Was asked to leave feedback at the store today for my experience, read the whole review!Before today, I would've rated this store 2.5 stars as it was always a suboptimal experience and my wife could never get a hold of pharmacy techs on the phone. My wife is a "frequent flier" at the pharmacy, so it's important for us to have a quick in and out experience whenever we have to go in to pick up her Rx's since we are having to go in so often. I don't give blame to the pharmacy techs or pharmacist here, since this is a VERY high traffic store without a drive thru, so they are having to handle a very niche situation for pharmacies these days.I guess management must have taken the previous reviews into consideration and made some changes! My experience with Amanda today was so pleasant, she brought this review up to 4 stars!! My wife had a new prescription to fill and we wanted to try out GoodRx, and she walked me through how to get the coupon to work for our visit and subsequent visits. The pharmacist on staff today (didn't get her name) was also pleasant to work with. The employees all worked right up to just past their lunch start time and made sure everyone's requests were handled appropriately before heading out. Very professional!I hope management keeps this pace up, the experience was definitely smooth sailing today. Great work everyone!

Giving CVS Pharmacy one star is being generous! The sad part is, it's not one location. I received poor customer service at the Fairview. Candler and Boulevard locations. They are very rude and not helpful at all! Candler Rd didn't have my prescription but no one called me to notify me and it's been almost two weeks. I plan to contact their corporate office as well about the lack of customer service I receive each, and every time.

Mistakes are made just about all the time. They are not serious for meditations that is scary. Can't even figure out insurance coverage and over charge occur every time. I have been having to call doctor for him to straighten up so often. I made sure to even call CVS prior to pick up, but still charged. Ended up calling them to straighten up and have to bring back for refund. Refund will be issue, Mackenzie told me. She also promised to send message regarding this issue. But not! She lied to me. But clarks didn’t get message. They said no refund, only CVS gift card. They were fussy to me for returning prescription mistake made by CVS. Not my fault. Mackenzie doesn’t need apology repetitively, she needs to tell customer the TRUTH.Waisting time and money. I only use this location for continence. But not worth for stress. Ready to switch to someone else.I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Apparently their payment system is down - frequently? - but they don’t bother to say anything until you have spent time shopping and go to the register. And then you have to put everything back. While you are actively bleeding and in need of neosporin and bandaids.

Yet another horrible pharmacy visit. I placed an order on a Thursday for two medications. One I notified on Friday that it’s ready. The second not until following Tuesday….perfectly normal as it’s something they always have to order. So okay I go in and they filled one for 90 days and the second for 30. But the tech can’t tell me why so I have to go to the drop off where the horribly rude pharmacist said they only had 30 and just wanted to fill it for me. So they didn’t try and order it nor did they call me and tell me they didn’t have enough nor does the text or app provide any of this information. My insurance makes me pay for 90 because they don’t allow 30 day supply which CVS IS AWARE of. And the rude pharmacist says they hardly ever have this in stock… which I say I am perfectly aware of and have been on this medication for years and been getting it filled here for years and they always order it and I place my order knowing it will be a few days. Her solution is i can call in 27 days to fill for 90. To have you fill 30 again? I’ll be transferring to the mail option or any other CVS on the planet

This CVS is a UPS delivery access point. I was to have a package delivered here today (08/08/23) but received a message from UPS saying delivery was refused and the package would be returned to the shipper. I went to the store and spoke to the manager (Guy) who admitted he had refused the package because they didn't have room. The package was only 11.2 pounds-just clothing-not a large item. The manager simply didn't want to be bothered. Other staff on duty (young man and woman) were helpful, but couldn't do anything since package was refused by manager.

Pharmacy techs are not considerate of people’s time. Came in for a vaccine that I had scheduled, arrived on time with no other vaccinations ahead of me. I Sat for 40 minutes before I just left. Vaccination area was messy as well, just go someplace else

I've been getting my meds filled at this pharmacy for 3 or 4 years now and it used to be great. About the last 6 months have been a nightmare. I was prescribed Wegovy...took me 4 times calling/going in to get them to fill it because it's so expensive. I paid out of pocket over $1400 only for my insurance to say all I needed was a prior authorization. Not once was I told this by the pharmacist. If you are so worried about me paying for an expensive medicine maybe do your job and make sure that I need to!Update...well the prescription kept getting denied by my insurance because CVS kept putting it through for 4 boxes. Each box contains 4 shots. So one box a month. Get it together. This is the most popular drug on the planet right now how do the techs not know how to bill my insurance for it correctly?

The lady Pharmacist that worked tonight( the Indian or Middle Eastern lady) will profile you, lie to you, and refuse to fill a valid prescription because she “didn’t feel comfortable”. I’ve never experienced this type of discrimination before! Home office didn’t even find a reason in their system to deny my prescription to be filled. I’ve filled here for years with no problems until I came across her. I will be taking further action against CVS and her. Beware of her!

