I am no one. Just looking for a lint brush. I hate it on my dress pants for work. The store was stocked very well. I was pleased. Everything was neat & clean. The cashier was just perfect. Well, never found the lint brush. I knew I would find one but I will have to continue my search. However, I found $20.00 worth of stuff to buy anyway. The dollar tree is just addictive. I don't think I have ever left the store with nothing. Thank you for your time & reading my review. Enjoy your day!

The store itself is good, typically stocked with what I am searching for. But management need to remind the cashiers to ALWAYS greet the customers at the register and ALWAYS say “thank you”. Today I waited in the front of the line for 5 minutes before the cashier (register 2) came back from the restroom. She never greeted or apologized to me and the customers in line for waiting. And then she put ALL of my items in the same bag. (drinking glasses, chips, and toiletries) C’mon hood, let’s do better please.

I drove from one Dollar Tree that was closed temporarily to this one only for it to be locked ten minutes ahead of closing and for the lady in the store to close the door in my face five minutes before closing as someone left. I watched her let someone in as I pulled up.In town for a professional event and have been driving all over Atlanta trying to get to a Dollar Tree that's open. This was horrible costumer service and she had a nasty attitude. I will be calling corporate as well.The parking lot was filthy and they had the lights turned off well before closing.

Been sitting at Dollar Tree since 8:45P and staff refused to let customers in although they close at 9P. No reason they should be closing up early as we live in a gentrified area. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Needs new staff!!

Worst dollar tree ever! I have never received such horrible service. It's a young lady that works in here that's gets attitudes with people for no reason. No one does anything about it, I don't even see how she still have a job. A guy asked her a question and she just completely ignored him, then got a attitude with another woman , then when I asked for the Manger because the line was going all the way to the back of the store she started cursing and going off saying don't talk to her. I don't know what her deal is but I have never received such horrible service.I will never be back.

This location is one of the best Dollar Tree stores I've ever been! The store is tidy. The craft section is enormous! I went there to buy only two items, and walked out with $40 worth of stuff to do art projects that I'll never finish LOLAnd, as a bonus, the store has a CLEARANCE shopping cart full of items from 50 cents to a dollar!!! ♥️♥️♥️

This particular Dollar Tree is well stocked in organized. I thoroughly enjoy going to the store because I'm an artist and I'm able to find a lot of art supplies. Furthermore they have a large selection of food items. And now they have the Dollar Plus section which is stuff that reaches from $3, $5, and upwards of $10.Sometimes they have marked items less than a $1

Richie threatened and harassed me and my daughter at this store. I am so distraught after my interactions at this store. The associate Richie has traumatized my daughter by behaving as if I am a criminal. Another customer skipped the line and I was speaking to the customer calmly when Richie began yelling at me and asked me to leave. I was next in line he began cussing at me and told me I had to leave, as if I was committing a crime by speaking to the customer. Richie just began harassing me!

The worst customer service I've every experienced at this location. I wanted my items in one plastic bag verses two paper bags. Sales Associate Taniya proceeded to place my items in two papers bags after I specified that I didn't want paper bags. I had four items. How many items must I have in order to get plastic bag. 🤔 It's shouldn't be difficult.

The store now have items that cost up to $5. The signage says Dollar Tree Plus. The old items are still available but there are now additional items for $3 & 5. You can now purchase Gain detergent, Dawn Dish Detergent and Tupac posters. There are a lot of new practical items to purchase.

Visited this location for the first time and had a horrible experience. Clerk assisted with an item on the shelf by broom that she almost hit me with. A fella with really nice locs helped me find an item I needed. The managing members and numerous clerks around the store had a really bad attitude.

Awesome, the cashier was this older white lady that u can tell is a straight up OG, very bubbly, very kind and helpful, great attitude and wise she definitely is gonna be some of the reason I will be shopping there again since I just found out they were closer to my home!😁

We love dollar tree. This is a great stand alone store. Bit the parking lot and building exterior is so filthy and disgusting. Over flowing trash cans etc. Horrible. Unnecessary.

1 Firstly, I've never seen a dollar store messier than this one.2 Secondly, they have everything you need!I travel across town to go to this metro location, they have done my classroom a great service.3 Thirdly, I should have given 3 stars for the cashier bagging my items in trash bags BUT to be honest it's what I would expect from this location

Pregnant Manager is Rude!(Im not your baby daddy) Needs a lesson in good customer service. And it doesn't help when your staff follows your lead, where there is a lack of leadership skill to begin with.Store is a wreck! Used to shop here often...I wont visit again.

The location closed for inventory in the middle of the day and/or early afternoon. I thought it was very unprofessional. From prior experience in retail, inventory was done overnight in order to have uninterrupted hours of operation. The disturbing door sign was illegible. It’s very disappointing to travel to store location #5242 during normal business hours to be denied access at the door. Thumbs down to the customer service here overall.

Horrible experience. The doors were standing wide opened. It was freezing inside. It was not cold outside. There was a line. No one was serving anyone. After waiting several minutes, a server finally came up to the register. Then we were told that there was no ice in the place. Horrible!I could not believe that it had the name McDonald's!

Great fall dishes, drinking glasses, coffee cups, really nice And nice Thanksgiving Day cards!And even better than the products, were the 3 beautiful, smart, friendly young ladies that were working there! Excellent customer service! My 2nd fav store because of Kiana, Yasmine & Victoria - really great girls!!! Loved my visit at that Dollar Tree!!! ☺😊😀

No stars ! I was disrespected. I'm 67 years old, disabled, diabetic. I purchased 3 shopping carts of merchandise & had to make many trips carrying heavy bags to my car. I asked if cashier would unlock my cart and was told no. Among my many trips to my car, a group of 4 younger customers exited the store with their shopping cart with very few bags. Shame on you Dollar Tree Metropolitan Parkway SW Atlanta Ga.
