Won’t go back again or recommend at all. The boarding policy and meet and greet policy and hours is not on the website. The staff weren’t explaining the policy clearly and cause me time and effort going back and forth with them. They don’t take any responsibilities and blame me about not knowing their policy and turn me away twice. It doesn’t say you have to do a 5 hour meet and greet before you board your dog. And there is specific days they only do meet and greet. These policy for boarding dogs weren’t on their website neither. I took my dog a (Labrador) twice to the facility and try to board her there. They turn me away twice due to their policy and cause me huge inconvenience. The midtown facility doesn’t look like as nice as the pictures on website. The swimming pool and the ‘yard’ are very small. I don’t trust this facility and staff to take care of my dog.

POTENTIAL ABUSE! Multiple dog parents have attempted to pick up their dogs today but no one is here. We all arrived within the 4-6 pm window. When we called the phone number we were routed to a contact center who says they tried calling the alternative contact but no one was answering. Since we were all calling this contact has been ignoring multiple calls for hours. I noticed there were no dogs on the webcam today and thought that was odd. It appears no one has been here all day. The dogs inside may not have been relieved or given water at any point. We have contacted the police to investigate further.*****FOLLOW UP AS OF 2/14/24- I received a call from corporate yesterday. They expressed genuine empathy and offered sincere apologies regarding the situation, and have since implemented measures to prevent its recurrence. Furthermore, it appears they have taken decisive steps to hold those involved accountable in this regrettable incident.

Just moved to ATL and after doing research and reading reviews, I so wanted to be happy with my service here. I will say the staff and groomer are very friendly. I sent in my pup for a face/fanny/feet package and for the amount I spent and time it took, I expected my pup to be clean and well groomed. However, the area around her mouth was still pretty dirty and the cut around her head seemed pretty uneven. Will likely have to keep looking for a groomer.

Wonderful experience as always…. Very professional, polite, helpful, and respectful. My family and use to drop our dog off at the Westside location, but that location is closed. We brought her to the Midtown location and she had a lot of fun in the pool. Everyone seemed personable. The location is great with easy highway access. I like the fact that they give the dogs naps, which is good for anxious dogs. I was able to observe my dog on the web cam. I wish that they had more cameras, but as a former employee of another dog daycare; I understand…. It is always a pleasure to drop our dog off. I hope that my review helps someone else

Leia really seemed to enjoy her stay here. It was her first time at a doggie daycare so the staff really took care of her and when she needed a break from the other dogs they helped her out.We liked watching the camera to see how our dog was doing and we could see her wagging her tail the whole time so we knew she was okay.They have a wide selection of dog treats. So we were about to get some nice treats when we picked her up.Our little dog slept very well that night and was ready for the drive back home! We would bring her back again for sure too this doggie day care

We went to the midtown location and the team at Dog Days took CARE of my darling pup! He’s a Schweenie mixed breed so his hair grows in fast and shaggy most of the time. They washed him, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails, brushed his teeth and gave him the BEST haircut he’s ever had! This was my first time trying this grooming company and I cannot recommend them enough! Dog days officially has a loyal customer and we will be going back each time our dog needs a cut. I love Dog Days Midtown and so does my dog. When I ask her if she wants to go to daycare, her whole body starts wiggling in excitement. The people who work here always recognize us, which is so impressive and makes me feel like they truly care for my dog. I can’t recommend the daycare, boarding, and bathing services enough.

We loved the experience boarding at Dog Days Midtown. From the very first interaction I could tell that the staff cares about the dogs in their care. The drop off and pick up process is always quick and easy, and they know exactly what I’m there for every time I walk in. The puppy post cards were absolutely adorable. They were much more thoughtful and comprehensive than we expected, and they gave us some comfort while we were away. It was obvious that our dog loved play time. He made so many friends and looked very happy every time we checked in on the camera. We particularly enjoyed the staff who would dance and throw a ball for the dogs. Only the small dog room gets balls and some toys. They seemed to all play together really well. We initially only needed boarding, but we will definitely be back for daycare so that our pup can hang out with all his new friends! He got a bath on his last day and came home a clean and tired boy! One of the best boarding places I have found! Not as cheap as some others, but the care and transparency is fantastic so I don’t mind. The staff all remember me and my pup by face and name and they really take the time to get to know your pet during their stay.Only negative thing I might say is that my dog comes back pretty gross and stinky from play time. I haven’t experienced this elsewhere with my other dogs so not sure if it’s normal but you can pay a little extra for the groomer to bathe them before pickup (or otherwise I just plan to give him a bath as soon as we get home and it’s no issue)

I can’t say enough good things about Dog days midtown. I had a bad experience at another boarding location and decided to try midtown after that. They take excellent care of my lil guy Ca$h. From calling to give me updates, to letting me know he even had an accident and they were giving him a complimentary bath before pick up. Each day I drop him off they are all so excited to see him and treat him as if he was their dog. The staff truly cares and takes the time to get to know your animal. Every day for pick up they tell how his day was and who he was playing with. They are always happy to communicate and answer any questions I have.

I’m sure they treat the dogs well.Horrible experience with their admin. Used them before years ago and booked another stay months back. Called to ask questions about vaccines a few weeks before.Less than a week out I get an email saying my reservation was canceled. Call to ask why and was told that I never scheduled a new meet and greet.Horrible communication from them this whole time and very stressful right before going out of town.