I have patronized this location for 10 years, but I will no longer use this location due to the sheer unprofessional behavior of the pharmacy techs. They'll hold a conversation with one another while you're checking out. Yelling back and forth and completely turn their back to you as you are checking out, so they can continue a conversation. They behave as if they are being inconvenienced by your very presence. The lack of customer service and professionalism is disappointing. Is this McDonald's or CVS? I can't tell the difference.

I’ve been coming to this cvs for about 9 years now and The ladies that used to work there were so kind and professional. They were also willing to help you with whatever your needs were within the pharmacy. The women working there now are so RUDE and lack any kind of customer service. This is the third encounter I’ve had with these new women working there. However, Victor the pharmacist is so nice.

Steadily declining pharmacy service over last year. On Thursday they’ll say the prescription will be filled on Friday. On Friday they’ll say it will be Monday. It’s Monday and it’s not filled and now they’re saying I need to call my doctor. This dance repeats every few months. Yes, I will call my doctor and switch to a different, non-CVS pharmacy after 14 years with this one.

Horrible excuse for a pharmacy. My elderly mother has been a pain management customer for decades, then suddenly without warning CVS has decided to pick and choose the prescriptions they will fill lt is disgraceful! We were forced to change pharmacies, and I will not step foot in another CVS for ANYTHING! CVS should be ashamed for the way they treat their customers.

Don’t waste your time. This is our local CVS and will never come here again.Do not check voicemails for prescriptions and lie saying the prescribed never called in medications.This is different than an understaffing issue. This is incompetence and laziness. Please change this management so local families don’t have to drive out of our way to get adequate care.

Refused to fill a valid prescription necessary for survival. Had the insurer (CVS Caremark!) call this pharmacy 3 times to tell them the prescription was covered. Afterwards, staff members told us we lied and CVS Caremark never called them. Then staff members told us we would need to get our prescription changed (from doctor-prescribed 2 pills a day to 1 a day). That's fraud. Will be moving all our prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I stopped in to get some pictures developed at their photo center. I was helped by Quantavia, she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful. Next time I have any photo needs I will definitely visit this location.

Not sure if they are in over their heads or just chronically understaffed in the pharmacy, but just getting a voice on the phone is an awful experience. Their iOS apps are trash (can't pull up history or refills reliably), and if a prescriber calls in a refill too early, the Rx disappears. You literally can't refill it without actually speaking with a representative to "unlock" it.I've spent most of the afternoon on hold just trying to get status on an Rx that was submitted a week ago, and another that my dr called in on 3/28 but doesn't show up on their site anywhere.I actually called the front of the store to plead with them to ask someone in the pharmacy to start answering the phone, and my call that had been on hold was hung up on.The woooooorst.

Goodness gracious, just the absolute worst CVS or just store in general in all of Atlanta. Pharmacy staff is awful, the front store staff are all delightful but half the store is empty and/or full of boxes/crates and they never have what you want. Just drive the extra two minutes and get your prescription filled at Kroger or Publix...

Usually well-stocked, but the pharmacy staff is not particularly helpful. Earlier this year, I had a vaccine appointment and had to wait an hour because “they don’t do appointments, only walk-ins.”Now I just walked in to get my boosters and was told they “don’t think they’re doing walk-ins today.” They didn’t offer to check the schedule, and I’m very confused because I was told they don’t do appointments, so super mixed signals and inconsistent communication.

This is the worst CVS ever. They just completely gave up answering the phone in the pharmacy during the pandemic, they close the pharmacy way too early, and there is always a super long line. Hire some people, CVsS! Today, I asked for a vaccine and was told I had to schedule online, even though they were not busy and could have easily done a walk in. So I opened the app and tried to schedule. As the cashier watched me doing this, this location did not come up. I asked her if that meant there were no more appointments today? She said yes- now, could she have said that when she saw me trying to make an appointment online as she just had said to do!! I am pulling all my scripts from here. Walgreens here I come.

Just take a look at the other reviews. The pharmacy here is awful. There isn't much more I can say that hasn't already been said. Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The employees are just straight up rude. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for years and it just gets worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and don't bother even trying this place.

Trying to get a prescription refilled as been a nightmare! This is my second month on a new prescription, I have 3 valid refills (not expired) remaining yet it hasn't been filled yet because it is "out of refills and pending doctor authorization". This continues to happen and they correct it immediately when I call but as of lately they don't actually answer the phone. I need to get this by tomorrow and have tried calling twice today, waiting over an hour on hold with no answer. How do I get this filled???
