Came to this store about twenty minutes ago to get a return and the "manager" was so straight up rude.She refused to give me a return because my receipt is on my phone and she said that I needed a paper receipt because my order was an online order I tried to explain to her that my receipt was digital and she said that the store doesn't allow returns without the paper receipt.She was very nasty disrespectful and just rude when I asked her to just scan the digital barcode and she straight up withouthesitation said no and that she wasn't gonna even try.So I called corporate no thanks to her because she gave me a bogus number had to find the number on my own.I called they said that Mr.LEWIS the District manager will be in touch within me within 24 hrs. so I will see.She has since locked the doors to the store and people have been coming and the doors are still locked as I am typing this from the parking lot of this store.I suggest the cameras be rewinded to see just how many customers came and just how much revenue you have lost in this short amount of time a lot.So unprofessional.

Might have been a stock day but it seemed like there was a lot of things that needed to be put away. The cashier was really friendly and was able to handle the flow of people. All in all, it wasn't a bad place to shop, everything I went for I was able to buy.

Came to shop as well as several other customers and was not able to come inside the store . There was no sign on door or anything stating the reason why they were closed when another customer decided to asked why we could not come in they stated that they where putting up truck but there was not a truck on site . There were also two male employees inside of the store one who had dreads that was standing at the front door forcefully pushing a customer out the door as he was trying to make entrance in the store who was not aware of the store being closed . I even waited a whole hour in the cold outside to wait for the store to reopened and still unable to come in. This is flat out unacceptable as a customer who always shops and support dollar general all of the time .

So this will be my go-to store for here on out when I need to grab a couple things because the new manager Queen is awesome she's very friendly and welcoming and she said she's going to turn that store around and I believe she's going to do a good job and I was so comfortable there.I would suggest checking it out for yourself because it's definitely not like it used to be and I will definitely be going back.

The absolutely worst most GHETTO dollar general I have ever been to in my entire life not one once of professionalism the gm rude and the assistant manager even worst I would never shop there ever again these people need to be re trained or fired ....if I could I would give this place negative stars just horrible management.

This place needs to be closed or management needs to do better! The way there's hardly anything in stock here, you'd think the store was closing..Soon as I got home I realized some of the items I purchased were out of date smh

I found everything easy. Customers had a nice conversation wile awaiting a check out. Then ( as I some time's do) ask for a second bag. So my stuff wouldnt fall out on my way home.**** when I ask for a second bag. The cashier told me " you don't have enough item's "On to the next store

The shelves are always empty of the essentials. One of these days they might hire a manager that knows how to do "nones and tons" to get the inventory straight. The new employees are nice🙂

Pretty clean store, and pretty well stocked. The people are always kinda of loud, and out there a little bit. Most are very helpful, but they talk about their INAPPROPRIATE personal business and the business of others in front of the customers, which can sometimes be annoying.

There needs to be more cashier's the organization is a little off stuff be in boxes. Short staffed, line be long as hell. Stuff need to be stock in a timely matter and it never is. Stores come to black neighborhoods with a good front and the people that work there are only there for a check. Products don't be put out store should be stocked upon opening. If you're short staffed hire more people.

This is the messiest DG I've ever been in. It's a little smaller than average but has stuff if you want to dig for it. Almost has a treasure hunt feel. They always have their merchandise displays up unlike other stores. Checking out not a problem. Staff is fine.

I love Dollar General. I went in today and realized I paid too much money elsewhere for the same stuff they have. I went in to get stuff for my back patio. Good prices. I also realized I had something in my trunk I had to return. The process was easy and the associate was helpful.

For the name one would think there would be bargains inside but the prices are quite high! How do you run out of change? The cashier made no mention of ma'am we don't have any change to at least give the customer the chance to pay for their purchase instead they say nothing and don't give you back any change they beat me out of a dime (.10) but and extra dime over countless people that would some great extra the store made that day!

The store looked like a bomb blew up in it. Then get to the check out the the debt card machine was held together with black duct tape. I swiped my card and the screen went black. 15 mins later I was able to finally pay my bill. The woman who rang my items up said that the debt card machine had been broken like that for a few weeks and that it does this several times a day. Whoever the store manager and general manager of this store needs to be fired. They do not know how to run a store at all.

They pretty much had srock in. But it is a bit disorderly due to no one stocking shelves it seems during the day. Carts were all on back side full of products.But the people working there were friendly tho.Which is qhy gave 4 stars.

I do really have a bad experience in this store the cashier was mean her name is Nae she was talking bad with couple ladies in the line and saying racism things about my wife just because She was in the line too and the lady just jumped the line and they was laughing we do really feel humiliating I don’t think is funny my wife doesn’t speak English and I was looking for something in the store and when I come back she was almost crying. I don’t wanna said color o race but please just think about the diversity and be patient and positive god bless you no matter what you color is ???

This location is in dire need of help. It was very difficult to shop here because so many highly stacked boxed goods blocked and crowded most of theisles and shelved items due to no staff and an overfilled stock room. Manager apologized and stated they were very short staffed and in the process of hiring more employees.

I would definitely would give a high 5 if I could,just once, walk in and get a buggy. They just need to get a new batch and have those tall metal rods welded on them, then they can't roll out the door. Done.

I didn't even realize that it was a dollar general because the last time I visited it was a Family Dollar. Anyways I went for the tissue and they didn't have any. The store clerk was very friendly, helpful and Dedicated. I will visit again.

I can find majority of the things I need here. The store use to be very cluttered and unorganized. It's now cleaned up and organized with new management. I like to shop here only if it's not crowded because the lines can move slow

Alexis have a nasty attitude and like trying to get with his employees and other female he make the store look bad he even come the work a lot of time looking like a homeless person and he wonder why people disrespect him and the employees he don't carry himself like a businessman stock from truck never be put up and he never have enough people working u always got to wait in long lines and when cashiers call for his help he in back hiding

There's a young man by the name of Johnathan that works there and he's 21, 22 give or take. Very professional and helpful, he told me he's only been there for 3 days! We need more people like him in this type of environment. Thanks Johnathan for your help! I don't remember your Nickname that was on your name tag lol

There have everything stocked up. My only issue is Everytime I visit this store there seems to be issues with checking out. Descent area and plenty of parking.
