The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Everything is always on back order, sometimes for months. The staff is always rude and unhelpful. Good luck getting any information from them. You’re lucky if you can even get some of them to take their EarPods out their ears and actually listen. Expect long lines and zero communication when helped other than the response “I don’t know”. You’ll also get text alerts saying your prescriptions are ready but when you arrive they’ll in-fact not be ready. While this pharmacy is walking distance and most convenient for me, I’d rather drive somewhere that has their practice in order.

This pharmacy is questionable at best. Often times waiting in long lines because they decide they want to close for 30 mins for lunch. So, because they want to close for 30 mins and I guess are short staffed…? I have to wait in a 30+ minute line. Happened today and has happened numerous times in the past. Plus, their closed for lunch sign looks like something from a mom and pop shop, not a nationally recognized drug store chain.Publix pharmacy doesn’t close for lunch. Which is why I’m moving all my scripts there. Staff has been generally better there as well.Additionally, they recently shortened their hours. Publix Pharmacy is open 3 hours longer than than CVS Pharmacy.If you want good customer service, not long lines, reliable hours, not some place closed everyday during lunch, then go to another Pharmacy.

Horrible service! My son picked up his antibiotics and ibuprofen for a severe bilateral ear infection. Picked up, got home, realized the antibiotic was NOT in the bag. In no way did they report to him the fact that they were OUT (?) of Amoxicillin until he returned. He had to go to another pharmacy to get the meds. Zero customer service, zero professionalism.

Quite literally the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve been to. Not only did they provide me the wrong amount for my prescription, when I contacted them about the issue and asked for my proper refill that my doctor had sent over, they refused and said the they had given me 60 instead of 30 previously based on their records. OF COURSE IT SAYS 60 IN YOUR RECORDS BECAUSE YOU PUT IT IN WRONG. Not only did I wait in line for way too long, when I approached the lady regarding the issue, she immediately gave me attitude. She said she’ll check the inventory and give me a call when she does. When I asked when that would possibly be, she was extremely unprofessional and rude, then walked away mid sentence. Don’t come to this pharmacy. Go to the Publix right down the block and they have way better service.

This is going to the CVS corporate office.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent encounter I had at your CVS pharmacy located at 842 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308]on October 24th, 2023. The incident involved a CVS employee named Raynell, and I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention.On the specified date, I visited the pharmacy to pick up my prescription for high blood pressure medication, as I was instructed to do after 5 pm. However, what transpired during my visit was a profoundly distressing experience. I was informed by a pharmacy tech that my prescription had not been filled, and this naturally led to a discussion about why this had occurred. At that point, Raynell, whom I believe is the pharmacy manager or a senior staff member, overheard our conversation.Rather than addressing the issue professionally and with the level of care and concern one would expect from a healthcare provider, Raynell's response was utterly unprofessional and alarming. She informed me that she did not have the time to locate my prescription due to being too busy. Furthermore, she told me that if I was dissatisfied with the situation, I could go to the back and search for it myself. This response was not only dismissive but also highly disrespectful and unsuitable for a professional healthcare setting.As a customer seeking assistance with my essential high blood pressure medication, I was shocked by Raynell's lack of empathy and disregard for my needs. What is most perplexing is that throughout this ordeal, Raynell never made any effort to assist me in any way. Instead, after a frustrating back-and-forth discussion about the poor customer service I had received, Raynell took the shocking step of informing me that I should leave, stating that she was the "Dr" and that she was "done" with me. I was left feeling helpless and abandoned at a critical moment when I required support and access to my necessary medication.I am writing this complaint not only to share my personal experience but also to bring to your attention the glaring need for improved customer service and professionalism within your CVS pharmacy. The manner in which Raynell handled this situation was completely unacceptable and potentially detrimental to my health, considering the importance of high blood pressure medication.I kindly request that CVS investigates this incident thoroughly, addresses the behavior of Raynell and any involved staff, and takes proactive measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Your customers, especially those with medical needs, deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism at all times.I hope that my feedback is taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing CVS make improvements in its customer service standards to ensure that no other customers have to endure such a distressing experience.

This location is highly unprofessional and does not put patient care first. The pharmacist has no knowledge did patient triage in the event that they are overloaded. They billed my paxlovid incorrectly and I had to wait greater than 30 minutes. They risked the health of other customers by making me wait around greater than 10 people with an active case of Covid-19. They took their sweet time giving flu shots and exposing all their routine vaccination patients to me. I kept telling them that they were delaying my care as someone who’s immunocompromised and who has adrenal insufficiency. They don’t care if they delay patient care or expose their other customers to infection.

Switched to Capsule due to the horrendous service. But sometimes there’s an immediate need for something capsule doesn’t have. Im quickly reminded why I refuse to go here.Every time I’ve ever been in there, someone is fighting with the pharmacy. Typical is a long line down to the front door, and God forbid you need a consultation they make you wait in another line and that’s if and when someone comes to consult. Usually to tell you they can’t fill a prescription cos they close at 6 and refuse to work or take care of customers.I’ve filed several complaints with corporate, yet nothing is ever done. They don’t care. Moving forwards I’m refusing to do business with CVS, period. Don’t ever force your sick patients to wait when they are in pain and need antibiotics. I’ve had enough with your nonsense!

I've used this CVS for years. The staff are very friendly and clearly hard working. But it's apparent that in recent years the corporate office has striped this location of the resources it needs to operate.CVS corporate keeps reducing the pharmacy's hours so that now I have to take off work to pick up prescriptions. They also have less staff now. I once was able to get prescriptions filled within 15 minutes, now I have to come back hours later. While waiting in line, I regularly hear numerous calls on hold over the speaker. The retail side is overpriced and understocked.CVS Health gross profit for the quarter ending March 31, 2023 was $33.823 billion - that's BILLION, a continued increase in staggering profits. These profits are at the detriment of CVS's customers and employees. Shameful.

