Hold times in the drive thru and phones are atrocious. My doctor has sent in multiple refills which they can't keep organized and God forbid your insurance/prescription have an issue because they will NOT reach out to you OR your doctor. You need to physically come inside to get help. Even then, the lines are ridiculous and their bins are so disorganized they have trouble finding the RXs. I dread picking up from here.

The Pharmacy Drive thru is a Waste of time, I waited in line for 10 Minutes just to have to get out of line and park. Walk inside it’s nobody in line with 8 people working but the Drive Thru line has 10+ cars and the the same person at the drive thru was at the window. Also calling using the phone service is horrible you will be waiting for centuries and never get through but when I go in the store it’s fully staff but no one will answer the phone 🤷🏾‍♂️ Totally Unacceptable! Horrible Customer Service from the CVS Pharmacy Department.

My overall complaint about this particular drive thru is the absolute unapologetic unprofessionalism. A 20 mins or less task took over an hour. The “oh well” response from the staff contributed to my already increasing discomfort.
