One of the hardest jobs in this day and age is being a pharmacist and staff member of the pharmacy due to insurance, time, volume, understaffed, working with the public, corporate, and urgency of some prescriptions. I would like to let pharmacist, Kimberly and her Team, at CVS Pharmacy - 842 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, Ga 30308, on 03/23/24 that she got my prescription to me quickly (and she was so busy) that I was so GRATEFUL and APPRECIATIVE. The other pharmacists are excellent there also.Thank You!

Hello Executive Team,I've already contacted customer relations. Incident number is S10562817.This incident happened at CVS Pharmacy located at:842 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30308At approximately 11AM 2/22/2024Manager at the time of the incident: Neicy(spelling may be incorrect)Below are the chain of events:1. I ordered a prescription refill for Zepbound on 2/15/20242. I followed up on 2/21 and was told my ordered had arrived3. I came to the store to pick up my order. I gave my insurance information, it was entered into the system and the price came to $1994. I let the pharmacy manager know I had a coupon on file. The coupon drops the price down to $49. However, the coupon would not go through because the Carehealth system(the system that processes the coupon) is down.5. I told the manager I would return the next day and pick up my order, giving the system time to come back up.6. I returned the next day 2/22/2024 and was greeted with an extremely unprofessional and rude, self proclaimed manager by the name of Neicy.After looking up my name and DOB, she told me she COULD NOT give me my prescription because it's allocated to someone else. I asked, how is that possible, I was just here yesterday to pick up my prescription and the prescription was there(I saw it with my own eyes!). The prescription should have my name on it. She INSISTED it's for someone else and would not be giving me the prescription. She also very arrogantly told me, "I CAN CALL ANYBODY I WANT", it's not going to change anything. I said to myself, wow this so called manager's professionalism is terrible. Instead of arguing with her, I walked out. I need this incident treated with the highest priority and would like a response in email or call back. Below is my information.

I'm so sick of this pharmacy. First, they keep cutting their hours, slowly cutting them more and more and more each year. Used to be I could pick up my scripts before or after work; now, if I want to pick up my scripts I have to either be late for work or leave work early just to get there during the hours they are open. Then, the staff is rude - One time my dentist gave me a prescription for Magic Mouthwash, I brought it to this pharmacy and the lady just looked at it said "That's not a prescription". She wouldnt tell me what was wrong with it, just said "That's not a prescription" over and over, I guess she was thinking I was a liar or trying to come up with a fake prescription? Eventually I went back to the dentist and the dentist printed out the exact same thing, just on a different color of paper, and then magically now the pharmacy accepted it as a real prescription. Turns out that prescriptions aren't real unless they are on a certain color of paper, who knew?They never, ever, ever, pick up the phone - every time I try to call them, I'm on hold for 30+ minutes. Now, they've started to refuse to fill my prescriptions, first Ritalin which I understand because there is a shortage, but now they will not fill my Naltrexone - the website just says "Delayed" and that I need to call the pharmacy to ask about it, but of course when I call the pharmacy they don't pick up the phone and instead I have to sit on hold listening to the recorded message over and over and over and over telling me to go check the website. You know, the same website which told me to call them.So infuriating. I am use this terrible pharmacy because it's right next door to me, so its super convenient, but I've had enough and from now on I'll be telling my doctors to send my scripts to Publix.

Went there to pick up a prescription and was paying $50 dollars and Ms.Winta caught that there was a issue with my insurance that was caused by the incorrect address associated with my card and she went the extra mile to help me and knew exactly what to do to fix it so the price was only $2.50 and also got me a refund from the month prior, she was extremely busy and she stopped and took the time to help me out with everything with a huge smile on her face !! So thank you again Ms. Winta , so much!!

Erika assisted me at the pharmacy. She was very understanding of what I needed. She took her time to help me with all my needs. She was very polite and saved me a trip from going to different pharmacies looking for different items. Happy Thanksgiving!!! Thank you CVS for having good customer service and serving customers this holiday. I am very grateful that the pharmacy was open today while most pharmacies were closed while in severe pain. I thought I might suffer more and more with my condition. I am very thankful that CVS was open to assist me and others that are in need.

The absolute rudest and most inept pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever encountered. The lines are always long and the service is atrocious. Such terrible timing to be treated so poorly since many of those coming in are under the weather and looking for relief from meds or picking up prescriptions for sick family or friends. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this location. Save yourself the aggravation and abuse.

do not use this pharmacy. they do not ever answer the phone and still autofill my prescriptions even though i havent been there in months. do not go here

Jim, Erica and Austin are just a few of the truly outstanding customer service professionals at this pharmacy. There are quite a few others; I don't know their names but they always shine! I really hope CVS supports this very visible, well-known neighborhood pharmacy.

Experience depends on who you end up dealing with. There’s one employee who is extremely short, hostile and rude.The pharmacists need to understand that if anyone is calling them, chances are that they are sick and in need. We get you’re busy but we wouldn’t be calling you if we weren’t sick in the first place. Being rude to patients on the phone isn’t just not good customer service, it’s apathetic to the people you’re supposed to be helping.That said - two other employees I’ve dealt with, including the one who gave me my booster shot were very nice and courteous. (Why I’m giving two stars instead of 1)Honestly though if you can choose which pharmacy to deal with - don’t choose this location on the off chance you get the one rude and unhelpful employee

Prepare to die in line waiting for your Rx. With the exception of Erika, the rudest staff ever. They are closing an hour early so they are open during most people’s work core hours, basically. If you try to go after 6, the line is kilometric and they will shut the doors in your face even if you are in line. Hire more people and/or stay open later!

I constantly feel hostility visiting this pharmacy and often it's by an employee named Jaz. They need a friendly and helpful person working with customers and not someone that is being inconvenienced. The pharmacy is a huge profit center for CVS and should be well staffed. Find someone who will be gracious and helpful and not borderline abusive and rude to many who are there for illness and necessary medications.

Unfortunately the self checkout was giving a lot of trouble with using my debit card as well as connecting my CVS account by entering my phone number. I had to scan my account on my phone using the CVS app.
