Best boarding facility in town! They are so attentive and caring. Highly trained staff that clearly loves all the dogs. I like that they offer fun meal and treat add on’s and agility days! Can’t recommend Dogtopia enough!

This place took great care of my bud, Draco. The canine coaches knew how to handle their rooms and kept all the dogs safe in play. Draco tends to be happily exhausted by the time he gets back in the car with me which is what we want, lol. His grooming services were superb as well. Between grooming and play, I can always count on Dogtopia of North Brookhaven to have Draco looking (and smelling) and feeling his best away from home!

We are beyond grateful for Dogtopia! Our girl, Harper Mitchell, loves the people, the pups, the food, and the overall experience. She knows the routine and can't wait to get out of the house to go and play with her friends. We even moved to Marietta and still make the drive to take her here because it's been such a great experience! It's apparent that you all love our pup as much as we do, and we are so appreciative of that! THANK YOU!-Amy Mitchell

They’ve been great with my pup. Started going at 5 months old and really helped to socialize him with other dogs. The trainers seem to really care about your pet and will frequently send pictures/updates throughout the day. The hours are very flexible and they are extremely reliable and always pick up the phone.

Would not recommend. I boarded my dog for 1 night. The web cams were down for most of the weekend. I felt uncomfortable so kept on calling and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. I washed her before I dropped her off. When I picked her up she had dried urine stains all over her like she hadn’t been out and seemed upset. They seem to be very short staffed. I’m thinking that the web cams aren’t on because the dogs are in the cage when they are supposed to be out playing as there isn’t enough staff to watch them. I would not recommend at all.

Miss Riley Coyote's home away from home. We have a 13 year old beagle that means the world to us, and her last location hours became limited for what our primary focus is boarding and a day of week when in the office. Riley explored the location when it opened and every return visit she jumps out of the car to head on in. When we are traveling, we get photos of her and we love the additional opportunities for themed photos, snacks, and time. With her age, she enjoys her downtime and they've come to realize her flow, we do upgrade to the suite for her to have a break. The only challenging part can be parking based on the other patrons all having out door eating thus the shopping center has a lot less parking then what was in the design. Beyond that, huge thanks to everyone at Dogtopia for being just around the corner, allowing us the peace of mind to travel knowing Riley is getting her love and being now part of our family.

I love that everyone is so friendly. That I can request Linus to have a spa day. I really like the calendar of events. Linus really enjoys snack time! I love the different lunch and snack menu options. It gives me peace of mind knowing Linus is being so well taken care of.🐶 🏽

Dogtopia of Brookhaven has been wonderful. I have an extremely "high-energy" dog. Instead of getting frustrated with him, the staff members work with him and give him opportunities to "exert" his energy. The staff members are courteous and very adaptable. In addition, they all have loving attitudes toward the pups. I can't thank them enough!

Excellent. Staff are so friendly and they genuinely seem to love my dog. I like that they can bathe, clip nails and clean his ears. It makes my life much easier to get it all done in one stop.

I love Dogtopia Brookhaven! Such a nice staff and they create a safe and fun environment for my dog. I have been sending my dog there since they opened and he always leaves happy and tired from playing.

We have had such a great experience at Dogtopia Brookhaven! Our two terriers love going and getting out of the house to play with the other dogs. We also take advantage of the spa and they are so clean when we pick them up because they are able to give them a bath before pickup!

This is the best doggy daycare. I got a ton of pictures and updates. I was worried about taking my dog Hank there because he has separation anxiety. He had the best time. He was so happy. I’m thrilled to have them in the neighborhood.

My 19 week old puppy enjoys coming. When we pull in the parking lot, he starts hopping around the car and pulls me inside. Everyone is friendly and the coaches interact well with the pups in the play areas.

As part of the founders group, I have seen the progress of this location from the start and unfortunately it didn't work for us. From short staff to cameras not working, this location has been a failure the last couple weeks. My dog used to like coming here but since the staff change she hates it, she was put on a 30 day period due to being "reactive" which had us worried... after taking her to Puppy Haven and Dogphoria we found out it is not our dog, it's the people that work here and how they treated our dog. We came here for the location but it is not worth it.

