My experience at CVS today was Awesome! The cashier was patient and kind assisting me with my digital coupons. I was very impressed to see that the shelf items were in order and were categorized by brand. Also there were a wide variety to choose from. Which makes items much easier to find. Great customer service!👍🌟❤️

My experience at this CVS Store was the best, and if you want some great customer service and a caring, understanding pharmacy who can meet all your needs for your medications and understand your serious need for your medication this is the place to come to. Thank you CVS for making sure that l get all my medications on time and when l am in seriously need for it, just like today. What a great team of hard workers! Once again, thank you!!

The worst pharmacy you can ever go to. They told me my prescription would be ready at 6pm on 9/27/23. I went at 5:50pm to pick up my prescription they said it wasn’t no signature but it was a siguture on there, I asked the lady to speak with the doctor that on duty Dr.Walla didn’t even want to come to the window to see what was the problem I had to get out of my car in pain to see the doctor at that point I didn’t want to talk anymore cause I was hurting and irritated , the nurse with the short blonde hair was rude and wasnt even familiar with the prescriptions & was stating that I didn’t drop it off the prescriptions when I gave her them this afternoon. I had to tell the nurse I just had dropped it off earlier around 1 pm this afternoon for them not to call me and tell me they wasn’t able to fill it I’m out of my medicine and needed it stat. Everything was literally on the prescription the doctors Dea , Npi , number , office address everything was needed to get the prescription filled including the signature. I literally had to get the prescription paper back to take it to the Krogers pharmacy. I would still be out my medication. If the doctor could’ve just came to the window see what was going on I probably could’ve have had it filled. I totally feel neglected as a patient. I’ve been coming here for years for this place to get horrible . I would never bring a prescription here anymore. If could give this place 0 stars I would.

Great customer service, friendly staff. I didn't experience the pharmacy but the front store was well organized and clean. The manager and employee were helpful!

My only concern is some of the over the counter medicine are a bit pricey. Kantrice was very helpful and professional.

HORRIBLE. Pharmacy line is ALWAYS Long & slow. They have no sense of urgency. If you need anything from this pharmacy please have it filled the week BEFORE you need it. Inside slow, drive thru slow. Please expect to sit 30-45 minutes for pick up orders that they text are READY.

Pharmacy needs a major improvement. I experienced a gentleman today who was only helpful for being condescendingly rude and wasting paying customer’s time. The gentleman was standing there looking silly doing nothing while the young lady handled both drive thru as well as customers who were present. People were starting to pile up before he decided it was a good idea to help her out. Unfortunately, it’s seems the more challenged areas seem to get the most challenged management.

The incompetence is UNMATCHED. I took a rapid test here and waited 4 hours to get results. I called twice, only to be put on hold more than 30 minutes and when I finally got through I was told that my test was LOST. Glad to know my health information is not important to these people. I also called the health line to be hung up on while trying to get a new test scheduled. I cannot stress enough to please take your health information and your money elsewhere. Incompetence and flat out negligence at this location

This Pharmacy Location is terrible horrible at filling prescriptions and barely contacts patients with information on their status of prescription!! Please be Aware the never have any medication always saying they have to order it terrible terrible terrible needs to be Closed

Came here because I was picking up someone from the area.Do not come here if you urgently need your medication. Slow customer service, lack of strategy, diversity, and clearly a waste of time for medications they are bagged up, and the power shuts on and off, save yourself some time. You’ll die before you get it, if it’s serious not to mention long lines and it’s seriously like the neighborhood gas station lol. DO NOT COME HERE!

I got tested for COVID on a Wednesday afternoon and got my results back by Friday noon so less than 2 days turnaround time! Better than I'd hoped for. Can't say the same for another CVS branch I went to back in July. Professional service at the Pharmacy window. Top notch.

The service provided is slow and subpar. Whether it’s early in the morning , after lunch or even in the late evenings- just mentally prepare yourself for the service or lack there of especially with the pharmacy- cannot stress this enough.

I went there recently for a money order at the front of the store. This young lady acted like she was lost or something. I wasted over ten minutes along with another gentleman who wanted the same as me. Instead of having us wait that long all she had to do was tell usthe money order machine was down and not working since she was working that area. Thiskid wasted several customers time by paginga busy manager that took her time comingto tell us what the girl should've already known. So sad.

I am a healthcare provider. I called this pharmacy on behalf of my patient because they said the pharmacy had not filled their prescription. I spoke with one pharmacy staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even hung up on me before the call ended as I was asking additional questions. Very poor customer service.

I am from Birmingham Alabama on vacation for Thanksgiving here in Atlanta. However, I left my medicine that I need to take daily. The staff at the Greenbriar location were very professional and nice. The service here today was poor. The woman who answered the phone was rude and had a attitude she slammed the phone down and hung up in my face when I told I was coming to the drive thru. When I get there she was rude again. I don't recommend this location. Customer service should never be this low. People please spend your money where you are valued customer. As a business owner I would never allow this in my business.

This is the worst pharmacy. Apparently they are still in the 80's because they don't know how to apply insurance over the phone. It my first and last using them. And the customer service #rude. They just took me way back.

Whoever closes the store closes early. Supposed to close at 10pm and the doors were locked when I arrived at 9:40pm.
