Tonight I've had it! Same freaking lady with her mask on her face as if we don't know who she is behind her damn mask with all that horrible attitude! I don't care how nice and respectful you are to this Heffa!, She's still rude! I hope she finds another job cause working with people isn't her specialty! You can't even ask her a simple question without her acting like she's above answering anyone, this is the 3rd encounter with her and Tonight. I was coming from the store next to Dollar Tree, seen her at the door, as i was walking to Krogers, and just asked her ONE question, I asked "do they have any lashes in there? BEFORE I COULD EVEN FINISH THE 2ND part, she closes the door in my face only to reopen slightly, after she seen my face expression, and then I just looked at her and walk off because at this point how she did it and the way she acted as if she was scared to even answer a question. I was just trying see when the truck would come so I can this week to get some VEGAN LASHES!, MY FAVORITE! EVERYONE, IM TIRED OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THESE PLACES! DONE! Acting as if YOU ARE BETTER than someone and treating them unkind AND you working at a Dollar Tree as a cashier slash Door-Opener, just doesn't add up to me! I can't stand it anymore!

Worst dollar tree ever apparently no one works at this location, shelves aren't stocked and the line is always long cause they only have one cashier and it seems like everyone not me is shopping for a party or something big holding up the line.

I was shopping here this afternoon the experience was awful when I came to the store a employee threaten a customer while shopping it was very scary this employee threaten to kill a young lady today I am afraid to shop here in the future. I hope someone evaluate there employees because this shouldn’t never happen. All the workers was teaming up together with taking this young lady out verbally and almost physically but this one in particular worker has pink and purple braids with beads she threaten this lady life today jump and running all around trying attack her this is sad. Need better worker at this location.

Plenty of products! Wonderful rep at the register. I forgot one of my large items and she kept it aside for me. So excited! Glad to see the shelves full of Spring items and lots of books.

I purchased 6 items from Dollar Tree on Sunday, I received 3. The line was long, and the clerk started ringing the items form woman behind me. We sorted out what was hers, I paid. I had paper towels and pictures frames, and candy for work. When I started getting my things together for work, the candy wasn't in the bag. it was too late to go back so I went the next day. I explained to the woman in the aisle that one of bags was missing. She told me she couldn't help, she didn't work yesterday so she wouldn't know. Ask at the register. When I did and I saw bags hanging behind the register. The clerk told me if you don't have receipt I can't help you. I didn't have the receipt but could tell her the 3 items. You have to have a receipt. Nobody bothered to look. I will shop at that Dollar Tree again. It was only $3.00 but I expected a little more empathy.

I had the best Customer service. One of Cashiers there helped me while I was having back issues. She was a great help to me! She was a blessing for me yesterday and I couldn't ask for anything better than that help! I hope she sees this and knows how much I appreciate it!

Worst than one star customer service at this urban location. The manager Dawn, refused to allow me to enter the store and shop ten (10) minutes before the normal 9PM closing time. The store hours on the sign states store closes at 9PM Monday-Saturday NOT 8:50PM.I will be reporting this matter to corporate for a resolution and termination if deemed appropriate.

I love my Dollar tree on metropolitan in Cleveland avenue but they need to send more supplies to that store like they do the others amen.

Why every time I go into this store it is always and I mean always nasty. I wish the owner or someone in corporate just do a pop up there. The aisles are always full of clutter. It's never ever any carts there. Sometimes the customer service really sucks. I just wish higher management get involved.

I love shopping here. Items fully stocked. I have no problem when shopping or checking out. They always have what I need if not that day i go back up there the next day and its there.

Where do I begin? The dirty exterior (which can't be helped considering the area)? The dirty interior? The really tiny aisles? I mean we could go on and on. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the employees were so nice, really sweet, and helpful.

Bought 18 items. She said 26.59. I said I have 18 items. She minused something then it was the riģht Price. Wonder if she did it as I was the only white person there as other cashier made a comment to a customer putting down white people

Dollar Tree rules. Get 57 items, pay $57. They're honest right outta the gate. Get lots of things you never knew you needed for hardly any dough: Win!

Very slow service. They said only 1 register was working. Line wrapped through the aisles. It’s normally this way. Store unorganized as usual. Would not recommend.

It's hit-or-miss finding what you want and there is usually a long line at the checkout. It's even worse now with the supply chain problems.Time hasn't really improved it.