Indy has had a great time at Dogtopia so far! The staff is incredible and so caring and I know my dog is in good hands whenever I drop her off!

My dog Scully loves this place to the point that she forgets all obedience training when we pull into the parking lot. The location is clean and the staff, while young, communicates issues pretty quickly. My only problems I have are a) the cameras only work about a third of the time, and b) they often forget to tell customers about changes in pricing.

Super convenient location in Brookhaven! We love it, our pup plays rarely with the other dogs just hangs out but gets lots of love from the Dogtopia Team, plus we love all the foundation activities they do, the paining, wig day, etc!

I can’t speak highly enough of the Brookhaven Dogtopia location. Scout started coming here when he was about 5 months and it has been the absolute best pup daycare option I could have asked for. I work very long days, so knowing that a pup was being well cared for (and loving it) was a great relief!! Not only does Scout LOVE arriving at Dogtopia each morning, but the staff members consistently welcome him (and he can be “excited”) with open arms.I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia Brookhaven!!

My dog just love coming to this place. She literally runs to the car when ever I say “camp.” The staff is so caring and loving. They are a treat to work with.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I hope the franchise owner sees this. This format did NOT work for our dog. We have a german shepherd who left stressed to the point of sick after staying four nights here in the group boarding/play room. To begin, this was our first time here and when we signed up I was surprised there was NO outside access. All of the dogs are just pacing around, like 20+ dogs, in this indoor room, walking in circles, and peeing and pooping on the rubberized flooring. I didn't have a good feeling about this, and the dogs looked bored. But anyway, I got a text on the 4th day from one of the employees saying she had seen a little bit of blood in our dog's stool. I was worried but she didn't elaborate and I was out of town so nothing we could do. When I picked her up the next day, she was like a different dog. She came out looking SO haggard, shaking, her nose was all bloody on the top I suppose from trying to get out of the cage... and she was shedding from the stress. I took her over to the grass in the parking lot where she immediately dropped BLACK, completely liquid stool. I was horrified - I stood there for a minute, and she let out more bloody stool in the grass. I rushed her home, hoping she wouldn't have an accident in the car. She was obviously very traumatized - I don't know if she didn't sleep for 4 days, or what! She was barely eating at home and by day 2 of watching her we realized she wasn't drinking water so we took her to the vet. She was also puking. The vet ran fecal tests which luckily came back negative for parasites and sent us home with anti-nausea and anti-diahrea drugs. The vet visit cost us $500 on top of the four-hundred-something we paid for her stay at Dogtopia - this trip cost us almost a thousand bucks! To be honest I'd really like my money back. I'm so angry and I felt so bad for my dog. Her nose has healed and she is back to herself but my husband and I are beyond angry about this. How does a dog get so stressed that they are excreting blood? Can't the employees see that the dog is this stressed? This isn't a nervous tiny dog the size of a chipmunk, but a 50-pound german shepherd. Shouldn't the employees be able to see that they are in a bad state and remove them to one of the solitary suites or to a seperate area so they can calm down for a few hours? What does it matter if the room is empty anyways? If I realized she was this stressed, I would have immediately paid the premium to have her brought over to a suite room and removed from the situation. On that note, none of the employees seem professionally trained. They were very nice but all seem like young students doing this as a part-time gig. My husband sauntered down the hall to get a peek at the group room, and at some point one of the girls stepped out the door and said she had to take a break because she "felt a panic attack coming on". I thought this was very unprofessional - like TMI, why would you tell a client this? Are you going to leave the dogs alone unsupervised in the room at some point? And several employees commented on being understaffed. Also the cameras were off more often than just during the scheduled breaks. Also, I felt like I was constantly being upcharged. I knew we had to have a trial day, but not until we paid for the first day were we told that in order to board her overnight, we needed to pay for THREE trial days. Then after we pay for the 2nd day of trial, we were told that any stay over 3 nights REQUIRES we pay for a bath. I understand Why they do that, but we need to be told ahead of time. The employee also said they would charge a $40 deposit, but instead they charged our credit card a $150 hold. This was a horrible experience all around. If the owner would like to call me and offer us a refund, my dog's name is Journey and she stayed during the month of September 2023. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but this is a new location and I think ownership needs to know these details. Thanks.