I took my dog to the Midtown location for three full day stays (7am-7pm).The staff was super friendly, services are fairly priced, and I love the camera feature they have to watch your pets!However, each time I’ve picked up my dog, his paws, legs, and belly are badly stained with pee. The smell is putrid, even after I fully wipe him down and use a dry shampoo. From the yellow residue on the wipes- it’s very clearly pee. I’m new to dog daycare, but do not understand how this could be the norm. He’s been to several house stays/boarded with other dogs without a similar problem.I had hoped to regularly book with this center, but can’t knowing my dog will require a full bath after each stay.

My dog has been boarded here on several occasions. Overall, it has been a great experience. She usually seems happy when we pick her up. She had kennel cough twice, which can happen at any facility. On this last visit, I dropped her off on Friday, July 29, 2022. The following day, a phone call was received due to her having bloody stool. I was asked if it was normal, and it is not. The guy advised me that the dogs tend to eat the greenery outside. That's a bit alarming because I don't know what type of grass or plants are out there. He asked if we changed her food, and we haven't. We send her food and snacks with her. He advised someone would be coming in to check on her, and she would be monitored for the remainder of the visit. He was to call back before closing. He did call back. The call was missed, and no message was left. When we picked her up on Sunday, she was still having bloody stool. It's now Monday, and she's still having issues to include vomiting. I have an appointment to take her to the vet this evening. Due to this horrible issue, I won't be sending her back to this location. Possibly not even to the other locations either, for I don't know if they rotate staff. I'm very disappointed, and I'm hurt that my baby has to suffer.

Was told Groomer would be 20 minutes late getting to work another groomer took us and we gave him specifics for grooming our dog( all seemed good) we get back to pick her up and The original groomer that we had an appointment with that we never met was the one who ended up grooming our pet, so she did not get to specific directions that we had told the other groomer verbally. I did leave a written detail as to what I wanted done so they could put it on her profile. When we got there to pick her up the cut was cute look good, soon as I picked her up I was covered in hair because they didn’t remove all excess hair after they cut, nor did they ground nails like we ask so she took her back and did her nails again.

Such an amazing experience. I recently moved to Midtown and have been so nervous about finding a new groomer for my fur baby! I took a leap of faith by choosing Dog Days Midtown and do not regret it at all! Both me and my pup are pleased! The staff was super sweet and the groomer did an amazing job. Exactly how I asked for my Yorkie Poo to be cut. I also take note of his demeanor after grooming as it typically reflect how he was treated and he came out so happy!Thanks so much. Looking forward to Kaydens next grooming!

I take care of their HVAC system and have been doing so for a few years. I get to see behind the scenes more than any customer could. Let me tell you… the staff is awesome. The entire facility is clean and I’ve never even once seen an animal mistreated or not taken care of. I take care of five different pet daycares and this is where I would take my own dog. I could leave her here and know that I wouldn’t have to worry. My dog is a family member like one of our kids so I don’t take this sort of thing lightly. The dogs are never left alone and there is always someone either in the room or close by. I never write reviews but these guys have earned my respect and I wanted to share what I’ve seen and experienced here during my time.

We dropped our dog off for the first time last week, and he had a blast! We love everything about this place; it's easy to get to, the employees monitor the dogs closely to make sure they are playing well, they have cameras so we can watch our dog playing, and the they are very responsive, communicating via text throughout the day. Our dog can't wait to go back!

We had scheduled a grooming appointment for our dog several weeks in advance. Right after scheduling it I put it in my google calendar. We called the morning of the appointment to just confirm the location and time when we were told that they no longer had a groomer and that the groomer’s last day was the previous week. No one contacted us and they said they didn’t even have an appointment for our dog today. And none of our information was in their system. The lady on the phone was nice but I am bummed we weren’t notified. Luckily, we had called in advance before driving over there.

Took my pup here for a temperament test today. The whole process from booking the temperament test, to check in, to check out was great. I liked that I could periodically check in on their webcams to see how he was doing throughout the day. I saw the staff cleaning the play area throughout the day and interacting with the dogs. When we check out they gave us a new client goody bag that had treats, a collapsible water bowl, magnet, and pop socket in a branded draw string. We will definitely be coming back!

We have used Dog Days for almost a year now and always have an amazing experience. Our dog Maggie comes home totally worn out from playing all day. She also loves to swim in the doggie pool. The staff at Dog Days treat Maggie like family and it’s such a relief knowing we have somewhere safe and fun to send her when we’re out of town or busy working. We love this place!

We have been taking our pup to Dog Days - Midtown for well over a month now and it’s been so wonderful to have a place that can get her energy out and take away the guilt of us being at work all day.She gets so excited when she hears the word daycare because she knows that means she gets to go play all day with her fur friends!The first handful of times she went (being a very clingy pup to us) she needed me to walk some of the way with her, but once she realized how much fun she had, she began running back there with zero care of mom or dad being there so she clearly loves it! It’s so comforting to know she is in good hands and the staff is always so sweet and welcoming. Best decision we ever made for our sweet pup!

Worst daycare I’ve ever taken my dog to. This is the only daycare in Atlanta that I’ve taken my dog to where nearly everyday he came home bloody (gashes on top of his head and his neck) and disgustingly dirty (I needed to give him a bath EVERY DAY). When I asked them about it their response was just “dogs will be dogs”. If that’s the case why is Dog Days Midtown the only daycare this has happened at?

We usually do just daycare, but recently had to board for four days last minute and they were super accommodating. helper got to swim while he was there and get lots of attention and hang out with other dogs and have fun. It gave me great peace of mind to know he was so well taken care of.
