The front of store is actually pleasant. But the Pharmacy in the BACK?!!! Don't get your prescriptions from there. That woman with the locks,braids should not work around anyone with an illness or the public. Just the sight of her agitates me. I have to change my pharmacies just so I don't have to see her face. She is rude, impatient and incorrect. I had to literally tell her that we can actually HEAR you talking about customers in FRONT of customers. They make you come inside for the simplest issue and they know when you come in, they're going to take forever, all I wanted was to add a prescription discount code to my medication and even that was a struggle. It takes me about 3 days to get my prescriptions due to them having long lines, closing early, closing the drive thru, just, I'm sorry to say: ghetto.They have that bad kind of customer service that revels in telling you what you CAN'T do and what you CAN'T have or don't have. I don't think they know what professionalism IS or customer service, like they've never had a job before and just fell from the sky into that place.Every person that had a question about cost was told the same thing and the tone is always like "duh, stupid" but, THEY'RE wrong. My prescription went up $10 and when I asked why, they said something about my yearly deductible and when I told them that made no sense, they sent in the big dog lady like she's supposed to be an enforcer, here she come spouting incorrect information to sick people needing medication. I have to prepare for battle just to get my meds. Turns out CVS raised the price on the meds, why wouldn't she know that? She's the worst but honestly, they're all giving inept in some capacity. I really find it hard to believe they're educated and qualified.

The experience is AWESOME each time that I come in to the pharmacy. Miss Irene is very pleasant each time I come through drive-thru. She is truly an asset to the Ralph David Abernathy location. God Bless her!!!!! The entire pharmacy staff is always pleasant and nice as well. I live in a different part of Atlanta but would rather come to this location because of the great service that I receive. I love this pharmacy

My complaint with CVS Pharmacy My prescription was already called in for a 30day emergency refills until all my other medication are mailed to me I called in to see was it ready the emergency ones was ready but generally the young lady that works there in the pharmacy told me not to come yet that they were going to text me and I can get the rest of my medicine that's not what I needed I need the emergency ones right there but what she didn't call or text me back I fell asleep and about time I tried calling it was already closed my prescription was never ready for for noon or 1:00 p.m. so that call or text never happened now I have to go in today and get my emergency ones before I end up in the hospital sick very sick sorry people don't care about that jobs enough for the public you better be glad I gave you one star how about that! 🤨

Refused to sell me allergy medicine, despite the fact that the pharmacy was open. The guy in front of me payed for his medication before they told him they didn’t have it in stock. What is the point of being open late if you aren’t doing anybody any good?

Not sure why I even try with this location. They are terrible. I don't even understand how they manage to be as bad as they are. You get a prescription called in, they don't have it in stock. The only way to transfer to another pharmacy is to call them on the phone and they literally never answer the phone. They literally never answer the phone. This place needs to just close.