The first few weeks at this location were great. Plenty of staff and cameras regularly worked, and we had zero complaints. We’ve been told they are short-staffed, which is the excuse behind our recent complaints for several weeks, which has finally led to our decision to cancel our services at Dogtopia. The times we have been able to observe our dog, the cameras work intermittently, staff has him crated because he is a high-energy dog, but he shows no worse behavior, such as mounting but nothing even remotely aggressive, than what we have seen from other dogs. Our dog was crated for more than half an hour while at least ten other dogs were freely playing, running, and wrestling and was crated earlier after we dropped him off, the cameras stopped working, but from 9 AM to almost noon, he was crated virtually the entire time, which meant he had no access to water for nearly 3 hours. He has consistently been accused of behaviors we never see from him at home or dog parks, and their standing solution was to crate him despite our inquiries about his behavior. If they had communicated he wasn’t a good fit or even given him a chance to be a dog, they might have seen a significant difference in a 1.5-year-old dog. It is a shame I have to leave this review because we did enjoy the facility and services they provided, but three consecutive weeks of what patterned into regular preferential treatment for other dogs over our own and zero solutions from management after hearing our complaints left us with no other choice. Many dogs go here and are out and playing and having a great time, which I’m sure other reviews will show, but for our dog, getting dropped off and put in a crate almost immediately is not something we can advocate for with a dog that was a shelter rescue. I hope they can rectify their staffing issues, but we will not be back at this location.

Our dog has been going here twice a week for the past month. It is a brand new location and it is very clean. When our dog goes to other daycares, he comes out smelling ROUGH. When he comes out of dogtopia, he does not have that “daycare” smell on him. The staff are all extremely nice. They know who my dog is as soon as we walk through the door, which makes me as an owner feel special. Couple of knocks on this location I would say is the webcams and staffing. Although they do have webcam access, the stream very rarely works as it should - there’s a TON of buffering. There have been staffing shortages the past 2 weeks so they rotate the canine coaches from room to room on a timer so the unsupervised dogs are in the crate a bit longer than normal. So I would just knock down 1 star for those reasons. Other than that, we love this place!

I really wanted this to work due to the location, but every time I have taken my dogs here there have been issues. From day 1 I was given wrong information about pricing and packages in addition to it taking 20+ minutes to pick up and drop off my dogs. After the 1st full day of daycare and frustrations from drop off and the previous test, I bought a 5 pack anyway and used 2 that day. I scheduled another visit for the next week and received a text at 7am that morning saying someone called out so I can’t bring in my dogs or I could but they would stay in cages until 2pm. This cancellation required us to change work schedules because we planned on the dogs being gone that day. Due to being super frustrated we took a break in June. I scheduled another session in July and when I went to leave I was told I owed for the day. I informed them I had a package to which I was told that expired 2 weeks before. It seems packages are only good for 2 months, something I was never told when I bought the package. After letting them know I would have used 2 of those visits in May but Dogtopia cancelled on me, the response was well your package is expired. I handed over my credit card and said I was really disappointed they were charging me since I was given wrong information and they had rescheduled 2 of my visits, but I was told it was expired there was nothing they could do. At this point every interaction has had issues so I let them know this would be my last visit. The next day I noticed that I had been charged for another 5 pack of daycare. I have called to try to get this remedied yet several days later I have still not received a call back. Now my only option is to dispute this charge with my credit card.

We’ve used their service for a few times over the past few weeks. Overall it’s been a good experience. The facilities are good, staff is nice, the webcam works most of the time. The only concern is that the coaches may be understaffed or not as attentive to the dogs as we would expect them to be.
