enjoy browsing around the store.

Unfortunately it's gone a little downhill. I prepare meals for sick and shut in and all they had were huge pans for roasting turkeys. I needed smaller to go pans and containers. Kudos to the stockers getting stuff out.

Glad we found this dollar tree near our location! As you know you go into the dollar store for about two items and leave out with ten more!! Good thing everything is a dollar. Might I add I just love dollar stores!.. Anywho this location was clean thought only one lane open still fast past service. Likely to visit again.

Wonderland of cheap snacks and small home fix-ups. Downside is that most plastic products are poorly made. Good place to bring toddlers so you can buy what they want for cheap. Overall, good for what it is

It seems after being told by Frank the manager that I should stop bringing my money to store because the amount I spend and pay with being a hundred dollar bill is a nuisance as Mr Frank stated..this is unbelievable customer treatment...I will video all transactions from here forth at this location..for potential law suit ..

Only popped in to get some rubber gloves. Ended up buying a large dustpan, hand brush, kneeling pad, hand rake, pipe cleaners, large trash bags and 3 bags of dog treats! Amazing place. They have lots of items all $1.

UPDATE: Since my encounter with the employee, Antonio, I spoke with the manager of the store and she was very helpful in resolving the matter and apologetic of the incident. I stated previously, I have been a customer for years and I would hate to no longer support this location based on the one encounter. I initially gave the store a 1 star but changed it to a 4 star due to the swift follow up and attention to the matter. Thank you Management.Original Post: My experience is based on my encounter with Antonio and not the establishment as a whole. This individual is very rude, condescending and a poor example of a manager/team leader. I noticed his interaction with the elder gentlemen ahead of me and thought he was quite impatient considering the man's age. He was equally rude and disrespectful to me.

Nice and clean, adequately sticked with a variety of household items, certain items definitely has price value advantage over the kroger next door. Depending on what i buy, i might swing by the dollar store first before i go to kroger next door

Make sure that all your staff is trained on diversity. And treating and greeting all customers the same. Because the Indian guy with the chili bowl haircut was not knowledgeable on diversity.

Who does not love Dollar Tree?! I like this location particularly. The staffs are really nice and helpful. The store is a little messy, but that is not a big deal.
