New Year’s Day around 4:20pm cashier rude for no reason didn’t greet me or anything while checking out I had to greet her first… then she greeted the older woman behind me smh… Everyone who is spending money in that store should be greeted period!

I don’t understand how Everytime I go to this location to load a cash card they system always down even if they just opened go to a different one and their system is working just fine if they don’t want to scan a barcode and turn a key they definitely don’t need a job at all!!! I HATE THIS LOCATION AND THE STORE IS ALWAYS DIRTY

The store is great, employees working hard to keep things in order for the community. It’s the customers for me though that feel like they can talk to the employees any type of way, treat the store like trash, LET YOUR KIDS RUN AROUND LIKE ANIMALS, and then turn around they expect you to go above any beyond with them. You get what you put in. People think it’s funny when dope fiends run in there stealing, but have an attitude when they come up the counter and their bleach is $7 dollars. Make it make sense people. The sad truth is, this store is gong to continue to be mediocre until the community does right by each other and help one another out. And honestly If you can’t do these simple things, do we even deserve a family dollar, or a dollar general? I think not.

Like most places there's more stock on the floor that has not been put out then there are on the shelves. I think the pandemic has everybody not working and stores are suffering as a result you can never find what you need in these places. Better to just order it from Amazon.

Well I went to find my fab five quick wings yes too lazy to go to wayfield or publix. They didn't have them but they had some awesome bacon cheddar burgers. I needed alcohol for the mosquito bites wow fifth store sold out. They was great in assistance and very well mannered.

The people who work here make it painfully obvious that they hate working here. Why do you come to work then? Sale items never ring up on sale, pretty sure it's on purpose. And even if it did ring up on sale, they are ALWAYS out of stock for that item during the entire sale. Waste of time. Cascade location is a better bet.

Lines were long. No real social distancing going on in there. There was only one cashier and you could see the frustration through her mask. I asked about her day, spoke about her lack of help, and cracked a joke. I honestly feel as though I brightened her day

I don't visit allot at this location but I went in there Saturday night to purchase a bottle of 🍯. I grab the biggest bottle that they had and headed to the register. Once I got to the front, there was only a young female clerk working the register by herself at night and cause her production to go down. I feel that if clerk's(men/women) will be left alone to serve the customers, at least have a pair working g together or hire some form of security for their protection. 😡😠👿👎💨

They don't have buggies. Most of the employees are rude and act as if they don't want to be there. 2 registers but only 1 is used.I actually like the weekly deals so I shop there quite often.

They need more cashiers, and better management of the store the shelves weren't stocked well. Corporate needs to send them more money to get better workers in the store. They won't though. 🌺🌸

For quick pick up items, not well kept, isles are hard to move through, cluttered, and in need of organization to products, shortages of staff. Place need a complete overhaul, the outside is littered with trash.

I wish I had taken a picture. It was horribly organized. I'm not sure if this the fault of the employees, the customers or both. There was only one register open and the line quickly got longer. No other employees offered to help. I will not return here if I don't have to.

They was out of a lot of products and the service at the register has been better is all I'll say for now.if they want to continue getting my business they need to improve greatly!!!

I like going to check out sell items,They always have lots here , but on southcobb drive,the older Caucasian female is extra extra nice,we had coupons that were confusing and she handled everything like a champ,no attitude at all,she need to go around training cashiers how to treat customers not at DG,but other businesses lol,she is so wonderful,it mostly be our own ppl with attitudes,never had a problem with D G employees

Listen I'm going to be honest with you, this store is always low or out of stock on just about everything because of the area that is in. Now if you're going there solely to do couponing you might be in luck because they might have what you need but other than that I truly don't go in there for anything.

Store always looks like a kids messy room.the employees are decent, but the manager is not professional @all.she really doesn't hav ppl skills.shes always loud nd causing unnecessary attention, no matter if she's wrong or right.she'll argue w/employees nd customers alike in da middle of store....NO BUENO...customers may not always be right....but she's deflee wrong for the store nd business!

I love getting cash back here. Hit or miss with wait time. Prettt stocked. Family Dollar and Dollar Tree on the same road. Great store for the community.

First time inside this store.. didn't have everything I was looking for .. ready to check out payed for what I had ..the cashier had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change...now even if it was a few pennies or a quarter... those words should of never camed out..

They never answers their phone, the store always have empty shelves inventory always be in the middle of the floors the staff always outside smoking cigarettes and Cursing out loud in front of Customers and babies but always have an attitude when u ask them about a product smh throw the hole store away

I called to ask if they carried a product but no one ever answered so I went to Family Dollar where I knew they had the product. Disability was a concern so I could make only one stop.

The store is very convenient for the neighborhood. However it is very unorganized. I couldn't even shop on most of the isles.
