This location made it very hard to fill my Tylenol 3 prescription. Ran out of medicine and never communicated the problem or tried to initiate prescription transfer. Hung up on me after calling several times. Appalling “service”.

It wasn’t the best experience. The employees seem irritated and not very helpful. Then it appears they prefer EVERYONE to use self checkout. I started scanning, the razor scanned, but the cookies wouldn’t scan after trying a few times, I see a cashier looking at everyone saying,”You got it? You got?” Not offering to really help anyone. I put all my stuff back and walked out. She asked,”Oh you don’t want it?” I said,”No!” I’m just tired of the direction we’re heading where pretty much, we are no longer given a choice, we just have to do it how they say do it. I frankly don’t feel like fighting for a self checkout machine to work! It was a subpar visit.

I requested a refill on my prescription and the estimated time is over 2 days to get it filled. I tried transferring to another pharmacy but it’s in processing and I cannot without the pharmacy actually picking up the phone. I’ve tried calling at least 5 times with wait times over 20 mines each time. Another cvs even tried and no one is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous.

Pharmacy line took 40 min for 3 cars. They do not answer the phone at pharmacy or either hang up. Worse CVS so far.

I'm over CVS and the all self checkout. Customers do not work here!!!!! The time an employee spends monitoring and helping the customers who are checking themselves out, they could've been behind the register checking out the customers!!! Customers should have checkout options! Would rather go to Walgreens and wait in line.

THE WORSE CVS EVER I had photos made to be pick up there THE PICTURES WAS NOT DONE RIGHT THE PHOTO AREA IS VERY DISORGANIZED took forever to find my order then my order was not correct had magnets made was not with the order the cashier was NOT HELPFUL WELL I SHOULDNT SAY CASHIER CAUSE YOU HAVE TO RING YOURSELF UP THE MAN WITH A CVS SHIRT WAS THERE BUT NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE WAS NOT RINGING NOBODY UP AND IT WAS A LINE THIS WAS ( SAT. Feb. 24, 2024) I Will NOT be going to this CVS ever again very Disappointed this store needs Professional help ASAP!!!!!

I recently stopped in so that my toddler could use the bathroom and this is what we saw! (See pics)The bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn't let a dog use this bathroom. I had to quickly run to Publix nearby! Had me too upset! If you're a mom, you know how stressful this situation was smh

If I could give 0 star I would. This review is for the CVS Pharmacy on Campbelton road in the Plaza where Dominos is located. I was in the drive thru line for about 20 mins. When I reach the drive thru window I was greeted with a sign saying they are on a break from 1:30 to 2:00. Did I mentioned that I was in line way before 1:30. This is not customer service if you ask me. The proper thing to do was have the sign posted before you get in the drive thru. That way a Customer can make a better decision on going through the drive thru or not. Now I understand why your reviews are low. Remember Customer Service goes along way and CVS Pharmacy drop the ball today. 07/22/23

The pharmacy had me going back and forth to get information for a prescription transfer and they sent me away knowing I wouldn’t be able to come back in time before they closed for lunch and then when I came back they said “sorry we are closed for lunch try again at 2” so not only did they waste my time they knew they were doing it which is the worst part for me

These types of stores Walgreens, cvs dollar general etc....... have bare minimum food and accessories. So, if you want one or 2 of something it's a possibility. They'll have it it depends on what day you go.

After waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes when I get to the window they close it and say come inside. There were 4 cars behind me and with no regard at 7:02pm they close. Then I get inside and they said oh we are really backed up and had to close it. There is no certain time to close it and we can't find your prescription. Ridicules would be giving them a compliment

This review is pertaining to the pharmacy. I called to have my prescription canceled in order to be able to have another cvs pharmacy fill it. However, they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up in order to avoid talking to me. I understand the pharmacy closes on sundays at 1:30 pm but it’s extremely unprofessional to keep avoiding calls. I’ve been calling since 1:09pm . Please never use this pharmacy.

