I avoided going to Walmart and came here instead because online it showed that my desired products were in stock. I get there and they had absolutely NOTHING on the shelves, and when I inquired about it to the store associate, she just shrugged her shoulders and couldn't give me an explanation. Her only response was they have many thieves!

This must be a franchise. Associates are rude and the store isn’t convenient for the neighborhood. They set they own hours so they are open maybe 2 days a week like just shut this location down cause it’s taking up space for a real business to thrive.

The store is always never stocked with anything ever. They constantly are leaving shipments in the middle of the floor. Then they randomly have days where they are closed like today. Thursday at 4pm and there is a handwritten sign saying the store is closed. Worst dollar general ever. More so recently I went in was sold an item never received it and asked about what could be done for me even after having my receipt for the charge. The young dark skin black boy then proceeds to want to have an argument with me….. this place literally should be closed.

The store is clean and the aisles are clearly marked which makes it easier to find what you are looking for. The staff is friendly and courteous. Parking is adequate. Prices are a bit higher than i expected but still reasonable. ... I would shop there again.

Great shopping experience. The self's were stocked or in process of restocking and friendly and kind associates. Only one new thing that I was reluctant not to use was at the counter with my option of CASH back. Didnt expect to pay a minimum fee for it other than that a very clean and professional store.

I arrived today at 8:30. Someone was inside but the door was locked. I waited a few minutes. A woman unlocked the door and came outside and locked the door behind her. I asked her what time does the store open, she replied “8am, but THEY are closed for today.” She then proceeded to pull the security gate down got in her car. As I sit in the parking lot, writing this review, people are coming and going. There is no signage or anything letting potential customers know that the store is closed for today. It’s rude and I believe the rudeness is because of the location. This would never happen in a wealthier neighborhood.

It was a long wait for 2 items. 19 minutes. Had mangers in the store but they were not helping the cashier with the line. Went there on a Friday night around 9:30pm to get juice. It was only 3 other people in the store when we first entered but others arrived. That was my 1st time at rhis location.

This store needs to be shut down ! They are never open & always closing early. If they close at 8:30-9:30 why are they closing at 12noon-6pm. They opened this morning but still closed at 4:21pm because they are stocking & they never have employees either somebody else needs to take over or they need to be SHUT DOWN !

The lines are RIDICULOUS!!!!! Only ONE register works at a time, and the employees are just as frustrated as the customers!! We as customers deserve and demand more!! Just because we are in a rough neighborhood, does not mean we don't deserve 2 registers, and a timely check-out. This needs to be fixed immediately!!! You lose good employees working in uncomfortable situations with hostile customers waiting to check out for over 15 minutes to buy a bag of dog food!! THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

I have never experienced a more frightening shopping experience in my life. I decided to go into this location because the DG near my home closes at nine and I needed to get some allergy medicine for my daughter. I entered in the store 30 mins. prior to closing and decided to try my digital coupons that I had just linked to the new account that I started. I went ahead and got my tissue and razors that were on sale and got a couple of things that were on the clearance shelfs. The first thing,  the pricing for the clearance was wrong, they had a 50% sign up when it was actually 70% off. But the everything got heated when the cashier got upset when one of my selected clearance item rung up .1!!!! I was happy that I had found such a bargain. He began to tell me that he couldn't sell this to me at that price and that he would have to charge me the regular price. I asked how is that when it is in your system at that price. He would not sell me the item! He called his manager, approached me in my face when I asked for his name, the manager name and the general managers name! He stated his name, with his social and his mother's name. At this time I am afraid, I am the only person (women) in this store at closing with three men associates that work for this store!!!! He refused to let me purchase the penny item along with the other items I had!!!!!!!!! I have never been treated in such a manor! How can you not honor what your system is pricing!!!? I really want to talk to the general manager of the store and have him play the tapes back of the store #19003 at 10:04 pm on 04/12/2019 at the register. This is how your employees treat a paying customer! I will never shop at this location, scared to shop at others!

They closed to early and not on the time posted, store aisles are always conjusted with boxes, long lines and only one register works, should be turned in a Family Dollar if you ask me!

Don’t bother coming 30min before closing because they are not open from 8-9 like the sign says. They are open 8-8:30 which I guess is there own time schedule.

has a lot better selection then the Family Dollar the service was very nice classic gray bottoms and I felt safe shop in there I just see myself shopping there again in the future and was recommended you to do the same also! Maybe I'll see you there on shopping trip :-)

General Dollar is a good bargain place but what I don't like about it you need to take this time to put your managers do some type of training program when you have one cashier trying to bring down the line and you're doing well nothing because you're what manager store manager something do your job I bet you get pay more than the cashier keep you are lying down when you see the cashier line is getting extra loan

The location is up the street from my home which is convenient but it's always getting robbed because of the area kids in the homeless constantly shop lift the wait time to check out is like waiting to get in the club but they always are in stock for my needs.its clean too and the man that always says Peace in blessings when I enter is amazing.

They were in the middle of resetting the store; I'm disabled & use shopping carts for Walker support. They're were none or hand baskets to hold feminine products I needed to purchase having taken an Uber, & had to lean on parking pole to keep from falling. Disaster, last trip to that location unless driven by friends or family... Btw, for such short distance I left rolling Walker home. Bad experience!

As i finished my shopping trip today i saw them breaking down boxes. I asked if i could take them for packing or purchase the whole bunch. I was told nastily they would rather throw them away or "recycle" them than give them to me.

I stopped by to get a few cold relief products. There were so many to choose from. I found puffs at a discount price and also bought soup. I had the cashier concerned about my health. I was coughing so badly the whole time I was in the store. I'm glad this store is in my neighborhood.

This place is horrid someone robbed my grandma and she had bruises on her arm , and someone knock me down while they ran out the store with a phone. This Dollar General gets robbed a lot if you want to go here risk your life then yeah. even though this is closest to my house I always be aware of my surroundings everytime I go here. I feel like I shouldn't have to do this since I'm just a child and I protect my grandma for this because my Grandma's old person and I amStronger so I feel like this place is horrible never go here if you have to, always bring something to protect you. Always has a line and only one cashier open it is so dirty as I don't know what trashy cluttered everything the only thing good about the store is that the people greet you nicely and are sometimes respectful there's only one line open until customer complaining and complaining and starts yelling this shouldn't be allowed a store that you just want a quick stop and you have to always wait you know why this is my thoughts on this and yeah.

This is not the most stocked Dollar general I've been to. There are many items that needed to be replaced. The workers are polite it's just this particular location does not offer a broad selection.

Be very aware of expiration dates here. I learned the hard way with expired sodas (Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke) that tasted nasty. A box of Outshine popsicles had previously melted and been refrozen. Hostess dougnuts expired almost a month. Also, expect to wait in line a loooong time.

The people here are great. Good prices on quality products and usually very short wait to check out. Also, very wide variety of products.