I've had my prescriptions filled here for 15 years simply because I live next door. Location is great. Pharmacists are nice. The overall experience is abysmal.Epitome of modern inconvenience: nothing at this CVS Pharmacy works the way it's supposed to. There's always a long wait (20-30 minutes) in person and on the phone. Everything is simply impossible. I specifically request no auto refills and get auto refills. Doc changed dosage and it took 7 phone calls. I requested no automated calls followed by so many automated calls I eventually had to block their number. My CVS card doesn't work because my phone number is incorrect but I can't correct my phone number because my card doesn't work. It's just awful.I've put up with this for so many years just because I can walk there. I now drive to Publix.

I've been going to this location since I moved into my condo down the street in September 2006. Friendly pharmacy staff; I've never had trouble with a prescription. And other staff always says hello when I walk in. And now I can get my vaccines there, too. Huge free underground parking.

Service is slow and unfriendly. They literally do not pick up the phone, so if you've sent a prescription here and have any question about it, you'll be out of luck. If this wasn't the pharmacy on my prescription plan, no way I'd ever come back here.

This cvs has long term employees in pharmacy which makes life easier and the pharmacist is knowledgeable and communicative. I always find staff nice here personally, even the greeters at the front door smile and say hello.

I’ve had great experiences with the pharmacists here, but the woman manning the phones at the actual pharmacy is incredibly rude and will just randomly hang up on you after they place you on hold so you have to go through the entire huge automated phone tree to get back to speaking to a real person. I’ve called multiple times only to be hung up on after being placed on hold or told that she couldn’t understand my accent (I speak perfect English, but I do have a non-English last name).

The pharmacy and pharmacist at CVS does an amazing job. The Staff at this location is efficient, clearly set expectations, and they take the time to explain/answer questions as well when I arrive they know me by name and ask how I am doing which you don't get much here in the city! All Employees are very much appreciated here.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. Was left crying in frustration because I had Covid and although I live literally the next building over they couldn’t manage to send me my meds. I’ll spread the blame to the Shipt delivery guy too who didn’t even come into my building and then went and told the pharmacists “oh she lives in the next building over, and since she didn’t answer her phone I’m leaving the meds back here” and then they told me that.I had COVID. I literally could not talk and the prescription included lidocaine for my throatI finally called the pharmacy and spoke to a few pharmacists and like all 2-3 of them said I should come pick the prescription up. Like?!?!? I told you I had Covid?!? I don’t have a car and can’t do a drive through. One of the nicer pharmacists said she’d meet me outside and give it to me but I’d still have to walk all over my building and out, exposing so many people to my virus!Needless to say, I didn’t get my prescription. After calling shipt then cvs then shipt then cvs again I was too dead to do anything and recovered from a pretty bad bout of Covid with no medication I didn’t already have at homeAbsolutely crazy to me that pharmacists themselves insisted “oh you live right by here, just come pick it up, there’s nothing else we can do” literally every time I told them I had Covid.Didn’t even get a refund but now I know how bad their service sucks, esp if you’re literally in bed in need and am going to be using Capsule that’s across the street for future needs.Apart from that, this is an ok store and usually has most stuff you’d need in an emergency so averaging the stars out to 2 (3 for store and 1 for pharmacy)

CVS Pharmacy Phone Response is HorribleI have a chronic health condition that requires me to refill prescriptions monthly, and I have had horrible experiences with not just this CVS but also 2 others in the Atlanta area, where I get stuck on hold waiting to speak with a pharmacist, only to have my call picked up and rapidly hung up on. This results in my inability to speak with anyone at all. To the best of my knowledge, CVS does not allow customer reviews on their website, so my hope for now is that other customers can see this and choose to patronize a different pharmacy. CVS is not worth my time or money, and I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

On the 16th of January 2018 I entered into the CVS located on 842 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308 at noon. The staff in the store were disrespectful. The purpose of my visit was that I went to the store to print a passport picture that I got at another CVS store. I did not crop the picture, I just moved it from the CD to a usb. My issues:1. One of the staff consistently told me that I cropped the picture even though I insisted to her that I did not. Her not believing me made it difficult to work a solution.2. When I asked her a question about printing, instead of her answering my question she yelled at me, "If I help you it will be 15 dollars instead of 35 cents. When I told her I am just asking a question she told the cashier to charge me $15.3. She failed to help me so I could not print my picture. When I asked the store manager if I could retake a new picture she told me the camera is down. Not broken, not out of charge, but "down"I missed Class and didn't get a picture

I agree with the previous individual. It's a shame basic customer service over the phone is unheard of. A simple we are very busy or let me find someone who isn't busy to help you. I was left on hold for a simple inventory question. 15 minutes!!!! Unacceptable. And this is a location in the heart of Atlanta? Shame.

Today I called the pharmacy feeling to get a refill on my inhaler. I was already feeling panicked and having trouble breathing. I spoke to a pharmacy intern named Joy who coldly told me i had no more refills. She went on to tell me I had no options and would just have to go without the medication i take daily to breath. When i asked to speak to the pharmacist Joy told me her word was final. Joy put me on hold for a long time and I had to call back. When i called back i spoke to the pharmacist Mark who was professional and empathetic AS ANYONE WORKING (or aspiring to work IN A MEDICAL OR RELATED FIELD SHOULD BE! Mark discussed my options with me and was very kind as he could hear the anxiety in my voice about getting trough the day without my medication. Turns out Joy's word is not final and The Pharmacist offered to request a refill on my behalf. Mark went above and beyond and I am thankful for his help.