Slow service would be putting in kindly! Doctor called in a prescription 30 mins before I drove 20 mins to get there. Once I arrived I was told they were working on my prescription. So now I’m sitting for an additional 25 mins. From my seat, I see a pharmacy tech put a bag in the bin for completion. NO ONE makes an effort to get the bag to see if it was my prescription. After waiting an additional 5 mins, I got up and asked is THAT PRESCRIPTION FOR ME? She says yes, and offers know apology for the ridiculous wait time! Avoid, Avoid and Avoid if possible!

The girl Joy who lives in Stone Mountain, GA and wear a monkey hat with ears all of the time is the MOST rudest and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She always has an attitude and certainly do not need to be the face of CVS. I know where she lives because one night, she was so rude a customer asked her if she was mad, and she said verbatim " I am just ready to go home! I live all the way in Stone Mountain" -- Now why is that our (the customer) issue? Then she cut me off in mid-sentence while in the drive-thru, hung up the phone and just walked away yelling "I am not dealing with this today" -- Just RUDE!!

This is the worst CVS. The cashier named Rackell yelled at a customer on 5-26-23 at 9:45am. There was no manager to talk to do I had to stay to make sure the customer was ok. Bad cashier at this location.

Went to pick up prescription from CVS drive-thru. Waited almost 45 minutes because car in front of me filling multiple prescriptions or one that had issues. Would have been better if they made that person come inside, drive around or pull aside and bring out to them, rather than having me, and multiple cars behind me, wait. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Thank God pharmacist was apologetic about the wait.

Getting the run around about my Rx that I urgently needed and requested the refill hours ago....I've called a total of 5 times, a young man sent me on an unnecessary mission of phone calls to another CVS....called back, was on hold twice longer than 10 minutes both times. The second time, I was on hold almost 15 minutes...someone hung up on me, probably because it was near closing time. Good job on customer service with a Rx need 👏🏽

After going to three cvs locations to pick up my prescription, I was told to come to this location because it is where my prescription was sent last Thursday. I arrived only to find out that it hadn't been filled and they wanted me to wait two hours to get it but I was on my way out of town.When I explained that I'd been given the runaround and needed the meds urgently, the pharmacist literally LAUGHED in my face. Now I will have to go without a critical medication for several days. I am having my meditation moved to a pharmacy that cares about the people they serve.Watch out for the short, bald Indian pharmacist with glasses, he won't be helpful!

I'm on hold for 30 minutes or more for the Pharmacy each time I call. I am trying to update my RX information on the Mobile app and was told by customer service to reach out to the pharmacist at my store to send me a link for the update to happen. I guess I will have to go in the store and hold the line up for mobile app assistance since this pharmacy is too busy to answer calls. **Sidenote, the front of the store always answers and will send a message to the pharmacy that a call is holding - unfortunately after waiting for 30 minutes I have to hang up.

Omg! Slowest pharmacy drive thru EVER! I literally sat in line for a whole hour!!!! It was a 20 minute wait per car!!! WTH?!?? Do yourself a favor and go to the new Publix across the way which has a drive thru as well. This was my first drive thru pickup at this location and the only reason I didn’t get out was because I had on a thin tshirt with no bra on (TMI)... I was expecting to pick up the prescription real quick and go home! Never again!!!!!!!

Considering where it's at this is the best CVS in the world. The tall African pharmacist is the absolute best in the world. He's respectful no matter what the surroundings are he's courteous and attentive. Hands down the best service I've ever received. Anywhere I would highly recommend going the extra mile to go to the hood to go to this one. Sounds weird but it's absolutely amazing.

Horrible COVID-19 vaccine shots at this pharmacy! My mother went to get her booster shot today. The guy who gave her the shot lacked empathy, to put it mildly. He jabbed her in the arm such that in her words he “used my arm as a dart board.” WHY?? If the pharmacy technicians cannot administer an injection better than this, they should hire someone who can. This is an unacceptable way to treat older members of our community and an awful way to reduce vaccine hesitancy. DO BETTER!

Take them mean little girls off the drive-thru. They need customer service training. Allow the customer to ask their questions before you start answering! I go to CVS in Target....everybody is professional and knowledgeable!

This CVS pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy hands down! The pharmacists actually care about their customers. They go the extra MILES (not just a mile) to satisfy and care for us, their clients. Thank you all for excellent service and caring.
