Mrs. Joy the supervisor is such a pleasure her customer service skills are amazing. Mrs. Shaun the manager his so pleasant and kind to be around. I am loving my CVS.

Horrible! The people in the pharmacy are RUDE and unprofessional. You will sit in the drive though for TEN WHOLE MINUTES because they ask “picking up or dropping off” never “how are you?” I got my daughters meds switched here because it was closer but I will be going back to where I came from just for better customer service. Absolutely ZERO STARS!!

Has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the city. What should be a 10 min covid testing (had an appt) has taken over an hour. The technician is intentionally slow. If she would get off of her phone she could service customers faster. Do better CVS.Update: after waiting an hour and answering a few questions, now being told that I have to go to another CVS because of they cannot print paperwork? Really?!? You didn't known this an hour ago? You couldn't inform those with scheduled appts that there was an issue? You cannot offer or suggest a location that can handle our appt? No....you made your problem my problem. Ridiculous and possibly poor service.

Location is in a not so great part of the neighborhood. The drive through looks old and shady. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. Headquarters really needs to inspect this location and mandate proper training for all staff.

The pharmacists are horrible. Watched them be hateful and rude to an elderly woman who was picking up her prescription and wanted to buy gummy vitamins that were on the wall across from the pharmacy counter, with a sign that said buy one get one for $.99.They told her she couldn’t get it at that price because she didn’t have a CVS card. The woman pointed out that the sign(in plain sight of the pharmacist) did not mention a CVS card. She left without the vitamins. As she is leaving the pharmacist says, you could have just used your phone number. She yelled at them, you didn’t offer that as an option not even once. Instead you refuse to sell me the vitamins and we’re fine with me not getting them.If you could have been there you’d be as disgusted as I am. They were also rude to me. I have trouble seeing and asked them where to find a baby medicine. They said if it’s not on the shelf we are out. I asked, what shelf and where. I don’t see well and can’t find anything can you please show me. It was obviously begrudging that he had to walk around the counter. We are the only customers in the entire building.You should give your money to a pharmacy that cares about people. Fundamentals are kind, and make you feel welcome. I’ve been with CVS pharmacy for 25 years. Today is the last day

This pharmacy does a horrible job at customer service. I came here for my childs prescription which shouldve been a liquid mixture that the pharmacist mixes right? Nope. They just gave me powder. I tried to call and let them know whats going on and i was left on hold then hung up on. I make it inside the store and the pharmacist acts as if i got the medicine from another location or somewhere. It came from the store that im bringing it back to for the right service. They didnt even apologize. As if this isnt a huge mixup. CvS please do some customer service training with your staff. This is very inconvenient and as mentioned i didnt even get an apology for the mistake of CVS giving out the wrong medications. Yes i had my receipts.

As I have been a faithful customer of CVS #5395 and the pharmacy, I have experienced in the last few months the most deplorable encounters with Pharmacist, Late' Lawson Body who lacks professionalism, customer skills, communication, respect and most importantly, respect for the customer and other covenantal relationships between the patient and other health professionals. He has a way of devaluing one's time and he lacks compassion, care, and professional competence. Since this issue has become so persistent, I decided to request that my medical profile be transferred to the original facility that it was sent from, as it was indicated that the process was simple, my original pharmacy advised that Mr. Body became extremely argumentative when they requested that the profile be transferred back to them. The feeling that he makes me feel unworthy of compassion or respect, make for me to deny getting a flu shot from Mr. Body because I don’t trust him. He is simply a disservice to the community in which he serves.

I come to this location because it is near my house. I have been coming for a long time and mostly to.pick up my prescriptions. Its they need someone just to answer the phone for pharmacy. I always wait about 10 min before someone answers and then when they answer, some of them have a attitude, not everyone. I should have the attitude for waiting so long. When I come through the drive through to pick up, it is another minutes waiting. When they say the prescriptions are ready it should and have to wait for them to get it ready

I came into this location to get a passport photo taken--after a disappointing exchange at Walgreens on Camp Creek. I was met with a warm greeting from the manger---Timothy. He quickly took the picture, very kind and professional. I was out of there in about seven minutes (and that was because we were talking). The whole process took about four minutes--from walking in to walking out. I was able to make my 10am appointment despite Walgreens's raggedy service. THANK YOU TIMOTHY for providing a service with great customer service! We have to make THIS the norm.

Very rigid manager that I spoke with on the phone, when I called about a cvs item that no longer worked. The manager was not willing to provide any other options so I thought I'd be stuck. However, I called another location and they were willing to help me in different ways. Not sure why this location - my neighborhood cvs - was unwilling to do the same.

The pharmacy at this location is exceptional. They are caring professionals who are available for questions. I had a pain medication prescription to be filled and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the medication available in a timely manner. Great customer service! Thanks ladies!

This is the worst pharmacy ever, they don't answer the phone...you have to call a million times I waited 30-40 for them to have an attitude and not be helpful at all! I am sick, but healthcare workers today dont care about that it's a job, they dont do it to help people anymore. We would be better off with a handful of caring people than a room full of people that don't care at all. DONT GO THERE GHETTO AND DON'T CARE.. The main person is the pharmacist Late he us very unprofessional

This drug store is so slow at the drive up window. I waited in line almost 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. They need a better system. The people who getting the COVID are in the same line with other customers.

The only reason why I am giving one star is because they NEVER OPEN AT 8! It's always 8:10. One time I pulled up and it was 8:15 and it still wasn't open. The manager just casually strolled like there weren't people waiting for the store to open. She sat in her car until 8:02 and then preceded to open up! Aside from this, the staff are nice and friendly.

I go here often since I work across the street but I only go here since I work across the street. Unfortunately too many times I have bought a food item from the freezer and it was freezer burnt which I conclude means that they do not turn their stock. Also I go here on my 15 minute break and I spend a good deal of it at the register because the woman who works the front counter moves rather slow. I try to be understanding because she is my senior but it would be better if they could have someone who moved expeditiously in that area and perhaps have her fill in somewhere else

this place is SLOWW and even that is an understatement. i was the only person in the drive thru to pick up a prescription and I still had to wait 15 minutes before someone even came up & then had to wait again for my actual prescription. if you want to come here for anything just make sure you have all day to wait, otherwise try finding a better pharmacy.

The cashier by the name of Chase went above & beyond to assist me&my dad when it came to printing out our photos from my phone as well as his(my dad) camera. Chase was very helpful,kind,patient,friendly,helped us with every step of the process. My dad was so pleased with Chases' customer service that he only wants Chase to assist him with his photos lol THANKYOU again Chase🙂

This place is horrible. Very slow and under-staffed. So what they are busy, they have poor phone skills and horrible customer service in person and over the phone. Convenience means nothing if your local CVS Pharmacy does not equip themselves to be successful.

This is a great CVS. The store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked. The Pharmacist is extremely helpful and they take their time to answer your questions and to make sure you understand everything about your medications.

Waited in drive through for over 30 minutes to pick up prescription. People that are waiting on medicine shouldn’t be parked in the drive through to wait they should be politely asked to come back.

2.5 hours is unacceptable time to wait on 1 prescription to be filled. 15 minutes is to long to be left on hold without someone answering a pharmaceutical call. I don't know if I will trust them to serve me and my family in the future since this is not the first time this has happened.
